A Network Exposure Function (NEF) is an entity of a mobile communication Network, and is mainly used for isolating the mobile communication Network from other networks due to the Function of a firewall.
In step S408, the NEF sends a connection request to the SMF to send the SMF the flag of the three-party call, the session ID of the current call being suspended, the telephone numbers of the first and second user terminals, and the basic information of the pre-established call.
Step S409, the SMF sets a three-party call instruction according to the connection request of the communication server so as to control the UPF to establish the three-party call. The three-party call refers to a call among a first user terminal, a second user terminal and a third user terminal.
In step S410, the SMF sends the three-way call instruction to the UPF, so that the UPF establishes the three-way call.
In step S411, the UPF establishes a three-way call. Specifically, the UPF establishes a three-party call with a one-to-many forwarding relationship according to the three-party call instruction, and enables a third user terminal to join the three-party call. The one-to-many forwarding relation is that the call of one terminal is forwarded to other terminals.
Specifically, the audio/video sent by the first user terminal to the second user terminal is forwarded to the application program in the third user terminal. And the audio and video sent by the second user terminal to the first user terminal are simultaneously forwarded to an application program in a third user terminal. And the audio and video sent by the application program in the third user terminal are simultaneously forwarded to the first user terminal and the second user terminal.
In step S412, the UPF sends a feedback result to the SMF, that is, the UPF sends a confirmation message of completion of the three-party call establishment to the SMF.
In step S413, the SMF forwards the information of the three-way call setup completion to the NEF.
In step S414, the NEF forwards the information of the completion of the three-way call establishment to the communication server.
It is understood that the messages of the three-way call setup completion are sent to the communication server in steps S412 to S414.
In step S415, the communication server sends a message that the three-way call is established to the application program of the first user terminal.
In step 416, the communication server sends a reminder notification to the third user terminal, such as by ringing the third user terminal to notify that a three-way call has been established.
It should be noted that step S415 and step S416 may be performed simultaneously, or step S415 is performed first, and then step S416 is performed; alternatively, step S416 is executed first, and then step S415 is executed. Namely, the communication server can firstly send a message that the three-party call is established to the application program of the first user terminal, and then send a reminding notice to the third user terminal; or the communication server firstly sends a reminding notice to the third user terminal and then sends a message that the three-party call is established to the application program of the first user terminal; or, the communication server sends a message that the three-way call is established to the application program of the first user terminal, and simultaneously sends a reminding notification to the third user terminal, and the several ways can achieve the purpose of the present invention and all belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
In step S417, the application program of the first user terminal sends the call to the SMF to resume the suspended call. Specifically, the application program of the first user terminal sends a request for resuming the suspended call to the telephone program, the telephone program forwards the request for resuming the suspended call to the SMF, and the SMF interacts with the telephone program of the first user terminal and the telephone program of the second user terminal to resume the suspended call.
Step S418, after the application program of the third user terminal receives the notification of the communication server, the off-hook is completed, that is, the invitation of the three-party call is accepted. And if the third user does not perform off-hook operation, the third user terminal does not accept the invitation of the three-party call.
In step S419, the communication server sends the SMF an off-hook operation of the third user terminal, specifically, the communication server sends the NEF an off-hook operation of the third user terminal, and the NEF forwards the off-hook operation to the SMF.
Step S420, sending the message that the third user terminal joins the three-party call to the phone program of the first user terminal.
Specifically, after receiving the off-hook operation of the third user terminal, the SMF sends a message that the third user terminal joins in the three-party call to the phone program of the first user terminal, thereby completing the entire process of the three-party call, and the application program in the first user terminal, the application program in the third user terminal, and the phone program of the second user terminal implement the three-party call through one-to-many forwarding of the UPF.
In one embodiment, after step S420, the method further includes:
step S421, the communication server sends a program switching instruction to the first user terminal, and switches the called program (wechat program) in the first user terminal to the background.
