The user may determine the amount of the first remaining monetary amount in the target ATM machine at the prompt via the display screen. The user can reselect the withdrawal amount according to the amount of the first remaining currency amount to perform the withdrawal operation.
S104: when the withdrawal amount is not larger than a first remaining currency amount in the target ATM, triggering the target ATM to execute a withdrawal operation corresponding to the withdrawal amount, and determining a second remaining currency amount in the target ATM after the target ATM executes the withdrawal operation, wherein the second remaining currency amount is a difference between the first remaining currency amount and the withdrawal amount;
in an embodiment of the invention, the processor will trigger the target ATM machine to perform a dispensing operation for the user when the withdrawal amount is not greater than the first remaining monetary amount in the target ATM machine. And determining the second remaining currency amount in the target ATM after the target ATM performs the money withdrawing operation according to the withdrawal amount of the user and the first remaining currency amount.
S105: acquiring a preset current withdrawal limit and judging whether the second remaining currency amount is larger than the current withdrawal limit; wherein, the setting process of the withdrawal limit on the same day is as follows: obtaining historical withdrawal information corresponding to the target ATM, and calculating an average withdrawal amount corresponding to the target ATM in a preset time period based on the historical withdrawal information; acquiring withdrawal time corresponding to the withdrawal instruction, calling a preset calendar schedule, determining a time grade corresponding to the withdrawal time, and setting a withdrawal limit on the same day corresponding to the target ATM based on the time grade and the average withdrawal amount;
in the embodiment of the invention, after the target ATM dispenses money, the second remaining currency amount in the target ATM and the current day withdrawal limit are judged to determine whether the second remaining currency amount is larger than the current day withdrawal limit. Wherein, withdrawal limit on the same day is preset, and the process that it set up is: the method comprises the steps of firstly obtaining historical withdrawal amount of a target ATM in a last period of time, and determining average withdrawal amount in the period of time according to the historical withdrawal amount. And finally, setting a withdrawal limit of the current day corresponding to the target ATM according to the current day time level and the average withdrawal amount.
It should be noted that the time levels include a first time level, a second time level, and a third time level. Different day withdrawal limits can be set according to different time levels. The higher the time scale, the higher the current withdrawal limit.
S106: and when the second remaining currency amount is not larger than the withdrawal limit of the current day, displaying the second remaining currency amount on a display interface corresponding to the target ATM.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the second remaining currency amount is less than or equal to the current withdrawal limit, the second remaining currency amount is displayed on the display interface of the ATM machine, and when a subsequent user withdraws money at the target ATM machine, whether the amount in the target ATM machine meets the own withdrawal expectation or not can be determined according to the second remaining currency amount, and the withdrawal operation is performed according to the second remaining currency amount.
In the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when a processor receives a withdrawal instruction sent by a user through a target ATM, the withdrawal amount is determined according to the withdrawal instruction. At the same time, it is determined whether the withdrawal amount is greater than the first remaining monetary amount in the destination ATM. If so, the first remaining monetary amount is displayed on the display interface of the destination ATM. And if not, triggering the target ATM to execute the payment operation for the user. At the same time, after the withdrawal of the destination ATM, a second remaining monetary amount in the destination ATM is calculated. And acquiring a preset daily withdrawal limit, wherein the daily withdrawal limit is updated every day according to the change of the average withdrawal amount and the change of the time grade. And setting the withdrawal limit of the target ATM on the current day corresponding to the current day according to the difference of the time grades and the difference of the average withdrawal amount in the preset time period. And judging whether the second remaining currency amount is larger than the current withdrawal limit or not according to the current withdrawal limit. If not, the second remaining monetary amount is displayed on the destination ATM.
Optionally, if the second remaining monetary amount is greater than the withdrawal limit of the current day, the second remaining monetary amount is not displayed on the display interface of the destination ATM machine.
