Abstract

The BZ7 and the video communication server send a three-way call association request to a second session management function node through a first session management function node, wherein the three-way call association request comprises application layer session identification of both-side conversation and a user number of a calling terminal.
The BZ8, the second session management function node, associates the calling terminal, the participating terminal and the called terminal.
The BZ901 and the second session management function node make a call to the called terminal through the 5G core network, and then the called terminal responds to the call (not shown in fig. 5).
BZ902 and the second session management function node send the three-party call establishment information to the calling terminal.
BZ10, the second session management function node sends the three-way call establishment information to the video communication server via the first session management function node.
The BZ1101 and the video communication server send call resumption information for the double-talk to the participant terminal.
The BZ1102 and the video communication server send call disconnection information aiming at the two-party call to the calling terminal.
BZ12, the calling terminal calls the corresponding application program to establish a three-way call (not shown in figure 5) among the calling terminal, the participating terminal and the called terminal.
Fig. 6 is a block diagram of a video communication server according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 6, the video communication server can be used to implement the call establishment method provided in the foregoing embodiment. The video communication server includes: the system comprises a first receiving module 1, a first sending module 2, a second receiving module 3, an access module 4, a second sending module 5 and a third receiving module 6.
The first receiving module 1 is configured to receive a three-party call establishment request sent by a calling terminal.
The calling terminal is a party of the current two-party call, and the three-party call establishment request comprises the following steps: the subscriber number of the calling terminal.
And the first sending module 2 is used for sending the application layer session identifier of the two-party call to the calling terminal according to the three-party call establishment request and sending a 5G core network access request to the non-3GPP access function node.
And the second receiving module 3 is configured to receive authentication result information sent by the non-3GPP access function node after performing authentication according to the 5G core network access request.
And the access module 4 is configured to, when the authentication result information includes access confirmation information, perform an access 3GPP network operation with the non-3GPP access function node, and return an access confirmation response to the non-3GPP access function node, so that the non-3GPP access function node directs the session connection relationship of the video communication server in the 5G core network to the first session management function node.
And the second sending module 5 is configured to send the three-party call association request to the second session management function node through the first session management function node, so that the second session management function node associates the calling terminal, the participant terminal, and the called terminal according to the three-party call association request, and calls the called terminal.
Wherein the three-party call association request comprises: the application layer session identification of the two-party conversation and the user number of the calling terminal, and the participating terminal is the other party of the two-party conversation.
And a third receiving module 6, configured to receive the triple-party call setup message forwarded by the first session management function node from the second session management function node.
In some embodiments, the three-way call setup request further comprises: call suspend information for a double-talk call.
The first receiving module includes: the unit 1a is suspended.
And a suspending unit 1a for suspending the double-talk.
The third receiving module 6 includes: and a transmitting unit 6 a.
A sending unit 6a, configured to send call recovery information for the double-talk to the participant terminal, and send call disconnect information for the double-talk to the calling terminal.
In some embodiments, the 5G core network access request comprises: server description information of the video communication server.
It should be noted that, for the specific execution process of each module and the relation between each module in this embodiment, reference may be made to the corresponding contents in the foregoing call establishment method embodiment, and details are not described here again.
Fig. 7 is a block diagram of a session management function node according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 7, the session management function node may be configured to implement the call establishment method provided in the foregoing embodiment, and the session management function node is the second session management function node in the foregoing embodiment. The session management function node includes: a fourth receiving module 7, an association module 8, a calling module 9 and a third sending module 10.
The fourth receiving module 7 is configured to receive a three-party call request sent by the calling terminal.
Wherein the three-way call request comprises: the application layer session identification of the current two-party conversation and the user number of the called terminal.
And the association module 8 is configured to receive a three-party call association request sent by the video communication server through the first session management function node, and associate the calling terminal, the participant terminal, and the called terminal according to the three-party call association request.
Wherein the three-party call association request comprises: the application layer session identification of the two-party conversation and the user number of the calling terminal, and the participating terminal is the other party of the two-party conversation.
And the calling module 9 is used for calling the called terminal through the 5G core network and sending a three-way call establishment message to the calling terminal, so that the calling terminal calls a corresponding application program according to the three-way call establishment message to establish a three-way call among the calling terminal, the participant terminal and the called terminal.
And a third sending module 10, configured to send a triple-party call setup message to the video communication server through the first session management function node.

Fig. 8 is a block diagram of a communication terminal according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 8, the communication terminal may be used to implement the call establishment method provided in the foregoing embodiment. The communication terminal includes: an obtaining module 11, a fourth sending module 12, a fifth sending module 13 and a fifth receiving module 14.
