Abstract

空间受限的焦面板无应力插座的装配系统,涉及空间受限的焦面板无应力插座的装配系统,为解决现有无应力插座在使用过程中,存在管脚易损坏问题等问题,本发明提出定制与探测器长宽尺寸相同的抬高插座,将无应力插座抬高,采用最下方为无应力插座的抬高垫块,中下为无应力插座;中上为定制的抬高插座;上方为抬高插座的承力工装的配置方式,使用压接设备将定制插座和抬高插座压接在一起。本发明所述的装配系统在焦面空间尺寸受限的条件下,也可使用尺寸较大的无应力插座来进行线路板的性能验证,而且探测器可反复利用,可大大的节约成本;可将探测器性能验证的线路板板和最终的产品设计得完全相同,可提前发现设计中的问题,节约了设计周期。

技术领域
本发明涉及空间受限的焦面板无应力插座的装配系统,具体要求实验线路板和正式产品完全相同,空间受限的焦面板无应力插座的装配系统。
背景技术
CMOS图像传感器由于直接输出数字图像数据信号,管脚多;直接焊接在线路板上,则线路板和探测器均难以重复利用;使用常规的插座存在应力过大,插拔困难;使用无应力插座可解决此问题,但对于空间受限的焦面板,探测器的四周都存在元器件,无应力插座由于尺寸大,会与周围的元器件出现干涉。由于管脚密度大,插座管脚细,采用加长无应力插座的方式来抬高插座,存在管脚易损坏问题,插座厂家不提供管脚很长的插针。采用定制的抬高插座直接与无应力插座装配连接,由于加工的偏差,插入的力量太大,无法使用手工的方式插入。
发明内容
本发明为解决现有无应力插座在使用过程中,存在管脚易损坏问题等问题,提供一种空间受限的焦面板无应力插座的装配系统。
空间受限的焦面板无应力插座的装配系统,包括从下至上叠层装配的抬高垫块、无应力插座、抬高插座和承力工装,所述无应力插座和抬高插座采用压接设备压接;
所述抬高垫块的高度h垫块要求为:
h垫块≥Ha-Hb
式中,Ha为无应力插座旋转臂在夹紧状态下与无应力插座的下端面距离,Hb为无应力插座的壳体高度;
所述抬高插座的长度La大于插针长度方向的距离Lb且小于等于探测器长度lsensor_max,所述抬高插座的宽度Wa大于插针宽度方向的距离Wb且小于等于探测器宽度wsensor_max,所述抬高插座的高度Hc大于探测器同层四周电阻和电容器件的最高高度Hdevice_max
所述承力工装内部的开孔长度L_in大于插针长度方向的距离Lb且小于抬高插座的长度La
承力工装内部的开孔宽度W_in大于插针宽度方向的距离Wb且小于抬高插座的宽度Wa,内孔与外边缘的距离大于2mm;
所述承力工装的高度Hd,用公式表示为:

式中,Hpin为插针的高度,L为压接设备的行程。
本发明的有益效果:
一、在焦面空间尺寸受限的条件下,也可使用尺寸较大的无应力插座来进行线路板的性能验证,而且探测器可反复利用,可大大的节约成本;
二、可将探测器性能验证的线路板板和最终的产品设计得完全相同,可提前发现设计中的问题,节约了设计周期。

具体实施方式
具体实施方式一、结合图1至图4说明本实施方式,空间受限的焦面板无应力插座的装配系统,包括四部分,最下方为抬高垫块,中下为无应力插座,中上为抬高插座,上方为承力工装。所述无应力插座和抬高插座采用压接设备压接;
所述抬高垫块和承力工装的作用是辅助进行无应力插座和抬高插座,抬高垫块可避免无应力插座的旋转臂与压接设备发生接触,让旋转臂处于悬空状态,避免出现受力;承力工装的可在压接过程中保护抬高插座内的插针不受力,仅插针附近的壳体受力。
压接时各部分的堆叠方式为:最下方为无应力插座的抬高垫块,抬高垫块的高度h垫块大于无应力插座在夹紧状态下旋转臂与无应力插座的下端面距离Ha和无应力插座的上下端面距离Hb的差值;中下为无应力插座;中上为定制的抬高插座;上方为抬高插座的承力工装;使用压接设备将无应力插座和抬高插座压接在一起。

所述承力工装的长度为L-out,宽度为W-out,承力工装内部的开孔长度L_in要求大于插针长度方向的距离Lb而小于抬高插座长度La;承力工装内部的开孔宽W_in要求大于插针宽度方向的距离Wb而小于抬高插座的宽度Wa,内孔边缘与外边缘的距离大于2mm;承力工装的高度Hd高于插针的高度Hpin,小于压接设备的行程L减去无应力插座的壳体高度Hb再减去抬高插座的高度Hc再减去抬高垫块的高度h垫块。抬高垫块和承力工装平整性偏差(各位置的高度偏差)要求小于等于0.1mm。

本实施方式中,所述探测器为长光辰芯公司的CMOS图像传感器;无应力插座采用3M公司的产品;抬高垫块和承力工装为根据实际需要加工的产品。

1.空间受限的焦面板无应力插座的装配系统,其特征是:包括从下至上叠层装配的抬高垫块、无应力插座、抬高插座和承力工装,所述无应力插座和抬高插座采用压接设备压接;
所述抬高垫块的高度h垫块要求为:
h垫块≥Ha-Hb
式中,Ha为无应力插座旋转臂在夹紧状态下与无应力插座的下端面距离,Hb为无应力插座的壳体高度;
所述抬高插座的长度La大于插针长度方向的距离Lb且小于等于探测器长度lsensor_max,所述抬高插座的宽度Wa大于插针宽度方向的距离Wb且小于等于探测器宽度wsensor_max,所述抬高插座的高度Hc大于探测器同层四周电阻和电容器件的最高高度Hdevice_max
所述承力工装内部的开孔长度L_in大于插针长度方向的距离Lb且小于抬高插座的长度La
