Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a system architecture suitable for use in the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the system architecture includes a commercial bank 110, a payment mechanism 120, and at least one merchant terminal, such as a merchant terminal 131, a merchant terminal 132, and a merchant terminal 133; the payment mechanism 120 may be connected to the commercial bank 110 and each merchant terminal, for example, through a wired connection, or through a wireless connection, which is not limited in this respect.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the commercial bank 110 may be any bank that has a contract with the payment mechanism 120, and is not limited.
It should be noted that the following embodiments of the present invention collectively refer to payment institution 120 and commercial bank 110 as a payment platform.
Based on the system architecture illustrated in fig. 1, fig. 2 is an interaction flow diagram corresponding to a payment method provided in an embodiment of the present invention, where the method includes:
step 201, when a merchant terminal detects that a user consumes based on a biometric identification mode on the merchant terminal, generating consumed payment information.
In the embodiment of the invention, the merchant terminal refers to any terminal equipment capable of realizing a biological recognition payment function, such as a POS machine; the biometric payment may be any one or more of face recognition payment, fingerprint recognition payment, palm vein recognition payment, iris recognition payment, and voiceprint recognition payment, or may also be other recognition payment, such as electroencephalogram recognition payment, gesture recognition payment, and the like, which is not limited specifically.
In a specific implementation, when the user selects the biometric identification mode for consumption on the merchant terminal, the merchant terminal may acquire biometric identification information of the user and then generate payment information for the consumption. Wherein the biometric information is biometric information corresponding to a biometric method selected by the user, for example, when the user selects a face-brushing payment method on the merchant terminal for consumption if the merchant terminal supports face-brushing payment, the merchant terminal may collect face identification information of the user, when the user selects a fingerprint payment method on the merchant terminal for consumption if the merchant terminal supports fingerprint payment, the merchant terminal may collect fingerprint identification information of the user, when the user selects a palm vein payment method on the merchant terminal for consumption if the merchant terminal supports palm vein payment, the merchant terminal may collect palm vein identification information of the user, when the user selects an iris payment method on the merchant terminal for consumption if the merchant terminal supports iris payment, the merchant terminal may collect iris identification information of the user, if the merchant terminal supports voiceprint payment, when the user selects the voiceprint payment mode on the merchant terminal for consumption, the merchant terminal can acquire the voiceprint identification information of the user, and the like.
In the embodiment of the present invention, there may be a plurality of ways for the merchant terminal to generate the payment information, and several possible examples are described below:
in an example, after the merchant terminal collects the biometric information of the user, the merchant terminal may directly generate the payment information according to the biometric information of the user, and thus, the payment information may only include the biometric information of the user.
In example two, after the merchant terminal acquires the biometric information of the user, the merchant terminal may further obtain the payment amount and/or the payment time of the current consumption of the user, and then generate payment information according to the biometric information of the user, the payment amount and/or the payment time of the current consumption, so that the payment information may include the biometric information of the user, the payment amount and/or the payment time of the current consumption. Where the payment time may be specified in seconds, such as 20181011162340, i.e. 16 hours, 23 minutes, 40 seconds, 10 months, 11 days, 2018.
In an example three, after the merchant terminal acquires the biometric information of the user, the merchant terminal may further obtain merchant information to which the merchant terminal belongs, and then generate payment information according to the biometric information of the user and the merchant information, so that the payment information may include the biometric information of the user and the merchant information to which the merchant terminal belongs.
The merchant information may include any one or more of a location where the merchant terminal is located, a name of the merchant, and a type of the merchant. Taking the example that the merchant information includes the location of the merchant terminal, in a possible situation, the location of the merchant terminal may be preset in the merchant terminal by a merchant that installs the merchant terminal, in a specific implementation, after the merchant installs the merchant terminal at a certain location (for example, store No. 10 at L1 level in mall), the location of store No. 10 at L1 level in the preset file of the merchant terminal may be stored, so that, when the merchant terminal detects that the user consumes on the merchant terminal in a face-brushing payment manner, the face identification information of the user is collected, the location of the merchant terminal is obtained from the preset file, and then the payment information of this consumption is generated according to the face identification information of the user and the location of the merchant terminal. In another possible situation, the location of the merchant terminal may be obtained by automatically Positioning a Positioning module in the merchant terminal, where the Positioning module may be any one of a Global Positioning System (GPS) module, a WiFi Positioning module, a base station Positioning module, and a bluetooth Positioning module; in specific implementation, when the merchant terminal detects that the user consumes in a face-brushing payment mode on the merchant terminal, the face identification information of the user can be collected first, then the current position of the merchant terminal is located by using the positioning device, and then the payment information of the consumption is generated according to the face identification information of the user and the current position of the merchant terminal. In this case, the location of the merchant terminal is automatically located by the location module in the merchant terminal, so that the location of the merchant terminal is a real-time location during each consumption, and thus, the location of the merchant terminal is relatively accurate, and the payment accuracy can be ensured.