The obtaining module 11 is configured to obtain a user number of the called terminal.
The fourth sending module 12 is configured to send a three-way call establishment request to the video communication server, and receive an application layer session identifier of a current two-way call sent by the video communication server.
The three-party call establishment request comprises the following steps: the subscriber number of the calling terminal.
And a fifth sending module 13, configured to send a three-way call request to the second session management function node.
Wherein the three-way call request comprises: the application layer session identification of the two-party conversation and the user number of the called terminal.
And a fifth receiving module 14, configured to receive the triple-party call establishment message sent by the second session management function node, and call a corresponding application program according to the triple-party call establishment message, so as to establish a triple-party call between the calling terminal, the participant terminal, and the called terminal.
It should be noted that, for the specific execution process of each module and the relation between each module in this embodiment, reference may be made to the corresponding contents in the foregoing call establishment method embodiment, and details are not described here again.
Fig. 9 is a block diagram of a call setup system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 9, the call setup system can be used to implement the call setup method provided in the foregoing embodiments. The call establishment system includes: the system comprises a video communication server, a session management function node and a communication terminal.
The video communication server adopts any one of the video communication servers in the previous embodiments; the session management function node adopts the session management function node in the foregoing embodiment, and the session management function node is the second session management function node in the foregoing embodiment; the communication terminal adopts the communication terminal in the foregoing embodiment.
In this embodiment, the call establishing system further includes: a first session management function node and a non-3GPP access function node.
The call establishment system provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can be implemented in a 5G network, and on the basis that a calling terminal and a participant terminal have a call between the two parties based on a mobile terminal application program, the calling terminal interacts with a video communication server and a session management function entity to call a called terminal serving as a standard telephone, so as to establish a three-party call.
It is to be understood that the above embodiments are merely exemplary embodiments that are employed to illustrate the principles of the present disclosure, and that the present disclosure is not limited thereto. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the disclosure, and these are to be considered as the scope of the disclosure.
Claims (11)
1. A call establishment method is applied to a video communication server, and comprises the following steps:
receiving a three-party call establishment request sent by a calling terminal, wherein the calling terminal is one party of the current two-party call, and the three-party call establishment request comprises the following steps: the user number of the calling terminal;
sending application layer session identification of the two-party call to the calling terminal according to the three-party call establishment request, and sending a 5G core network access request to a non-3GPP access function node;
receiving authentication result information sent by the non-3GPP access function node after authentication is carried out according to the 5G core network access request;
if the authentication result information comprises access confirmation information, performing 3GPP network access operation with the non-3GPP access function node, and returning an access confirmation response to the non-3GPP access function node, so that the non-3GPP access function node can point the session connection relation of the video communication server in the 5G core network to a first session management function node;
sending a three-party call association request to a second session management function node through the first session management function node, so that the second session management function node associates the calling terminal, the participant terminal and the called terminal according to the three-party call association request and calls the called terminal, wherein the three-party call association request comprises: the application layer session identification of the two-party conversation and the user number of the calling terminal, and the participating terminal is the other party of the two-party conversation;
and receiving the three-party call establishment message forwarded from the second session management function node by the first session management function node.
2. The call setup method of claim 1, wherein the three-way call setup request further comprises: call suspend information for the two-party call;
before the step of sending the 5G core network access request to the non-3GPP access function node, the method further includes: suspending the two-party call;
after the step of receiving the three-way call setup message forwarded by the first session management function node from the second session management function node, the method further includes:
and sending the call recovery information aiming at the two-party call to the participating terminal, and sending the call disconnection information aiming at the two-party call to the calling terminal.
3. The call setup method of claim 1, wherein the 5G core network access request comprises: server description information of the video communication server;
the authentication process of the non-3GPP access function node according to the 5G core network access request is as follows:
sending an authentication request to a unified data management node, wherein the authentication request comprises: the server description information;
and receiving and forwarding the authentication result information sent by the unified data management node to a video communication server.
4. A call setup method applied to a second session management function node, the method comprising:
receiving a three-party call request sent by a calling terminal, wherein the three-party call request comprises: the application layer session identification of the current two-party conversation and the user number of the called terminal;
receiving a three-party call association request sent by a video communication server through a first session management function node, and associating the calling terminal, the participating terminal and the called terminal according to the three-party call association request, wherein the three-party call association request comprises: the application layer session identification of the two-party conversation and the user number of the calling terminal, and the participating terminal is the other party of the two-party conversation;
calling the called terminal through a 5G core network, and sending a three-way call establishment message to the calling terminal, so that the calling terminal calls a corresponding application program according to the three-way call establishment message to establish a three-way call among the calling terminal, the participating terminal and the called terminal;
and sending the three-way call establishment message to the video communication server through the first session management function node.
