Abstract

连结两管件的组合接头,从承接管的空心端部的 环形凸缘延伸出一个截面逐渐减小的锥形孔,它与设 插入管的空心端部靠近所述的凸肩的锥形头相配合, 以便除了在所述插入管端部的锥形头处形成的第一 全金属干涉密封外,再加上一第二全金属干涉密封。

Description

本发明涉及连结两管件的组合的对接头,它通过把两管件拧在一起形成的干涉配合,在两个管件之间形成双重的金属密封而实现甚至在苛刻的工作条件如高压及高温下仍能保证有效而可靠的密封。
在现有技术中,有各种组合接头,例如把管件简单地拧在一起而连接起来,而没有使用辅助的元件(封套等)来达到管件间可靠的机械连结及密封。
另外,有一些已知类型的接头使用在插入管端部和设在承接管内的相应的承座之间设有干涉配合的全金属机械密封,其中故意设置相应的锥面以保证接头的密封。
但是在油田作业例如打井作业时苛刻的工作条件例如高压、高温和高的拉伸/压缩压力施加到接头上时,现有技术的这些技术方案都不能保证可靠有效的密封。
本发明的目的就是要解决现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供一种在苛刻的工作条件下都能保证密封的连结管件的接头,它也可以可靠地运送腐蚀液体等。
本发明的目的通过在插入管和承接管的螺纹端之间的全金属干涉密封来达到。
因此,事实上,双重的密封,除了保证在内外高压情况下接头的密封外,也可保证在把两个连结的管件相互拧紧时可能发生的使双重密封中一个受损的情况下的保护作用。
为实现本发明的目的,本发明提供了一种在设有阴螺纹的承接管的空心端部和要拧入承接管内的带阳螺纹的插入管的空心端部之间的组合对接头,当两管件完全拧在一起时,插入管的凸肩与承接管的端部的环形凸缘相配合,而从插入管的空心端部延伸出的截面逐渐减小的锥形头与承接管的空心端部内腔中的相应的锥形孔配合以形成全金属干涉密封,其特征在于,按照本发明,从承接管的空心端部的环形凸缘向后延伸出一个截面逐渐减小的锥形孔,它与设在插入管的空心端部靠近所述的凸肩,向凸肩方向截面逐渐变大的锥形头相配合,形成第二全金属的干涉密封。
下面通过附图示出的一个实施例的说明,可更清楚地了解本发明,实施例只是举例说明的非限制性的实施例,可以对它作出技术上及结构上的改型而不超出本发明的范围,附图中:
图1示出按照本发明的连结两管件的组合式对接头的纵向剖视图。
图2是一个示出图1接头的局部的放大的纵向剖视图。
参见附图,承接管3的空心端部1带有阴螺纹2,而插入管5带有相应的空心端部4、插入管5的空心端部4带有阳螺纹6,使两空心端部1和4可以拧在一起,还带有一处在阳螺纹6后面的外伸的凸肩7,它起到作为插入管5的端部4的环形凸缘8的挡边的作用。
在插入管3的空心端部4的前端9伸出一截面逐步变小的锥形头10,它与承接管5的空心端部1的内腔中相应的锥形孔11相配合,形成一全金属的干涉密封。最后,从承接管5的空心端部1的环形凸缘8向后延伸出一个截面逐渐减小的锥形孔12,它与设在插入管3的空心端部4靠近所述的凸肩7,向凸肩7方向截面逐渐变大的相应的锥形头13相配合,形成第二全金属的干涉密封。
这样,通过把插入管1的端部4完全拧入承接管5的空心端部1中可形成一双重的全金属密封10-11;12-13,使得在任何工作状态下都能保证管接头处的密封。

Claims (1)

1、一种在设有阴螺纹的承接管的空心端部和要拧入承接管内的、带阳螺纹的插入管的空心端部之间的组合对接头,当两管件完全拧在一起时,插入管的凸肩与承接管的端部的环形凸缘相配合,而从插入管的空心端部延伸出的截面逐渐减小的锥形头与承接管的空心端部内腔中的相应的锥形孔配合以形成全金属干涉密封,其特征在于,从承接管的空心端部的环形凸缘向后延伸出一个截面逐渐减小的锥孔,它与设在插入管的空心端部靠近所述的凸肩,向凸肩方向截面逐渐变大的锥形头相配合,形成第二全金属干涉密封。