In an example four, after the merchant terminal collects the biometric information of the user, the merchant terminal may further obtain an identifier (such as a serial number) of the merchant terminal, and then generate payment information according to the biometric information of the user and the identifier of the merchant terminal, so that the payment information may include the biometric information of the user and the identifier of the merchant terminal. The identification of the merchant terminal can be used for the payment platform to obtain the merchant information to which the merchant terminal belongs.
The identifier of the merchant terminal is a unique identifier, and is used to uniquely identify one merchant terminal, such as an Internet Protocol (IP), a random number, a serial number, and the like of the merchant terminal. Correspondingly, the identifier of the merchant terminal is used for the payment platform to query the corresponding relation table of the identifier of the merchant terminal and the merchant information according to the identifier of the merchant terminal so as to obtain the merchant information corresponding to the identifier of the merchant terminal from the corresponding relation table.
In an example five, after the merchant terminal collects the biometric information of the user, the merchant terminal may further obtain merchant information belonging to the merchant terminal or an identifier of the merchant terminal, then obtain the payment amount and/or the payment time of the current consumption, and then generate payment information according to the merchant information or the identifier of the merchant terminal, the biometric information of the user, the payment amount and/or the payment time of the current consumption, so that the payment information may include the biometric information of the user, the merchant information belonging to the merchant terminal or the identifier of the merchant terminal, and the payment amount and/or the payment time of the current consumption.
Step 202, the merchant terminal reports the payment information to the payment platform.
In specific implementation, the merchant terminal may encode the payment information to obtain the message content, and may set the IP of the payment platform as a receiver of the message and set the IP of the merchant terminal as a sender of the message, so that the merchant terminal may send the message to the payment platform.
Step 203, after receiving the payment information reported by the merchant terminal, the payment platform acquires the merchant information to which the merchant terminal belongs, and obtains the payment rule set by the user according to the biometric information of the user.
In a specific implementation, if the payment information includes biometric information of the user and does not include merchant information to which the merchant terminal belongs or an identifier of the merchant terminal (corresponding to the first example or the second example), the payment platform may first parse the message to obtain a message content (i.e., biometric information of the user), a sender of the message (i.e., an IP of the merchant terminal), and a receiver of the message (i.e., an IP of the payment platform), then query the correspondence table according to the IP of the merchant terminal to obtain merchant information to which the merchant terminal belongs, and obtain a payment rule set by the user according to the biometric information of the user. If the payment information reported by the merchant terminal includes the biometric information of the user and the merchant information (corresponding to the third example or the fifth example), the payment platform may directly analyze the message content to obtain the biometric information of the user and the merchant information of the merchant terminal, and then obtain the payment rule set by the user according to the biometric information of the user. If the payment information reported by the merchant terminal includes the biometric information of the user and the identifier of the merchant terminal (corresponding to the fourth or fifth example), the payment platform may directly parse the message content to obtain the biometric information of the user and the identifier of the merchant terminal, then query the correspondence table according to the identifier of the merchant terminal to obtain the merchant information to which the merchant terminal belongs, which corresponds to the identifier of the merchant terminal, and then obtain the payment rule set by the user according to the biometric information of the user.
