Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a device for establishing a three-party call. After receiving a call request sent by a second application program in the first terminal, the communication server establishes signaling connection (pre-establishment) with the third terminal according to a three-party call mark in the call request, namely the communication server can send instruction information to the third terminal, but service connection is not established, and the third terminal cannot carry out call.
After the communication server establishes signaling connection with the third terminal, the communication server sends a three-party call request to the session management function entity, wherein the three-party call request comprises the number of the first terminal, the number of the second terminal and a password code for accessing the three-party call, and after the session management function entity receives the three-party call request, the session management function entity can send an instruction to the first terminal and the second terminal according to the numbers of the first terminal and the second terminal in the three-party call request.
It should be noted that, before the communication server sends a request or an instruction to the session management function entity for the first time, the communication server needs to access the 5G core network and pass authentication. Specifically, the communication server sends a request for accessing a 5G core network to the non-3GPP interworking functional entity, the non-3GPP interworking functional entity sends the access request to a Unified Data Management entity (UDM), and the UDM authenticates the communication server, that is, determines whether the communication server opens a three-party call service, and if the authentication fails, the three-party call cannot be established. And if the authentication is passed, interacting with the communication server to complete the access operation, and directing the session connection relation of the communication server to the session management functional entity, namely, providing the session service of the communication server in the 5G core network by the session management functional entity.

After receiving the feedback message of the off-hook operation of the third terminal, the communication server sends a confirmation message that the application program in the third terminal has joined the three-party call to the session management functional entity, and the session management functional entity forwards the confirmation message that the third terminal has joined the first application program of the first terminal. And the communication server sends a switching instruction to the second application program of the first terminal so that the first terminal switches the second application program to the background.

In step S319, the first session management function entity sends a message that the third party has joined to the phone program in the first terminal.
Step S320, the communication server sends a switching instruction to the application program in the first terminal, so that the application program in the first terminal is switched to the background.
The telephone program in the first terminal, the telephone program in the second terminal and the application program in the third terminal establish three-way passing, and the video server performs relay forwarding of audio and video streams for the application program in the third terminal.

Claims (9)
1. A method of establishing a three-way call, the method comprising:
responding to a suspension request forwarded by a first application program in a first terminal to suspend service connection of a first session, and sending a suspension completion message to the first application program; the first session is a call established between a first terminal and a second terminal, the suspension request comprises a three-party call mark, and the suspension request is a request initiated when a second application program in the first terminal is called by the first application program in the first terminal;
responding to a three-party call request of a communication server corresponding to a third terminal to change the parameter of the first session into a three-party call; the three-party call request is sent by the communication server according to a call request initiated by a first application program in the first terminal, and the call request comprises a three-party call mark and a password code for accessing the three-party call; the three-party call request comprises the number of the first terminal, the number of the second terminal and a password code for accessing the three-party call;
sending a message allowing the third terminal to join a three-party call to the communication server;
resuming the suspended traffic connection of the first session;
and when the third terminal agrees to join the three-party call, establishing the three-party call among the second application program in the first terminal, the telephone program in the second terminal and the application program in the third terminal.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of suspending the traffic connection of the first session in response to the suspension request of the first application in the first terminal comprises:
receiving a suspension request of a first application program in the first terminal;
interactively suspending the service connection of the first session with a first application program in the first terminal and a second terminal;
and sending a password code for accessing the three-party call to a first application program in the first terminal.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of sending the message allowing the third terminal to join the three-way call to the communication server sends a change result of changing the parameter of the first session to the three-way call to the communication server.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after sending the message to the communication server to allow the third terminal to join a three-way call, further comprising:
receiving a confirmation message that the third terminal agrees to join the three-party call;
and sending a confirmation message of joining the third terminal into the three-party call to the first application program in the first terminal.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the first and second terminals use a fifth generation mobile communication network, wherein the third terminal uses the internet, and wherein the communication server accesses the fifth generation mobile communication network through a non-3GPP interworking function entity.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the communication server is authenticated when a non-3GPP interworking function entity first accesses the communication server.
7. The method of claim 1, after establishing the three-way call between the second application in the first terminal, the phone program in the second terminal, and the application in the third terminal, further comprising:
and switching a second application program in the first terminal to a background.
8. An apparatus for establishing a three-way call, comprising:
a first receiving module, configured to receive a suspend request of a first application in a first terminal, where the suspend request is a request initiated when a second application in the first terminal is called by the first application in the first terminal;
the suspension module is used for suspending the service connection of a first session by the suspension request, wherein the first session is a call established between a first terminal and a second terminal, and the suspension request comprises a three-party call mark;
a first sending module, configured to send a suspension completion message to the first application;
the second receiving module 24 is configured to receive a three-party call request sent by a communication server corresponding to a third terminal;
a changing module, configured to change a parameter of the first session into a three-party call in response to the three-party call request; the three-party call request is sent by the communication server according to a call request initiated by a first application program in the first terminal, and the call request comprises a three-party call mark and a password code for accessing the three-party call; the three-party call request comprises the number of the first terminal, the number of the second terminal and a password code for accessing the three-party call;
the second sending module is used for sending a message for allowing the third terminal to join the three-party call to the communication server;
a recovery module, configured to recover the suspended service connection of the first session;
and when the third terminal agrees to join the three-party call, establishing the three-party call among the second application program in the first terminal, the telephone program in the second terminal and the application program in the third terminal.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the first sending module is further configured to send a passcode for accessing a three-way call to a first application in the first terminal.
