Abstract

本发明提供一种瓦坯压制机，用于压制瓦坯的设备在长方型底座上方四角通过导向立柱在顶部连接上座，四角的导向立柱套装有可上下滑移的模具横梁，上座中间所装提升缸连接模具横梁中间，上座两侧所装压力缸连接模具横梁两侧；在底座和横具横梁两者之间分布有数个对应的瓦坯模具。使用时，可通过数个对应的瓦坯模具在提升缸和压惫缸的作用下不间断的压制瓦坯，速度快、效率高、压制质量好。

本发明涉及一种砖瓦生产设备，具体的说是一种瓦坯压制机。
背景技术
在砖瓦生产企业，一般会安装瓦坯流水线生产设备，这种流水线生产设备，首先是将泥瓦条分切为瓦坯块，再经压制机压制为瓦坯，但现有的流水线生产设备中，很难配置与流水线速度和质量要求一致的瓦坯压制设备，直接影响所有砖瓦生产工艺流程的配套。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于为砖瓦生产线配套提供一种瓦坯压制机，具有高效率和高质量的特点。
本发明包括提升缸和压力缸，所采用的技术方案在于：用于压制瓦坯的设备在长方型底座上方四角通过导向立柱在顶部连接上座，四角的导向立柱套装有可上下滑移的模具横梁，上座中间所装提升缸连接模具横梁中间，上座两侧所装压力缸连接模具横梁两侧；在底座和横具横梁两者之间分布有数个对应的瓦坯模具。
本发明具有如下优势效果：通过上述组合而成的整体设备，安装后使用，可通过数个对应设置的瓦坯模具在提升缸和压力缸的作用下，能快速高效率的一次性压制数块瓦坯，加之提升缸和压力缸分别设置，特别是采用两个压力缸的设置，可让压力更为均匀、压强更大，达到高效率、高质量的生产效果，由此解决了现在砖瓦生产线瓦坯压制配套能力无法满足的现状，设计科学、生产效率高、压制质量好。

具体实施方式
图1所示：用于压制瓦坯的设备在长方型底座1上方四角通过导向立柱2在顶部连接上座3，四角的导向立柱2套装有可上下滑移的模具横梁4，上座3中间所装提升缸5连接模具横梁4中间，上座3两侧所装压力缸6连接模具横梁4两侧；在底座1和横具横梁4两者之间分布有数个对应的瓦坯模具7。

1.一种瓦坯压制机，包括提升缸（5）和压力缸（6），其特征在于：用于压制瓦坯的设备在长方型底座（1）上方四角通过导向立柱（2）在顶部连接上座（3），四角的导向立柱（2）套装有可上下滑移的模具横梁（4），上座（3）中间所装提升缸（5）连接模具横梁（4）中间，上座（3）两侧所装压力缸（6）连接模具横梁（4）两侧；在底座（1）和横具横梁（4）两者之间分布有数个对应的瓦坯模具（7）。