5. A call establishing method is applied to a calling terminal, and comprises the following steps:
acquiring a user number of a called terminal;
sending a three-party call establishment request to a video communication server, and receiving an application layer session identifier of a current two-party call sent by the video communication server, wherein the three-party call establishment request comprises: the user number of the calling terminal;
sending a three-way call request to a second session management function node, the three-way call request comprising: the application layer session identification of the two-party conversation and the user number of the called terminal;
and receiving a three-party call establishment message sent by the second session management function node, calling a corresponding application program according to the three-party call establishment message, and establishing a three-party call among the calling terminal, the participant terminal and the called terminal.
6. A video communication server, comprising:
the first receiving module is used for receiving a three-party call establishment request sent by a calling terminal, wherein the calling terminal is a party of the current two-party call, and the three-party call establishment request comprises: the user number of the calling terminal;
the first sending module is used for sending the application layer session identification of the two-party call to the calling terminal according to the three-party call establishment request and sending a 5G core network access request to a non-3GPP access function node;
a second receiving module, configured to receive authentication result information sent by the non-3GPP access functional node after performing authentication according to the 5G core network access request;
an access module, configured to perform, when the authentication result information includes access confirmation information, an access 3GPP network access operation with the non-3GPP access function node, and return an access confirmation response to the non-3GPP access function node, so that the non-3GPP access function node points a session connection relationship of the video communication server in the 5G core network to the first session management function node;
a second sending module, configured to send a three-way call association request to a second session management function node through the first session management function node, so that the second session management function node associates the calling terminal, the participant terminal, and the called terminal according to the three-way call association request, and calls the called terminal, where the three-way call association request includes: the application layer session identification of the two-party conversation and the user number of the calling terminal, and the participating terminal is the other party of the two-party conversation;
and the third receiving module is used for receiving the three-party call establishment message forwarded by the first session management function node from the second session management function node.
7. The video communication server of claim 6, wherein the three-way call establishment request further comprises: call suspend information for the two-party call;
the first receiving module includes:
a suspending unit for suspending the two-party call;
the third receiving module includes:
and the sending unit is used for sending the call recovery information aiming at the two-party call to the participating terminal and sending the call disconnection information aiming at the two-party call to the calling terminal.
8. The video communication server of claim 6, wherein the 5G core network access request comprises: server description information of the video communication server.
9. A session management function node, comprising:
a fourth receiving module, configured to receive a three-way call request sent by a calling terminal, where the three-way call request includes: the application layer session identification of the current two-party conversation and the user number of the called terminal;
the association module is used for receiving a three-party call association request sent by a video communication server through a first session management function node, and associating the calling terminal, the participant terminal and the called terminal according to the three-party call association request, wherein the three-party call association request comprises: the application layer session identification of the two-party conversation and the user number of the calling terminal, and the participating terminal is the other party of the two-party conversation;
the calling module is used for calling the called terminal through a 5G core network and sending a three-way call establishment message to the calling terminal so that the calling terminal can call a corresponding application program according to the three-way call establishment message to establish three-way calls among the calling terminal, the participating terminal and the called terminal;
and the third sending module is used for sending the three-party call establishment message to the video communication server through the first session management function node.
10. A communication terminal, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the user number of the called terminal;
a fourth sending module, configured to send a three-way call establishment request to a video communication server, and receive an application layer session identifier of a current two-way call sent by the video communication server, where the three-way call establishment request includes: a subscriber number of the calling terminal;
a fifth sending module, configured to send a three-way call request to a second session management function node, where the three-way call request includes: the application layer session identification of the two-party conversation and the user number of the called terminal;
and the fifth receiving module is used for receiving the three-party call establishment message sent by the second session management function node, calling a corresponding application program according to the three-party call establishment message, and establishing the three-party call among the calling terminal, the participant terminal and the called terminal.
11. A call set-up system, comprising: the system comprises a video communication server, a session management function node and a communication terminal;
the video communication server is the video communication server as claimed in any one of claims 6 to 8; the session management function node employing the session management function node as claimed in claim 9; the communication terminal employs the communication terminal as claimed in claim 10.