In the embodiment of the invention, the payment rule can be set on the payment platform by a user in advance, in specific implementation, the user can use the client to access a service interface provided by the payment platform and can trigger the payment platform to open the biological identification payment function for the user by clicking the function icon on the service interface, and correspondingly, when the payment platform detects that the user opens the biological identification payment function on the payment platform, the biological identification information of the user can be collected and the user can be prompted to enter the payment rule; therefore, after the user enters the payment rule, the payment platform can acquire the payment rule entered by the user and can establish the corresponding relation between the biological identification information of the user and the payment rule. The payment rule may include any one or more configuration information of a payment region, a payment merchant type, and a payment merchant list, may further include any one or more configuration information of a payment time limit, a single payment limit, and a daily transaction limit, and may further include a payment account corresponding to the biometric information, which is not limited specifically. If the user sets the payment account corresponding to the biometric information in the payment rule, the payment platform may use the payment account to perform the payment operation corresponding to the biometric mode, and if the user does not set the payment account corresponding to the biometric information in the payment rule, the payment platform may use a default payment account to perform the payment operation corresponding to the biometric mode.
Taking face payment as an example, the meaning of each configuration information set in the payment rule corresponding to the face payment by the user is described as follows:
(1) the payment account corresponding to the face identification information, that is, the user can configure one or more bound card payment accounts or other types of consumption payment accounts dedicated to face payment, and the payment account corresponding to the face identification information may be a class I account, such as a savings card, or a class II account, such as a credit card, or a class III account, such as a flash payment or a secret-free payment, opened by a commercial bank. In the embodiment of the invention, the preferentially recommended user sets the class III account as the payment account corresponding to the face identification information so as to reduce the risk of face payment and ensure the safety of the face payment.
(2) A payment area, wherein the user can configure a center coordinate and an activity radius which are allowed to pay, and thus, a circular area formed by taking the center coordinate set by the user as a circle center and the activity radius set by the user as a radius can be a payment area which is allowed to carry out face payment; alternatively, the user may define an area in a map provided by the payment platform, and the area is used as a payment area for allowing face payment.
(3) The single transaction limit is that the user can limit the single transaction limit when consuming in a face payment mode, for example, if the single transaction limit is 50, payment can be refused when the payment amount consumed in the face payment mode exceeds 50, and payment can be allowed when the payment amount consumed in the face payment mode does not exceed 50.
(4) Daily transaction limit-the daily transaction limit when the user can limit consumption using the face payment method, for example, if the daily transaction limit is 500, the payment can be rejected when the total daily payment amount (including the payment amount of the current consumption) of consumption using the face payment method exceeds 500, and the payment can be allowed when the total daily payment amount (including the payment amount of the current consumption) of consumption using the face payment method does not exceed 500.
(5) Payment time-the payment time that the user can set to allow the face payment mode to consume, the payment time can include a time validity period and a transaction time window, the time validity period refers to the payment date, and the transaction time window refers to the transaction time.
(6) Payment merchant type-the user can set the payment merchant type that allows the face payment mode to consume, wherein the payment merchant type can be catering, gymnasiums, natatoriums, supermarkets, and the like.
(7) Payment merchant list-the user may set a payment merchant list that allows a face payment method to consume, for example, a specific merchant may be selected from the merchant list provided by the payment platform.
In the embodiment of the invention, a user can set the payment rule on the payment platform according to actual needs, and can customize personalized configuration information in the payment rule, for example, any of the configuration information in the (1) to (7) can be set, so that the flexibility of biological identification payment is good, the application scene is wide, and the satisfaction degree of the user is good.
In step 204, the payment platform determines whether the merchant information meets the payment rule, if yes, step 205 is executed, and if no, step 206 is executed.
In specific implementation, the payment platform may determine whether the merchant information of the merchant terminal meets the payment rule through the following several situations:
case 1-payment rules include only payment regions (regions set by the user that allow biometric payments);
in case 1, if the merchant information includes the location of the merchant terminal, the payment platform may determine whether the location of the merchant terminal is located in the payment area, determine that the merchant information satisfies the payment rule if the location of the merchant terminal is located in the payment area, and determine that the merchant information does not satisfy the payment rule if the location of the merchant terminal is not located in the payment area. Correspondingly, if the merchant information includes the name of the merchant but does not include the location of the merchant terminal, the payment platform may first obtain the historical consumption record of the merchant from the big database according to the name of the merchant, then determine the location of the merchant terminal according to the historical consumption record, and then execute the above-mentioned determination process according to the location of the merchant terminal; the historical consumption record of the merchant refers to a consumption record generated when the historical user consumes in other payment modes on the merchant terminal, such as two-dimensional code payment.
