本示范性实施例特别良好地适合于生产具有外包装的香烟盒,该外包装是由带撕开条的玻璃纸或塑料薄膜制成的。图1表示作为包装机一部分的薄膜装置。

两个纵向壁36、37利用横向连接螺栓41彼此连接在一起。这些螺栓延伸在座罩31的横向壁42区域内。在端部也就是在顶部和底部,该座罩31由端壁43封闭,因此密封轴23至25每个安装在内腔44中。后者只是在侧面也就是沿向着薄膜带10的方向开口(开孔32)。
以这种方式成形的座罩31其外部用绝热板45围绕,这减少对外界的热损失。绝热板45延伸在纵向壁36、37和端壁43的区域中。连接螺栓41通过绝热板延伸,使座罩31的单元和绝热板45由连接螺栓41固定在一起。同时,这些连接螺栓41用于连接所述单元和承载部件26,后者形成单臂杆的形式。因此,座罩31沿侧向固定在该承载部件26上。
在密封辊23至25之间设置了附加的部件,用于将(辐射)热传递到座罩31的面向薄膜带10的侧面上的撕开条12、13上。这些部件是连接片46,它们在撕开条12、13的区域内作为比较薄壁的部件精确也设置在座罩31上,也就是设置在横向壁42和端壁43上。连接片46做成这样的形状,使得它们以一定距离跟随密封辊23至25的外形轮廓,并以小距离例如1/5到1/2mm从撕开条12、13处伸出。结果,没有接触地传递了附加热量。
密封辊23至25以特殊方式设计。在外密封表面区域内形成一个运转的圆形密封条47(Sealing Web)。该密封条47近似地对应于撕开条12、13的宽度或稍宽。由于该密封条47,作为密封辊23至24外区的活动环39有一个T形截面。密封辊23至25的这部分由热导率高的金属材料构成。
在目前情况下,反向辊27至29只具有产生密封所需反向压力的作用。反向辊27至29也安装在具有轴颈49的运转轴承48上。这些沿侧向与座架30连接,后者取单臂杆的形式。
反向辊27至29具有比密封辊23至25更宽的外轴承面积或表面积。在图示的示范性实施例中,反向辊27至29的外周面做成弹性。图5表示,为此目的在反向辊27至29上固定一个用弹性材料特别是硅酮制成的套筒50。因此,薄膜带10利用密封辊23、24压紧弹性套筒50。如图所示,该套筒50在该区域内有一个凸起的外轴承表面51。
密封辊23至25和/或反向辊27至29安装成可以调节。在目前情况下,一方面是支承部件26而另一方面是座架30被设置成可以活动。角承载部件26可以转动地安装在静止的支承轴颈52上。在中断的情况下,密封装置21或带密封辊的承载部件26移出而与薄膜带10脱离接触,也就是通过枢轴式转动到图2中虚线所示的位置中。
反向辊27至29用的座架30可以转动地安装在支承轴颈53的一侧上。由于这种安装,带有反向辊27至29的座架30的相对位置可以进行调节。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于使连续输送的材料条特别是撕开条(12,13)与连续输送的材料带特别是薄膜带(10)连接的装置,用于生产带有撕开条的盒子外包装用的坯料,其中:
a)提供转动的压力和密封部件,以将该材料条(12,13)压靠在材料带(10)上,
b)该压力和密封部件为密封辊(23,24,25),
c)该密封辊(23,24,25)主要或唯一地受到间接加热,
d)多个密封辊(23,24,25)沿着材料带(10)和材料条(12,13)的传送方向连续地排列设置,
其特征在于:
e)在该连续的密封辊(23,24,25)之间的区域、并且与该材料带(10)或材料条(12,13)隔开设置热传导部件,
f)所述热传导部件是沿该材料条(12,13)的纵向延伸的薄壁、加热的连接片(46),
g)该连接片(46)隔开距离沿着该密封辊(23,24,25)的廓形设置,并沿着传送方向连续地设置。
2.如权利要求1中所述的装置,其特征在于,该密封辊(23、24、25)安装在一个用高热导率材料制造的座罩(31)中,该座罩被加热,最好利用至少一个设置在该座罩(31)中的加热筒(33)加热。
3.如权利要求2所述的装置,其特征在于,这些连接片(46)受座罩(31)或设置在该座罩(31)中的加热筒(33)加热。
4.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于:所述密封辊(23,24,25)与反向辊(27,28,29)相对设置,以使该材料带(10)和材料条(12,13)在传送运动中通过该密封辊(23,24,25)由该反向辊(27,28,29)加压。
5.如权利要求1中所述的装置,其特征在于,这些密封辊(23、24、25)具有一个带狭窄的运转的外圆密封条(47)的轮廓-T形,该密封条(47)用于支承紧靠撕开条(12,13),其中特别是密封条(47)形成密封辊(23、24、25)的外活动环(39)的一部分并由热传导材料制成。
6.如权利要求1中所述的装置,其特征在于,反向辊(27,28,29)全部或部分地也就是至少在外套管(50)区域内,由可以压缩的弹性材料最好是硅酮构成。
7.如权利要求6中所述的装置,其特征在于,反向辊(27、28、29)设有薄膜带(10)用的外支承表面,其宽度大于密封辊(23、24、25)的密封表面,尤其大于密封辊的密封条(47)的密封表面。
8.如权利要求1中所述的装置,其特征在于,密封辊(23、24、25)或座罩(31)设置在一个可以调整地安装的承载部件(26)上,特别是作为可以枢轴式转动的单臂杆上。
9.如权利要求1中所述的装置,其特征在于,反向辊(27、28、29)设置在一个座架(30)上,座架(30)相对于密封辊(23、24、25)是可以调整的。
10.如权利要求1中所述的设置,其特征在于,密封辊(23、24、25)和反向辊(27,28,29)在直立传送区即薄膜带(10)的直立分带(22)的区域中起作用。
