本发明公开了一种抗菌自发热纱线的加工方法,该方法先将粘胶短纤进行纺纱,得A品;再将1单位重量的金诃子放入50单位重量的水中,接着放入20单位重量的A品,再将水加热至50℃,恒温2~3h;最后取出A品,获得B品;将B品放入100℃的烘箱烘干,再络筒,得C品;将羊毛进行梳理、并条、粗纱、细纱和络筒,得到羊毛纱线为D品;将C品和D品交叉螺旋加捻在涤纶纱线外侧,得成品。本发明能够提高生产效率,还具有能耗较小、强度较高和成本较低的优点。

一种抗菌自发热纱线的加工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种纺织纱线加工方法,特别是一种抗菌自发热纱线的加工方法。
背景技术
目前,市场上常见的抗菌纱线都是将板蓝根类具有抗菌效果的中草药浸泡较长时间后,接着加热浸泡液至一定温度并恒温2小时左右,最后得到板蓝根水提液;随后再将纱线浸入板蓝根水提液中,加热水提液至一定温度并恒温2小时左右,使得板蓝根水提液中的有效成分被纱线吸收,从而使得纱线具有抗菌效果;此类抗菌纱线的加工方法中,耗费时间较长且需要加热水和水提液,存在着生产效率较低和能耗较大的问题;而自发热纱线都是通过纤维材料自身的吸湿发热性产生,但此类纤维(例如粘胶短纤或羊毛)单一类型的纺纱会导致强度较低,且此类纤维的价格较高。因此,现有的抗菌自发热纱线的加工方法存在着生产效率较低、能耗较大、强度较低和成本较高的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种抗菌自发热纱线的加工方法。本发明不仅能够提高生产效率,还具有能耗较小、强度较高和成本较低的优点。
本发明的技术方案:一种抗菌自发热纱线的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
a、将粘胶短纤进行纺纱,得A品;
b、将1单位重量的金诃子放入50单位重量的水中,接着放入20单位重量的 A品,再将水加热至50℃,恒温2~3h;最后取出A品,获得B品;
c、将B品放入100℃的烘箱烘干,再络筒,得C品;
d、将羊毛进行梳理、并条、粗纱、细纱和络筒,得到羊毛纱线为D品;
e、将C品和D品交叉螺旋加捻在涤纶纱线外侧,得成品。
前述的一种抗菌自发热纱线的加工方法中,所述C品和D品交叉螺旋加捻的捻向相反。
前述的一种抗菌自发热纱线的加工方法中,所述C品和D品的加捻捻度均为 380T/M~480T/M。
前述的一种抗菌自发热纱线的加工方法中,所述涤纶纱线的线密度为10~16tex,C品的线密度为5~8tex,D品的线密度为5~8tex。
与现有技术相比,本发明改进了现有的抗菌自发热纱线的加工方法,通过先将粘胶短纤进行纺丝成粘胶纱线,再将1单位重量的金诃子放入50单位重量的水中,并将20单位重量的粘胶纱线,并将水加热至50℃,将使得金诃子制备水提液的同时将水提液中的有效成本被粘胶纱线吸收,具有抗菌效果的纱线制备效率较高,且水只需一次加热,能耗较小;同时,将粘胶纱线和羊毛纱线交叉螺旋加捻在涤纶纱线外侧,进一步提升粘胶纱线和羊毛纱线的弹性和吸湿效果,从而起到自发热的作用;而作为芯线的涤纶纱线的强度较大,弥补了普通粘胶纱线和羊毛纱线本身强度较低的缺点,且涤纶纱线的价格相对于粘胶短纤和羊毛的价格较低;而且涤纶纱线的导热性能较差,从而使得包覆在外侧的粘胶纤维和羊毛纤维吸湿发热后,热量能被芯线的涤纶纱线阻隔,从而保证热量不易散发,从而提高保暖效果。此外,本发明中粘胶纱线和羊毛纱线的捻向相反,从而相互交叉螺旋缠绕在涤纶纱线外侧,使得弹性较平均;粘胶纱线和羊毛纱线的加捻捻度和均相同,且线密度也相同,使得交错均匀,弹性均匀;且涤纶纱线的线密度为粘胶纱线和羊毛纱线的2倍,从而使得涤纶纱线能主要提供强度和保温效果,粘胶纱线和羊毛纱线主要提供吸湿自发热效果和粘胶纱线的抗菌效果,大大节约了成本。因此,本发明能够提高生产效率,还具有能耗较小、强度较高和成本较低的优点。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例1。一种抗菌自发热纱线的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
a、将粘胶短纤进行纺纱,得A品;
b、将1单位重量的金诃子放入50单位重量的水中,接着放入20单位重量的 A品,再将水加热至50℃,恒温2~3h;最后取出A品,获得B品;
c、将B品放入100℃的烘箱烘干,再络筒,得C品;
d、将羊毛进行梳理、并条、粗纱、细纱和络筒,得到羊毛纱线为D品;
e、将C品和D品交叉螺旋加捻在涤纶纱线外侧,得成品。
所述C品和D品交叉螺旋加捻的捻向相反;所述C品和D品的加捻捻度均为 380T/M~480T/M;所述涤纶纱线的线密度为10~16tex,C品的线密度为5~8tex, D品的线密度为5~8tex。
实施例2。一种抗菌自发热纱线的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
a、将粘胶短纤进行纺纱,得A品;
b、将1单位重量的金诃子放入50单位重量的水中,接着放入20单位重量的A品,再将水加热至50℃,恒温2.5h;最后取出A品,获得B品;
c、将B品放入100℃的烘箱烘干,再络筒,得C品;
d、将羊毛进行梳理、并条、粗纱、细纱和络筒,得到羊毛纱线为D品;
e、将C品和D品交叉螺旋加捻在涤纶纱线外侧,得成品。
所述C品和D品交叉螺旋加捻的捻向相反;所述C品和D品的加捻捻度均为 400T/M;所述涤纶纱线的线密度为14tex,C品的线密度为7tex,D品的线密度为 7tex。

1.一种抗菌自发热纱线的加工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a、将粘胶短纤进行纺纱,得A品;
b、将1单位重量的金诃子放入50单位重量的水中,接着放入20单位重量的A品,再将水加热至50℃,恒温2~3h;最后取出A品,获得B品;
c、将B品放入100℃的烘箱烘干,再络筒,得C品;
d、将羊毛进行梳理、并条、粗纱、细纱和络筒,得到羊毛纱线为D品;
e、将C品和D品交叉螺旋加捻在涤纶纱线外侧,得成品。

3.根据全了要求2所述的一种抗菌自发热纱线的加工方法,其特征在于:所述C品和D品的加捻捻度均为380T/M~480T/M。
4.根据全了要求2所述的一种抗菌自发热纱线的加工方法,其特征在于:所述涤纶纱线的线密度为10~16tex,C品的线密度为5~8tex,D品的线密度为5~8tex。