By adopting the mode, the merchant terminal is complementarily positioned by using a big data technology, so that the payment platform can accurately acquire the position of the merchant terminal, and the accuracy of payment rule judgment can be improved.
Case 2-payment rules include only payment merchant type (user set merchant type that allows biometric payment);
in case 2, if the merchant information includes the type of the merchant, the payment platform may determine whether the type of the merchant belongs to a merchant type that is set by the user and allows biometric payment, determine that the merchant information satisfies the payment rule if the type of the merchant belongs to the merchant type that allows biometric payment, and determine that the merchant information does not satisfy the payment rule if the type of the merchant does not belong to the merchant type. Correspondingly, if the merchant information includes the name of the merchant and/or the location of the merchant terminal, but does not include the type of the merchant, the payment platform may first obtain the correspondence table between the name and the type of the merchant and/or the correspondence table between the location and the type of the merchant terminal from the payment platform, then query the correspondence table to determine the name of the merchant and/or the type of the merchant corresponding to the location of the merchant terminal, and then execute the above-mentioned determination process according to the type of the merchant. The correspondence table may be preset in the payment platform by those skilled in the art.
Case 3-payment rules include only payment merchant list (merchant list set by user to allow biometric payment);
in case 3, if the merchant information includes the name of the merchant, the payment platform may determine whether the name of the merchant is located in a merchant list that is set by the user and allows biometric payment, determine that the merchant information satisfies the payment rule if the name of the merchant is located in the merchant list, and determine that the merchant information does not satisfy the payment rule if the name of the merchant is not located in the merchant list. Correspondingly, if the merchant information includes the location of the merchant terminal and does not include the name of the merchant, the payment platform may first obtain the correspondence table between the location of the merchant terminal and the name from the payment platform, then query the correspondence table to determine the name of the merchant corresponding to the location of the merchant terminal, and then execute the above-mentioned determination process according to the name of the merchant. The correspondence table may be preset in the payment platform by those skilled in the art.
Case 4-payment rules include payment area and payment merchant type;
in case 4, if the merchant information includes the location of the merchant terminal and the type of the merchant, the payment platform may determine whether the location of the merchant terminal is located in the payment area, and determine whether the type of the merchant belongs to the payment merchant type, if the location of the merchant terminal is located in the payment area, and the type of the merchant belongs to the payment merchant type, it is determined that the merchant information satisfies the payment rule, and if the location of the merchant terminal is not located in the payment area, or the type of the merchant does not belong to the payment merchant type, it is determined that the merchant information does not satisfy the payment rule. Correspondingly, if the merchant information includes the name of the merchant, but does not include the location of the merchant terminal and the type of the merchant, the payment platform may first query the corresponding relationship table according to the name of the merchant to obtain the location of the merchant terminal and the type of the merchant, and then execute the above-mentioned determination process based on the location of the merchant terminal and the type of the merchant.
Case 5-payment rules include payment area and payment merchant list;
in case 5, if the merchant information includes the location of the merchant terminal and the name of the merchant, the payment platform may determine whether the location of the merchant terminal is located in the payment area, and determine whether the name of the merchant is located in the payment merchant list, if the location of the merchant terminal is located in the payment area, and the name of the merchant is located in the payment merchant list, it is determined that the merchant information satisfies the payment rule, and if the location of the merchant terminal is not located in the payment area, or the name of the merchant is not located in the payment merchant list, it is determined that the merchant information does not satisfy the payment rule. Or, if the merchant information includes the name of the merchant but does not include the location of the merchant terminal, the payment platform may first query the corresponding relationship table according to the name of the merchant to obtain the location of the merchant terminal, and then execute the above determination process based on the location of the merchant terminal and the name of the merchant.
In the embodiment of the invention, the user can limit the merchants (such as the payment-allowed area, the payment-allowed merchant types and the payment-allowed merchant list) allowed to pay in the payment rule according to actual needs, so that the biometric payment can be carried out in the payment area and the payment merchant preset by the user, and the biometric payment cannot be carried out in the payment area or the payment merchant not set by the user, thereby avoiding the behavior that lawbreakers carry out large-scale payment in each merchant after the biometric information of the user is stolen, ensuring the safety of the biometric payment function and improving the experience of the user.
