Abstract
本发明提供了一种环保型木塑复合地板及其生产方法,所述地板包括:实木表层、木塑发泡基层;所述木塑发泡基层由发泡木塑熔体在实木表层的底面成型制得;所述实木表层底面设置有连接件,连接件容纳在木塑发泡基层内,使得所述实木表层与木塑发泡基层连接更加牢固;所述方法包括:S1制备发泡木塑熔体、S2定型、S3裁切打包。本发明采用发泡木塑熔体直接在实木表层底面成型形成发泡木塑基层,避免使用胶水粘贴,是无甲醛地板,环保性能好;由实木表层和木塑发泡基层组成的地板,表面为实木,平整、美观、易打理,基层为发泡木塑,所述发泡木塑基层中的炮孔结构,可钝化裂纹尖端,阻止裂纹扩张,显著提高材料的抗冲击性能和延展性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及木塑材料生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种环保型木塑复合地板及其生产方法。
背景技术
木塑材料具有植物纤维和高分子材料两者的诸多优点,能替代木材,可有效缓解我国森林资源贫乏,木材供应紧缺的问题,近几年得到了广泛的应用和发展,尤其在室内装饰装修方面。但是由于木粉的加入,使得木塑材料的延展性和耐冲击性比塑料低,材料脆性大,密度也比传统木制品大近两倍,限制了它的广泛应用,为了消除上述缺点,目前采用发泡成型的方法制备木塑地板,然后在发泡木塑制品上再粘贴静音层、耐磨层、装饰层等结构,这样虽然有效降低了木塑地板的密度,但是层与层之间通过胶水粘贴,胶水会散发对人体有害的甲醛,环保性差。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种环保型木塑复合地板及其生产方法。
本发明通过以下技术手段实现解决上述技术问题的:
一种环保型木塑复合地板,所述地板包括:实木表层、木塑发泡基层;所述木塑发泡基层由发泡木塑熔体在实木表层的底面成型制得;所述实木表层底面设置有连接件,所述连接件容纳在木塑发泡基层内,使得所述实木表层与木塑发泡基层连接更加牢固;所述发泡木塑熔体按质量占比由:木粉35%~38%、AC发泡剂2%~3%、偶联剂3%~5%、填充剂20%~35%、抗氧剂0.1%~0.5%、HDPE余量,在110℃~150℃温度范围内充分搅拌后发泡制得。
优选的,所述连接件包括:第一连接部、第二连接部;所述实木表层、第一连接部、第二连接部一体成型,所述第一连接部设置在实木表层与第二连接部之间,所述第二连接部在实木表层底面的投影面积大于第一连接部在实木表层底面的投影面积。
所述环保型木塑复合地板的生产方法,所述方法依次包括步骤如下:
S1制备发泡木塑熔体:
按质量占比,将木粉35%~38%、AC发泡剂(偶氮二甲酰胺)2%~3%、偶联剂(马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯)3%~5%、填充剂(纳米碳酸钙)20%~35%、抗氧剂(抗氧剂1010)0.1%~0.5%、HDPE(高密度聚乙烯)余量,在110℃~150℃温度范围内搅拌充分,然后发泡制得发泡木塑熔体;
S2定型:
所述实木表层底面朝上放置,在所述实木表层底面上设置定型模具,将发泡木塑熔体导入所述定型模具内,施加三个大气压定型;
S3裁切打包:
所述发泡木塑熔体在实木表层底面定型后冷却,形成木塑发泡基层,然后脱模,裁切,打包入库。
本发明的优点在于:
与现有技术相比较,本发明采用发泡木塑熔体直接在实木表层底面成型形成发泡木塑基层,避免使用胶水粘贴,是无甲醛地板,环保性能好;由实木表层和木塑发泡基层组成的地板,表面为实木,平整、美观、易打理,基层为发泡木塑,所述发泡木塑基层中的炮孔结构,可钝化裂纹尖端,阻止裂纹扩张,显著提高材料的抗冲击性能和延展性。

如图1、图2所示,本实施例提供了一种环保型木塑复合地板,所述地板包括:实木表层10、木塑发泡基层20;所述木塑发泡基层20由发泡木塑熔体在实木表层10的底面成型制得,避免使用胶水粘贴,是无甲醛地板,环保性能好;所述实木表层10底面设置有连接件11,所述连接件11容纳在木塑发泡基层20内,使得所述实木表层10与木塑发泡基层20连接更加牢固;所述发泡木塑熔体按质量占比由:木粉35%~38%、AC发泡剂(偶氮二甲酰胺)2%~3%、偶联剂(马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯)3%~5%、填充剂(纳米碳酸钙)20%~35%、抗氧剂(抗氧剂1010)0.1%~0.5%、HDPE(高密度聚乙烯)余量,在110℃~150℃温度范围内充分搅拌后发泡制得。
如图2所示,所述连接件11包括:第一连接部12、第二连接部13;所述实木表层10、第一连接部12、第二连接部13一体成型,所述第一连接部12设置在实木表层10与第二连接部13之间,所述第二连接部13在实木表层10底面的投影面积大于第一连接部12在实木表层10底面的投影面积;这样的结构使得所述连接件11起到挂钩的作用,加固所述实木表层10与木塑发泡基层20的连接。
本实施例还提供了上述环保型木塑复合地板的生产方法,所述方法依次包括步骤如下:
S1制备发泡木塑熔体:
按质量占比,将木粉35%~38%、AC发泡剂(偶氮二甲酰胺)2%~3%、偶联剂(马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯)3%~5%、填充剂(纳米碳酸钙)20%~35%、抗氧剂(抗氧剂1010)0.1%~0.5%、HDPE(高密度聚乙烯)余量,在110℃~150℃温度范围内搅拌充分,然后发泡制得发泡木塑熔体;
S2定型:
所述实木表层10底面朝上放置,在所述实木表层10底面上设置定型模具,将发泡木塑熔体导入所述定型模具内,施加三个大气压定型;
S3裁切打包:
所述发泡木塑熔体在实木表层10底面定型后冷却,形成木塑发泡基层20,然后脱模,裁切,打包入库。
