本发明属于饲料生产技术领域,具体地说,涉及一种提高鱼苗长速的饲料及其生产工艺。
背景技术
鱼的受精卵,经人造的流水环境,在适当水温、溶氧、水质等条件下经适当的时间,其发育为能平游的幼体,我们习惯称之为“水花”,学术上称为鱼苗。
原来(草鱼、罗非、鲮鱼)鱼苗在水花过程中没有专用饲料,人们都是直接用原料直接粉碎、或碎混合,或用猪料泡水后饲养,但是,采用这种方法,饲养员需要在喂食之前进行再次加工,十分麻烦,而且育苗长速慢,饲喂成本高,鱼苗的成活率低。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的缺点,提供了一种提高鱼苗长速的饲料及其生产工艺,解决鱼苗在水花阶段的营养问题,提高鱼苗的长速,提高鱼苗的成活率,以及在此过程中的专用饲料问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种提高鱼苗长速的饲料,包括以下重量份的原料:面粉10.0-20.0,发酵豆粕10.0-15.0,发酵菜粕5.0-10.0,去皮豆粕20.0-30.0,玉米10.0-15.0,大豆油2.0-3.0,米糠粕5.0-10.0,大豆磷脂油粉1.0-2.0,维生素预混料0.1-0.2,微量元素预混料1.0-2.0,脱霉剂0.04-1.0,抗氧化剂0.02-0.03,氯化胆咸0.05-0.1。
进一步,包括以下重量份的原料:面粉15,发酵豆粕10.0-15.0,发酵菜粕7,去皮豆粕23,玉米13,大豆油2.6,米糠粕7,大豆磷脂油粉1.4,维生素预混料0.13,微量元素预混料1.6,脱霉剂0.6,抗氧化剂0.025,氯化胆咸0.06。
一种提高鱼苗长速的饲料的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:称配料-----混合----粉碎----二次超微粉碎---二次混合----调质----膨化----烘干-----二次喷油------冷却。
进一步,所述经过粉碎和二次超微粉碎,要求100%过100目筛。
进一步,所述二次超微粉碎采用高速超微碎机,风送高密度布袋筛网,8层高方筛回转筛二次分筛。
进一步,所述二次混合步骤加一级大豆油。
进一步,所述调质为120-130℃两分钟,熟化度80-90%。
进一步,冷却后用10-14目筛网进行二次级,清除过大过小颗粒。