In step 205, the payment platform executes payment operation using the payment method corresponding to the biometric information of the user.
In specific implementation, if the user binds the payment account corresponding to the biometric information in the payment rule, the payment platform may execute the payment operation through the commercial bank corresponding to the payment account, and if the user does not bind the payment account corresponding to the biometric information in the payment rule, the payment platform may query a default payment account set by the user, and then execute the payment operation through the commercial bank corresponding to the default payment account.
In an example, after determining that the merchant information satisfies the payment rule set by the user and before performing the payment operation, the payment platform may further determine whether configuration information other than the payment area, the payment merchant type, and the payment merchant list exists in the payment rule, such as a single transaction limit, a daily transaction limit, or payment time, if so, the payment platform may further obtain the payment amount and/or the payment time of the current consumption from the payment information, and determine whether the payment amount and/or the payment time satisfy the payment rule set by the user, if so, the payment operation may be performed, and if not, the step 206 may be performed. Specifically, if the payment rule includes a single transaction limit, the payment operation may be executed if the payment amount consumed this time is less than or equal to the single transaction limit, otherwise step 206 may be executed; or, if the payment rule includes the daily transaction limit, if the total payment amount (including the payment amount of the current consumption) consumed by the user in the biometric payment mode within the payment date of the current consumption is less than or equal to the daily transaction limit, the payment operation may be performed, otherwise, step 206 may be performed; or, if the payment rule includes a single transaction limit and a daily transaction limit, if the payment amount of the current consumption is less than or equal to the single transaction limit, and the total payment amount (including the payment amount of the current consumption) consumed by the user in the biometric payment mode within the payment date of the current consumption is less than or equal to the daily transaction limit, the payment operation may be performed, otherwise, step 206 may be performed; or, if the payment rule includes a single transaction limit, a daily transaction limit, and a payment time, if the payment amount of the current consumption is less than or equal to the single transaction limit, and the total payment amount (including the payment amount of the current consumption) consumed by the user using the biometric payment method within the payment date of the current consumption is less than or equal to the daily transaction limit, and the payment time of the current consumption is within the payment date and payment time range allowed by the user, the payment operation may be performed, otherwise, step 206 may be performed.
In this example, by determining whether the payment amount and/or the payment time of the current payment satisfies the payment rule before the payment operation, the payment amount over-payment consumed by the biometric identification payment method can be avoided, thereby ensuring the security of the current payment.
Further, after the payment operation is executed by using the payment method corresponding to the biometric information of the user, if the payment is successful, the payment platform may send a response message that the payment is successful to the merchant terminal, and if the payment is unsuccessful (for example, due to a network failure of a commercial bank, insufficient balance of a payment account, and the like), the payment platform may send a response message that the payment is unsuccessful to the merchant terminal.
At step 206, the payment platform denies payment.
In specific implementation, when determining that the merchant information does not satisfy the payment rule set by the user, or the payment amount and/or the payment time of the current consumption does not satisfy the payment rule set by the user, the payment platform may reject the payment, and may send a response message indicating that the payment has failed to the merchant terminal.
The following describes the payment method in the embodiment of the present invention in a specific application scenario:
if the user wants to go out for physical exercise and cannot carry cash, bank cards and various electronic devices, the user can set a payment rule of temporary face payment on the payment platform in advance, for example, a transaction account corresponding to the face payment, an area allowing the face payment, an upper limit of the allowed payment amount per day, an effective time range allowing the face payment and the like can be input on the payment platform. Therefore, when the user consumes in a face payment mode on the merchant terminal in the physical exercise process, the merchant terminal can acquire the face identification information of the user and report the face identification information of the user, the position of the merchant terminal, the transaction finance of the consumption, the transaction time of the consumption and other payment information to the payment platform; correspondingly, after the payment platform acquires the payment information, the payment platform can acquire a payment rule set by the user according to the face identification information of the user, then judges whether the position of the merchant terminal is located in an area which is set by the user and allows face payment, judges whether the transaction amount of the current consumption meets the upper limit of the daily allowed payment amount, judges whether the transaction time of the current consumption is located in the effective time range of the face payment, if yes, the payment operation can be carried out on the current consumption by using a payment account corresponding to the face payment information, and if one or more conditions are not met, the payment can be refused.
