Although there are grain collecting devices specially used for collecting grains on the ground in the current market, these grain collecting devices still have some problems in the actual use process, for example, chinese patent with application number 201510727417.2 discloses an adjustable grain collecting device for sunning ground, which comprises a vehicle body, a front plate, a rolling brush, a rear groove, a spiral transportation mechanism, a grain suction device, a control unit and the like. Wherein, the front plate and the rear groove are arranged at the front end of the vehicle body, and the grain suction device is arranged at the rear side of the vehicle body; the vehicle body moves forwards to enable grains to be accumulated on the front plate, the accumulated grains are rolled and scraped by the rolling brush and conveyed to the rear groove, and then the grains are conveyed to the grain inlet bag of the grain pipe through the spiral conveying rod; carrying out secondary collection on the leaked grains through a grain suction device; according to the thickness of the aired grains; the forward speed of the vehicle body can be adjusted by the control unit.
The adjustable grain collecting device for the sunning ground adopts the screw conveyor to convey grains, and the grain collecting speed and efficiency are low because the opening diameter of the conveying cylinder of the screw conveyor is small, and in addition, no grain collecting device is arranged at the front end of the screw conveyor, and the thin layer of grains on the ground can be difficult to collect by tightly depending on the rolling brush.

the belt conveyor comprises a roller fixedly arranged in the middle of the front shaft and the rear shaft, a conveying belt tightly sleeved on the roller, a baffle plate with two ends respectively fixedly connected with the hopper and the frame, a conveying motor fixedly arranged at the upper end of the inner side of the frame and a material receiving box fixedly arranged at the rear end of the baffle plate; the lower end of the material receiving box is provided with a control valve, the lower end of the control valve is provided with a discharging pipe, and the side surface of the control valve is provided with a discharging switch; the blanking switch is electrically connected with the control valve;
the hopper comprises a first connecting plate fixedly connected with the front end of the baffle, a collecting hopper fixedly arranged at the front end of the connecting plate, a second connecting plate fixedly arranged at the front end of the collecting hopper and a collecting hopper fixedly arranged at the front end of the second connecting plate;
the inner side surface of the frame is provided with three control switches, and the three control switches are respectively electrically connected with the hub motor, the conveying motor and the electric hydraulic push rod.

When the household small-sized ground grain collecting device is used, whether the grain collecting hopper is in close contact with the ground or not and whether the sealing strip completely seals a gap between the baffle and the conveying belt or not are firstly checked, the grain loading bag is put on the workbench after the check is finished, then the belt conveyor and the hub motor are started, the hub motor rotates to drive the driving wheel to rotate to drive the grain collecting device to move on the ground, during the moving process, the grain collecting hopper scoops up the grains on the ground and is gathered by the grain collecting hopper to the conveying belt, the belt conveyor conveys the grains to the grain collecting box through the conveying belt, the grains in the grain collecting box fall into the grain loading bag through the discharging pipe, and because the belt conveyor is adopted to convey the grains, the width of the grain collecting hopper and the grain collecting hopper is larger, therefore, the grain collecting operation area is large, the grain quantity conveyed in unit time is more than that of a traditional grain collecting device adopting a spiral conveyor, the grain collecting bags placed on the workbench can be quickly filled, after the grain collecting bags are filled, the discharging switch on the control valve at the upper end of each grain collecting bag can be operated to control the control valve to close the discharging pipe, and after the new grain containing bags are replaced, the discharging pipe is opened again for discharging, so that the time and labor are saved, the grain collecting speed is high, the efficiency is high, and the practicability is good.

When the household small-sized ground grain collecting device is used, whether the grain collecting hopper 17 is in close contact with the ground or not and whether the sealing strip 12 completely seals a gap between the baffle plate 11 and the conveying belt 13 or not are firstly checked, the grain containing bag 5 is placed on the workbench 4 after the check is finished, then the belt conveyor 28 and the hub motor 3 are started, the hub motor 3 rotates to drive the driving wheel 2 to rotate to drive the grain collecting device to move on the ground, in the moving process, the grain on the ground is shoveled up by the grain collecting hopper 17 and gathered by the grain collecting hopper 16 to the conveying belt 13, the belt conveyor 28 conveys the grain into the grain collecting box 7 through the conveying belt 13, the grain in the grain collecting box 7 falls into the grain containing bag 5 through the discharging pipe 9, the belt conveyor 28 is adopted to convey the grain, in addition, the width of the grain collecting hopper 17 and the grain collecting hopper 16 is larger, so the grain collecting operation area is larger, the grain quantity conveyed in unit time is larger than that of the traditional grain collecting device adopting, therefore, a plurality of grain collecting bags placed on the workbench 4 can be quickly filled, after the grain collecting bags are filled, the discharging switch 10 on the control valve 8 at the upper end of each grain collecting bag can be operated to control the control valve 8 to close the discharging pipe 9, and after a new grain containing bag 5 is replaced, the discharging pipe 9 is opened again for discharging, so that the time and the labor are saved, the grain collecting speed is high, the efficiency is high, and the practicability is good.
