本发明涉及健身器材生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种壶铃浸塑液及其浸塑工艺。
背景技术
壶铃一般用铸铁制成,按重量分别有10千克、15千克、20千克、25千克、30千克、50千克等规格。在我国民间也有外形似锁状的石锁,用法与壶铃大致相同。用壶铃进行健身锻炼时,可以做各种推、举、提、抛和蹲跳等练习。壶铃训练与哑铃、杠铃训练的不同之处在于,壶铃对于全面提高整体的爆发力更加有效,因此壶铃与石锁自来便受到格斗士和武术家的喜爱。壶铃在生产完成后,需要对表面浸塑处理,防止壶铃本体受到锈蚀和氧化,现有的一些浸塑工艺得到的壶铃器材浸塑层的附着性差,而且浸塑层容易老化,不利于长期使用。

本发明旨在为壶铃的生产提供一定的指导,而提供一种壶铃浸塑液及其浸塑工艺。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:
一种壶铃浸塑液,其组成成分及其质量份数分别为:聚氯乙烯树脂粒75-90份;丙烯酸树脂25-42份;增塑剂9-15份;抗氧剂2.5-6份;颜料粉2.3-7份;固化剂6-9.8份;消泡剂6-18份;碳酸钙3.1-4份;阻燃剂3.2-4.1份。

(2)表面除锈处理:将待浸塑的壶铃放入pH值为4.5-6的磷酸和磷酸氢钠的混合液中,浸泡时间为1-2h,然后取出壶铃使用去离子水清洗数次,接着放入80℃的真空干燥箱中干燥;
(3)表面打磨处理:将步骤(2)得到的壶铃使用电动打磨机对表面进行打磨,保持电动打磨机的打磨轮的转速为20m-25m/s,然后使用毛皮料对壶铃表面擦拭;
(4)表面钝化处理:将步骤(3)所得的壶铃加入冷浓硝酸溶液中进行钝化处理,钝化时间为10min-15min;
(5)预热处理:将步骤(4)所得的壶铃放入预热炉中预热30min,保持预热温度为150℃;
(6)浸塑处理:将步骤(5)所得到的壶铃放入步骤(1)制得的浸塑液中浸塑处理,浸塑时间为15s-20s;
(7)塑化处理:将步骤(6)中浸塑完成的壶铃在60℃-75℃的烘箱内保温15min-30min,然后自然冷却至常温。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明在壶铃浸塑之前,首先对壶铃表面进行较彻底的处理,浸塑后的浸塑层在壶铃的表面上附着性好,浸塑液中添加抗氧剂,延长了壶铃的使用寿命。

(2)表面除锈处理:将待浸塑的壶铃放入pH值为4.5-6的磷酸和磷酸氢钠的混合液中,浸泡时间为1-2h,然后取出壶铃使用去离子水清洗数次,接着放入80℃的真空干燥箱中干燥;
(3)表面打磨处理:将步骤(2)得到的壶铃使用电动打磨机对表面进行打磨,保持电动打磨机的打磨轮的转速为20m-25m/s,然后使用毛皮料对壶铃表面擦拭;
(4)表面钝化处理:将步骤(3)所得的壶铃加入冷浓硝酸溶液中进行钝化处理,钝化时间为10min-15min;