In the embodiment of the invention, the payment platform comprises a payment mechanism and a commercial bank, and when the payment rules are set in different mechanisms, the execution flow of the payment method is different.
Fig. 3 is a schematic view of an interaction flow corresponding to a payment method when a payment rule is set in a payment authority according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the method specifically includes:
step 301, when detecting that a user sets a payment rule on a service interface provided by a payment mechanism, the payment mechanism acquires the payment rule set by the user, collects biometric information of the user, and further establishes a corresponding relationship between the biometric information of the user and the payment rule set by the user.
Step 302, when the merchant terminal detects that the user consumes based on the biometric identification mode on the merchant terminal, generating the payment information of the consumption, wherein the payment information includes the biometric identification information of the user.
In a specific implementation, when the merchant terminal detects that the user consumes based on the biometric identification mode on the merchant terminal, the biometric identification information of the user may be collected first, and then the payment information of the consumption is generated according to the biometric identification information, the payment amount and/or the payment time of the user, or the payment information of the consumption is generated according to the biometric identification information, the payment amount and/or the payment time of the user, the identification of the merchant terminal, or the merchant information to which the merchant terminal belongs. The merchant information may be any one or more of the location of the merchant terminal, the name of the merchant, and the type of the merchant.
And step 303, the merchant terminal reports the payment information of the consumption to the payment mechanism.
And 304, after receiving the payment information reported by the merchant terminal, the payment mechanism acquires the merchant information of the merchant terminal and obtains the payment rule set by the user according to the biological identification information of the user.
In a specific implementation, after receiving the payment information reported by the merchant terminal, the payment mechanism may analyze the payment information to obtain biometric information, payment amount and/or payment time of the user, or may analyze the payment information to obtain biometric information, payment amount and/or payment time of the user, an identifier of the merchant terminal, and/or merchant information to which the merchant terminal belongs. If the payment information includes the identifier of the merchant terminal, the payment mechanism may obtain, according to the identifier of the merchant terminal, the merchant information to which the merchant terminal belongs from the correspondence table, and if the payment information does not include the identifier of the merchant terminal and the merchant information to which the merchant terminal belongs, the payment mechanism may obtain, according to the IP of the merchant terminal, the merchant information to which the merchant terminal belongs from the correspondence table. Accordingly, the payment mechanism may obtain the payment rule set by the user from the correspondence between the biometric information of the user and the payment rule set by the user according to the biometric information of the user.
In step 305, the payment mechanism determines whether the merchant information of the merchant terminal meets the payment rule set by the user, if so, step 306 is executed, and if not, step 307 is executed.
Step 306, the payment mechanism determines whether the payment amount and/or the payment time satisfy the payment rule set by the user, if yes, step 308 is executed, and if no, step 307 is executed.
In step 307, the payment institution denies the payment and generates a response message indicating that the payment has failed, and then proceeds to step 314.
And 308, the payment mechanism generates deduction information according to the merchant information, the payment amount, the payment time and the payment account corresponding to the biological identification information of the user.
In step 309, the payment authority sends the deduction information to the commercial bank.
And 310, after the commercial bank receives the deduction information, the commercial bank pays the payment amount of the consumption to the commercial tenant indicated by the commercial tenant information based on the payment account corresponding to the biological identification information of the user.
In step 311, the commercial bank determines whether the payment is successful, if not, step 312 is executed, and if so, step 313 is executed.
In specific implementation, in a preset time period, if the payment amount of the current consumption is successfully deducted from the payment account corresponding to the biological identification information of the user and the payment amount of the current consumption is successfully transferred to the account of the merchant, the successful payment is determined; correspondingly, in a preset time period, if the payment amount of the current consumption is not deducted from the payment account corresponding to the biological identification information of the user, or the payment amount of the current consumption is deducted from the payment account corresponding to the biological identification information of the user, but the payment amount of the current consumption is not transferred to the account of the merchant, the payment failure is determined.
At step 312, the merchant bank sends a payment failure response message to the payment authority.