Further, when the withdrawal amount required by the user is larger than the first remaining currency amount in the target ATM, the user can determine whether to perform the withdrawal operation according to the first remaining currency amount displayed by the target ATM. For example, if the user needs to withdraw 5000 dollars, but only 4000 dollars remain in the target ATM machine, the processor displays the balance of 4000 dollars on the display interface of the target ATM machine, and the user can reselect to withdraw 4000 dollars or money less than 4000 dollars. If the user selects the operation of withdrawing money again and the amount of money to be withdrawn is less than the amount of money of the first remaining currency, the execution processes of the steps S104 to S106 are executed, which is not repeated herein.
By applying the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the withdrawal amount is not more than the first remaining currency amount, the first remaining currency amount can be displayed on the display interface to prompt the user, and after the user withdraws money, if the second remaining currency amount is less than the withdrawal limit of the current day, the second remaining currency amount can also be displayed on the display interface, so that the user can intuitively know the remaining currency amount in the target ATM, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In the method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, based on step S101, when the processor receives a withdrawal instruction, a withdrawal amount corresponding to the withdrawal instruction needs to be determined, and the process includes:
acquiring user information contained in the withdrawal instruction;
verifying whether the verification parameters input by the user are legal or not based on the user information;
and when the input verification parameter is legal, obtaining withdrawal information contained in the withdrawal instruction, and determining a withdrawal amount corresponding to the withdrawal instruction based on the withdrawal information.
In the ATM balance display method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, after receiving a withdrawal instruction, user information included in the withdrawal instruction is acquired according to the withdrawal instruction, where the user information may include: the bank card number of the user, the verification password of the user, the personal data of the user and the like. And verifying whether the verification parameter which is originally input by the user is legal or not by using the user information, wherein the verification parameter can be a bank card password or short message verification information and the like. When the verification parameters input by the user are verified to be legal, the withdrawal information contained in the withdrawal instruction is obtained, and the withdrawal amount required for withdrawal of the user is determined from the withdrawal information.
Optionally, when the verification parameter input by the user is verified to be illegal, a message of verification failure may be prompted to the user through the display interface, so that the user may input a new verification parameter again according to the message of verification failure, and perform legal verification again according to the new verification parameter.
In the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the verification parameters input by the user are legally verified, so that the safety in the withdrawal process is ensured.
In the method provided in the embodiment of the present invention, based on the step S102, the determining the first remaining monetary amount in the target ATM includes:
calling preset radio frequency equipment, sending radio frequency signals to all pieces of money stored in advance in the target ATM, and receiving radio frequency information corresponding to the radio frequency signals fed back by radio frequency chips preset in all pieces of money;
and obtaining the current remaining first remaining currency amount in the target ATM based on the radio frequency information.
In the method for displaying the balance of the ATM provided by the embodiment of the invention, after the withdrawal amount required to be withdrawn is determined, the remaining money amount in the target ATM needs to be determined. The target ATM is preset with radio frequency equipment, which may be FRID reader-writer and transmits radio frequency signal. As each piece of currency is provided with the radio frequency chip, the radio frequency device sends radio frequency signals to the currency to obtain the radio frequency information fed back by the radio frequency chip on each piece of currency. Based on the radio frequency information, the current remaining amount of money in the target ATM machine, i.e., the current remaining first remaining money amount, is known.
Alternatively, the first remaining monetary amount may be determined based on a difference between a total monetary amount in the destination ATM machine and a withdrawal amount after each withdrawal.
Further, based on the above step S104, the process of determining the second remaining monetary amount in the target ATM machine after the target ATM machine performs the dispensing operation may be implemented by the radio frequency device. A calculation discrepancy may occur in calculating the amount of remaining currency at the target ATM after a withdrawal operation is performed by the target ATM, and therefore the radio frequency device may be used to transmit radio frequency signals to currency in the target ATM to determine a second amount of remaining currency remaining after the withdrawal operation by the target ATM.