It will be understood that the above embodiments are merely exemplary embodiments taken to illustrate the principles of the present invention, which is not limited thereto. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements can be made without departing from the spirit and substance of the invention, and these modifications and improvements are also considered to be within the scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. A method for establishing a three-party call is applied to a session management function entity, and is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a suspension request for suspending a current call from a first user terminal; the suspension request is a suspension request sent by a called application program of the first user terminal based on a calling request initiated by the calling application program, and the calling request comprises a three-party call identifier;
suspending the current call of the first user terminal and the second user terminal established based on a mobile communication network according to the suspension request;
receiving a connection request initiated by a communication server corresponding to a third user terminal; the connection request is sent by the communication server after establishing pre-connection with a third user terminal, and the connection request comprises a three-party call identifier, original call basic information and pre-established call basic information; the third user terminal is connected with the first user terminal based on a data network;
establishing a three-party call instruction according to the connection request so that a user plane functional entity establishes a three-party call with a one-to-many forwarding relation according to the three-party call instruction and enables the third user terminal to join the three-party call; the one-to-many forwarding relation is used for forwarding the call of one terminal to terminals except for the terminal.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein setting up a three-party call instruction according to the connection request, so that the user plane function entity establishes a three-party call in a one-to-many forwarding relationship according to the three-party call instruction, and joins the third user terminal to the three-party call, comprises:
establishing a three-party call instruction according to the connection request so that the user plane functional entity establishes a one-to-many forwarding relation three-party call according to the three-party call instruction;
receiving a feedback message of the completion of the three-party call establishment from the user plane functional entity;
forwarding the feedback message of the completion of the three-party call establishment to the third user terminal so that the third user terminal joins the three-party call;
receiving an instruction from the first user terminal to recover the suspended call so as to recover the suspended call of the first user terminal and the second user terminal.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein receiving an instruction from the first user terminal to resume the suspended call between the first user terminal and the second user terminal comprises:
receiving an instruction of the first user terminal for recovering the suspended call;
and resuming the suspended call and sending a confirmation resuming message to the first user terminal and the second user terminal.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the invoked program in the first user terminal is switched to the background after the three-way call is established.
5. A method for establishing three-party call is applied to a user plane management entity, and is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a suspension instruction established by a session management functional entity according to a suspension request initiated by a first user terminal for suspending a current call; the suspension request is a suspension request sent by a called application program of the first user terminal based on a calling request initiated by the calling application program, and the calling request comprises a three-party call identifier;
suspending the current conversation of the first user terminal and the second user terminal established based on a mobile communication network according to the suspension instruction;
receiving a three-party call establishing instruction sent by the session management functional entity according to a connection request initiated by a communication server corresponding to a third user terminal, wherein the connection request is sent by the communication server after establishing pre-connection with the third user terminal, and the connection request comprises a three-party call identifier, original call basic information and pre-established call basic information; the third user terminal is connected with the first user terminal based on a data network;
establishing a three-party call with a one-to-many forwarding relation according to the three-party call instruction, and enabling the third user terminal to join the three-party call; the one-to-many forwarding relation is used for forwarding the call of one terminal to terminals except for the terminal.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein after the three-party call establishing the one-to-many forwarding relationship according to the three-party call instruction, further comprising:
and sending a feedback result of successful establishment of the three-party call to the session management functional entity so as to enable the third user terminal to join the three-party call.
7. A method for establishing a three-way call, which is applied to a communication server of a third user terminal requested to join the three-way call, is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a call request from a first user terminal, wherein the call request is a request for suspending a current call sent by the first user terminal, and the request for joining the three-party call is sent to a third user terminal after the current calls of the first user terminal and a second user terminal are suspended, the request for suspending is a request for suspending a called application program of the first user terminal based on a calling request sent by the calling application program, and the calling request and the call request contain a three-party call identifier;
sending the call request to a third user terminal, and establishing pre-connection with the third user terminal;
sending a connection request to a session management function entity corresponding to the first user terminal so that a user plane function entity establishes a three-party call with a one-to-many forwarding relationship according to a three-party call instruction, wherein the connection request comprises a three-party call identifier, original call basic information and pre-established call basic information; the third user terminal is connected with the first user terminal based on a data network, and the one-to-many forwarding relation is that the call of one terminal is forwarded to terminals except the third user terminal;
receiving a confirmation message of the completion of the three-party call establishment sent by a session management function entity corresponding to the first user terminal;
and sending a session management function entity corresponding to the first user terminal to the third user terminal by the instruction of joining the three-party call.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein after the sending the session management function entity corresponding to the first user terminal to the third user terminal, the method further comprises:
and sending the suspended call to a session management function entity corresponding to the first user terminal so as to recover the suspended call between the first user terminal and the second user terminal.
9. The method of claim 7, further comprising, after the call between the first user terminal and the second user terminal that is suspended is resumed:
and sending a program switching instruction to the first user terminal so as to switch the called program in the first user terminal to a background.
10. A system for establishing three-party call comprises a session management entity, a user plane functional entity and a communication server in a second network, wherein a first user terminal and a second user terminal establish current call in the first network through the session management entity and the user plane functional entity, a third user terminal is in the second network, and the types of the first network and the second network are different; it is characterized in that the preparation method is characterized in that,
the session management entity performing the method of any of claims 1 to 4;
the user plane functional entity performing the method of any of claims 5 to 6;
and the communication server performs the method of any one of claims 7 to 9.