The commercial bank sends a response message to the payment authority that the payment was successful, step 313.
In step 314, the payment mechanism sends a response message of successful payment or a response message of unsuccessful payment to the merchant terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, the payment rule is set in the payment mechanism, and the judgment process of the payment rule is executed by the payment mechanism, so that the workload of the commercial bank can be reduced, the influence on the normal money deduction operation of the commercial bank is avoided, and the payment accuracy is improved.
Fig. 4 is an interaction flow diagram corresponding to a payment method when a payment rule is set in a commercial bank according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, the method includes:
step 401, when detecting that a user sets a payment rule on a service interface provided by a payment mechanism, a payment mechanism acquires the payment rule set by the user, collects biometric information of the user, and determines a payment account corresponding to the biometric information of the user according to the payment rule set by the user.
Step 402, the payment mechanism sends the biometric information of the user and the payment rule set by the user to the commercial bank to which the payment account corresponding to the biometric information of the user belongs.
In step 403, the commercial bank establishes a correspondence between the biometric information of the user and the payment rule set by the user.
Step 404, when the merchant terminal detects that the user consumes based on the biometric identification mode on the merchant terminal, generating the payment information of the consumption, wherein the payment information includes the biometric identification information of the user.
In specific implementation, when the merchant terminal detects that the user consumes based on the biometric identification mode on the merchant terminal, the biometric identification information of the user can be acquired, and then the payment information of the consumption is generated according to the biometric identification information, the payment amount and/or the payment time of the user, or the payment information of the consumption is generated according to the biometric identification information, the payment amount and/or the payment time of the user, the identification of the merchant terminal or the merchant information to which the merchant terminal belongs. In step 406, the payment authority sends the payment account with the payment information corresponding to the biometric information of the user to the commercial bank.
Step 407, after receiving the payment information and the payment account sent by the payment mechanism, the commercial bank obtains information of the merchant to which the merchant terminal belongs, and obtains the payment rule set by the user according to the biometric information of the user.
In specific implementation, after receiving the payment information and the payment account sent by the payment mechanism, the commercial bank may analyze the payment information to obtain biometric information, payment amount and/or payment time of the user, or analyze the payment information to obtain biometric information, payment amount and/or payment time of the user, an identifier of the merchant terminal and/or merchant information to which the merchant terminal belongs. If the payment information includes the identifier of the merchant terminal, the commercial bank may obtain the merchant information to which the merchant terminal belongs from the corresponding relationship table according to the identifier of the merchant terminal, and if the payment information does not include the identifier of the merchant terminal and the merchant information to which the merchant terminal belongs, the commercial bank may obtain the merchant information to which the merchant terminal belongs from the corresponding relationship table according to the IP of the merchant terminal. Accordingly, the commercial bank may acquire the payment rule set by the user from the correspondence between the biometric information of the user and the payment rule set by the user according to the biometric information of the user.
In step 408, the commercial bank determines whether the merchant information of the merchant terminal meets the payment rule set by the user, if yes, step 409 is executed, and if no, step 410 is executed.
In step 409, the commercial bank determines whether the payment amount and/or the payment time satisfy the payment rule set by the user, if yes, step 411 is executed, and if no, step 410 is executed.
The merchant bank denies the payment 410 and generates a response message indicating that the payment failed, and proceeds to 415.
Step 411, the commercial bank pays the payment amount of the current consumption to the account of the merchant indicated by the merchant information based on the payment account corresponding to the biometric information of the user according to the merchant information, the payment amount, the payment time and the biometric information of the user.
In step 412, the commercial bank determines whether the payment is successful, if not, step 413 is executed, and if so, step 414 is executed.
The commercial bank sends a response message to the payment authority that the payment failed, step 413.
At step 414, the commercial bank sends a response message to the payment authority that the payment was successful.
In step 415, the payment mechanism sends a response message that the payment is successful or a response message that the payment is unsuccessful to the merchant terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, the payment rule is set in the commercial bank, and the judgment process of the payment rule is executed by the commercial bank, so that the payment mechanism can be prevented from forging deduction information in the payment process, the unsafe influence on the payment process caused by the payment mechanism serving as a third party mechanism is avoided, and the payment safety is ensured.