By applying the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the first remaining currency amount in the target ATM is determined through the radio frequency equipment, whether the currency amount in the target ATM meets the withdrawal amount required by the user or not can be more accurately determined, the corresponding operation is executed, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, based on step S105, whether the second remaining monetary amount is greater than the current day withdrawal limit is determined by obtaining a preset current day withdrawal limit, where the current day withdrawal limit is mainly determined by the average withdrawal amount and the time level. As shown in fig. 2, the determining a time level corresponding to the withdrawal time, and setting a daily withdrawal limit corresponding to the target ATM based on the time level and the average withdrawal amount specifically include:
s201: determining a withdrawal time corresponding to the withdrawal instruction;
in the embodiment of the present invention, the withdrawal time of the day is predetermined, that is, the withdrawal instruction includes the corresponding withdrawal time when withdrawing money.
S202: judging whether the date corresponding to the withdrawal time in the calendar schedule is a working day or not according to the withdrawal time;
in the embodiment of the invention, because the number of people who withdraw money at the target ATM every day is different and the amount of money to be withdrawn is different, the time level corresponding to the withdrawal time of the day is determined according to the withdrawal time of the day. And judging whether the date corresponding to the withdrawal time in the calendar schedule is a working day or not through a preset calendar schedule.
When the date corresponding to the withdrawal time is the working day, the number of persons to be withdrawn is small, and the amount of money to be withdrawn is relatively small compared to other dates.
S203: when the date corresponding to the withdrawal time in the calendar schedule is a working day, determining that the time grade corresponding to the withdrawal time is a first time grade;
in the embodiment of the invention, when the date corresponding to the withdrawal time is the working day, the number of withdrawals on the day can be judged, and the withdrawal amount is less, so that the time grade of the day can be determined to be the first time grade.
S204: determining a first money setting rule corresponding to the first time level according to the first time level, and setting a current withdrawal limit corresponding to the target ATM based on the first money setting rule and the average withdrawal amount;
in the embodiment of the invention, after the time grade of the current day is determined to be the first time grade, the first money setting rule corresponding to the first time grade is determined. For example, if the first amount setting rule is 2 times the average withdrawal amount, the current withdrawal limit corresponding to the destination ATM is set according to the first amount setting rule and the average withdrawal amount. For example, if the average withdrawal amount is 2000 yuan, the withdrawal amount is 4000 yuan on the same day.
S205: when the date corresponding to the withdrawal time in the calendar schedule is not a working day, judging whether the date corresponding to the withdrawal time in the calendar schedule is a weekend double holiday or not;
in the embodiment of the invention, if the time level of the day is not the first time level, namely the withdrawal time of the day is not the working day, whether the date corresponding to the withdrawal time in the calendar schedule is weekend double holiday or not is judged.
The number of people who withdraw on weekend double holidays is large relative to the working day, and the withdrawal amount is also relatively high relative to the working day.
S206: when the date corresponding to the withdrawal time in the calendar schedule is weekend double holidays, determining that the time grade corresponding to the withdrawal time is a second time grade;
in the embodiment of the invention, when the date corresponding to the withdrawal time is weekend double holidays, the number of withdrawals on the day can be judged, and the withdrawal amount is relatively more than that on the working day, so that the time grade on the day can be determined to be the second time grade.
S207: determining a second money setting rule corresponding to the second time level according to the second time level, and setting a current withdrawal limit corresponding to the target ATM based on the second money setting rule and the average withdrawal amount;
in the embodiment of the invention, if the time grade corresponding to the withdrawal time of the day is the second time grade. A second money setting rule corresponding to the second time level is determined. For example, if the first amount setting rule is 2 times the average withdrawal amount, the second amount setting rule may be 2.5 times or even higher than 2.5 times the average withdrawal amount. And setting the current withdrawal limit corresponding to the target ATM according to the second money setting rule and the average withdrawal money. For example: the average withdrawal amount is 2000 yuan, and when the second amount setting rule is 2.5 times of the average withdrawal amount, the withdrawal limit on the same day is 5000 yuan.
