Before the new concrete pipe 5 is pushed in, the water supply pipe of the high-pressure water gun 52 is detached and connected by a certain length, so that the new water supply pipe passes through the inside of the new concrete pipe 5.

A support frame 53 is fixed on the inner peripheral surface of the first concrete pipe 5, the support frame 53 comprises three groups of support legs 54 which are circumferentially spaced by 120 degrees, and the support legs 54 are fixed on the inner peripheral surface of the concrete pipe 5. The nozzle of the high-pressure water gun 52 is fixed with the supporting foot 54 and arranged towards the reamer 51, the rotating motor 55 is fixedly connected with the supporting frame 53, the output end of the rotating motor 55 is arranged towards the drill rod, the reamer 51 is fixed with the output end of the rotating motor 55, and the rotating motor 55 drives the reamer 51 to rotate.
The reamer 51 is in a disc shape, the reamer 51 and the concrete pipeline 5 are concentrically arranged, a plurality of cutting openings 511 penetrate through the reamer 51, the plurality of cutting openings 511 are arranged in an equiangular circumference mode, an arc-shaped cutting knife 512 is fixed on one side of a writing gap facing the direction of the drill rod in a protruding mode, and the reamer 51 faces the direction of a cutting edge of the cutting knife 512.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the drill rod is composed of a plurality of drill rod single bodies 4, external threads are formed on the outer peripheral surfaces of the drill rod single bodies 4, and the external threads of the adjacent drill rod single bodies 4 are communicated with each other. One end of the drill rod single body 4 is fixed with a cross-shaped connecting piece 42 in a protruding mode, and the other end of the drill rod single body is provided with a connecting port 43 matched with the connecting piece 42 in shape. The adjacent rotating rod single bodies are matched with the connecting ports 43 in a splicing mode through the connecting pieces 42 along the axial direction, fixing pieces are connected between the adjacent drill rod single bodies 4, and the fixing pieces are countersunk screws penetrating through the drill rod single bodies 4 and the connecting pieces 42 of the adjacent drill rod single bodies 4. So that the connecting piece 42 and the connecting port 43 can transmit torque between the adjacent drill rod single bodies 4, and the drill rod single bodies 4 are not easy to separate when moving along the axial direction.

a. excavating a working well (1) and a receiving well (2): according to the design pipeline central line and the positions of two ends, a working well (1) and a receiving well (2) are excavated downwards at the selected construction position;
b. installing a crane (3): a movable crane (3) is erected above the working well (1) and the receiving well (2);
c. the jacking equipment (11) for the jacking pipe in the working well (1) is installed: broken stones are paved at the bottom of the working well (1), wood balms are buried in the broken stones, a water storage tank (12) is installed on the wood balms, a pipe jacking guide rail (13) is horizontally installed on the water storage tank (12), pipe jacking equipment (11) is installed along the direction of the pipe jacking guide rail (13), a first jack (14) is arranged on the pipe jacking equipment (11), and a back wall used for supporting the first jack (14) is arranged on the side wall of the working well (1);
d. the installation of the drill rod jacking equipment in the receiving well (2): broken stones are paved at the bottom of the receiving well (2), wood balms are buried in the broken stones, drill bit (41) jacking equipment (21) is installed on the wood balms, a second jack (22) is arranged on the drill bit (41) jacking equipment (21), a back wall used for supporting the second jack (22) is arranged on the side wall of the receiving well (2), the second jack (22) jacks towards the working well (1), and a driving motor (23) is fixed at the extending end of the second jack (22);
e. the first section of drill rod monomer (4) is jacked: fixing a first section of drill rod monomer (4) provided with a drill bit (41) and a driving end of a driving motor (23), jacking through a drill bit (41) jacking device (21), excavating a positioning hole with the depth of 30-50 cm on the side wall of a receiving well (2) positioned at the front end of the first section of drill rod monomer (4), jacking the first section of drill rod monomer (4) into a gallery through the cooperation of the drill bit (41) jacking device (21) and the driving motor (23), and repeating the jacking until the first section of drill rod monomer (4) is completely jacked into the side wall of the receiving well (2);
f. drilling rod through working well (1): after a first section of drill rod monomer (4) is jacked, a next section of drill rod monomer (4) is placed between a driving motor (23) and the first section of drill rod monomer (4), two ends of a new section of drill rod monomer (4) are respectively and fixedly connected with the driving motor (23) and the first section of drill rod monomer (4), a drill bit (41) is repeatedly jacked into the drill rod monomer (4) in a manner of matching with the driving motor (21) and the driving motor (23) until the first section of drill rod monomer (4) penetrates through the side wall of a working well (1), wherein the outer peripheral surface of the drill rod monomer (4) is provided with external threads, the external threads of adjacent drill rod monomers (4) are mutually communicated, one end of the drill rod monomer (4) is convexly fixed with a cross-shaped connecting piece (42), the other end of the drill rod monomer is provided with a connecting port (43) matched with the connecting piece (42) in a shape, and the adjacent drill rod, a fixing piece is fixed between the adjacent drill rod single bodies (4);
g. jacking a first section of concrete pipeline (5): placing a first section of concrete pipeline (5) on a pipe jacking guide rail (13), jacking through a pipe jacking device (11), excavating a tunnel with the depth of 30-50 cm and the same section shape as that of the first section of concrete pipeline (5) on the side wall of a working well (1) at the front end of the first section of concrete pipeline (5), arranging the tunnel and a drill rod concentrically, and jacking the first section of concrete pipeline (5) into the tunnel through the pipe jacking device (11);
h. excavating earthwork in the concrete pipeline (5): driving a reamer (51) installed in a first section of concrete pipeline (5) to rotate, continuously jacking the first section of concrete pipeline (5) by matching with a jacking equipment (11), spraying water towards the reamer (51) by a high-pressure water gun (52) in the first section of concrete pipeline, moving a drill rod to a direction far away from a working well (1) under the matching of a drill rod jacking equipment and a driving motor (23), and enabling the moving speed of the concrete pipeline (5) to be the same as that of the drill rod;
i. the concrete pipeline (5) penetrates through the receiving well (2): after the first section of concrete pipeline (5) is jacked, placing the next section of concrete pipeline (5) on the jacking guide rail (13), and repeatedly jacking the pipeline and withdrawing the drill rod, wherein the reamer (51) and the high-pressure water gun (52) continuously work to jack all the concrete pipelines (5) until the first section of concrete pipeline (5) penetrates through the receiving well (2);
j. connecting concrete pipelines (5): all concrete pipelines (5) are connected and tightly propped through a concrete bell and spigot pipe structure, an annular rubber ring is arranged between a spigot and a socket of the concrete bell and spigot pipe structure, a gap of 10-20 mm is reserved on the inner side of the pipe orifice of any two adjacent concrete pipelines (5) after being tightly propped, and the gap between the two pipes is 10-15 mm; and (3) after the concrete pipeline (5) is tightly jacked, grouting the pipeline through a grouting hole reserved in the concrete pipeline (5).

The municipal sewage pipeline jacking pipe construction method according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the top opening of the water storage tank (12) is arranged, and the top pipe guide rail (13) is fixed on two sides of the top opening of the water storage tank (12) and is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the concrete pipeline (5).