S208: when the date corresponding to the withdrawal time in the calendar time table is not a weekend double holiday, determining that the date corresponding to the withdrawal time in the calendar time table is a legal holiday and the time grade corresponding to the withdrawal time is a third time grade;
in the embodiment of the invention, when the date corresponding to the withdrawal time in the daily time schedule is neither weekend double holidays nor working days, the current day is determined as a legal holiday, and the time level corresponding to the withdrawal time is determined as a third time level.
S209: and determining a third money setting rule corresponding to the third time level according to the third time level, and setting a current withdrawal limit corresponding to the target ATM based on the third money setting rule and the average withdrawal amount.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the first time scale and the second time scale are similar to those described above. And setting the withdrawal limit on the current day according to a third money setting rule corresponding to the third time level. In the third amount setting rule, the multiple of the average withdrawal amount is higher than that of the second amount setting rule.
In the ATM balance display method provided by the embodiment of the invention, whether the withdrawal time for withdrawing money on the same day is a working day, a weekend double holiday or a legal holiday is determined by judging the date corresponding to the withdrawal time in the calendar schedule. And if the current day is the working day, determining that the current day is the first time level, and setting a withdrawal limit of the current day according to a first money setting rule and an average withdrawal money corresponding to the first time level. And if the current day is a weekend double holiday, determining the current day as a second time grade, and setting the current day withdrawal limit according to a first money setting rule and the average withdrawal money corresponding to the second time grade. And if the current day is a legal holiday, determining that the current day is a third time level, and setting a current day withdrawal limit according to a first money setting rule and an average withdrawal money corresponding to the third time level.
It should be noted that the setting of the withdrawal limit on the day cannot exceed the preset maximum amount of single withdrawal of a single user. For example, in the target ATM the user can only withdraw 20000 at a time, and the withdrawal limit on the same day is only less than or equal to the highest limit. And if the average withdrawal amount is calculated according to the first amount setting rule, the second amount setting rule or the third amount setting rule, and the obtained amount exceeds the highest amount, taking the highest amount as the withdrawal limit of the day.
It should be noted that the first amount setting rule corresponding to the first time level, the second amount setting rule corresponding to the second time level, and the third amount setting rule may be set by an internal scheduling staff, and may be changed and set according to the actual conditions of the month or the year.
By applying the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the withdrawal limit on the current day is reasonably set according to the difference of the current day and the average withdrawal amount in the latest period of time. For example on some large holidays: in spring festival, early morning or mid autumn, etc., there may be a large number of users drawing money on the ATM machine, and the amount of money drawn is high. Therefore, different withdrawal limits can be set every day through the time level, the user can more reasonably and intuitively know the use condition of the balance in the ATM, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the specific method further includes:
and when the second remaining currency amount is not larger than the withdrawal limit on the same day, sending prompt information corresponding to the second remaining currency amount to a target bank outlet corresponding to the target ATM to prompt the target bank outlet to add money to the target ATM according to the second remaining currency amount.
In the method for displaying the balance of the ATM, provided by the embodiment of the present invention, when the second remaining amount of money in the target ATM is not greater than the withdrawal limit of the current day, the processor is connected to an information receiving terminal of the target bank branch, and sends a prompt message to the information receiving terminal according to the current remaining amount of money of the target ATM to prompt the information receiving terminal to add money to the target ATM. So as to meet the requirement that the subsequent user withdraws money through the target ATM.
By applying the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, when the second remaining currency amount in the target ATM is not more than the withdrawal limit on the same day, the prompt message is fed back in time, so that bank workers arrange to add money, the subsequent user can conveniently withdraw money, and the use experience of the user is provided.
Based on the method provided by the above embodiment, optionally, the embodiment of the present invention may also be applied to an access integrated terminal. For example, an automatic teller machine terminal is provided for 24 hours at each of the large banking outlets, and the user can perform a deposit operation through the automatic teller machine terminal. After receiving the deposit operation of the user on the all-in-one depositing and withdrawing terminal, the remaining amount of money in the all-in-one depositing and withdrawing terminal may be determined again according to the deposit amount of the user, and the specific implementation process of the above embodiment is performed, which will not be described again here.
