Fig. 8 is a system data flow diagram of a call forwarding between mobile phones according to an embodiment of the present application, where a situation that a forwarding mobile phone and a control-end mobile phone are in the same wireless lan is described in the diagram, and a scenario of the present embodiment includes a mobile phone a, a mobile phone B, and a mobile phone C that have a mutual binding relationship, and may further include more mobile phones, but for simplicity and clarity, the present embodiment only uses 3 mobile phones as an illustration, and further includes a server in the internet, and a calling party initiating a call.
Specifically, step 801 is included, in which all the mobile phones send registration information to the server for storage.
In this step, each of the mobile phones a, B, and C is connected to the same wireless router and located in the same wireless lan, and each of the mobile phones sends its own registration information to a server in the network through the wireless lan, where the registration information includes the name of the mobile phone (i.e., the mobile phone a, B, or C), an IP address in the wireless lan, for example, the IP address of the mobile phone a is 192.168.0.2, the IP address of the mobile phone B is 192.168.0.3, and the IP address of the mobile phone C is 192.168.0.4, and further includes an MAC address of the connected wireless router.
Step 802, the server judges whether the mobile phones in the binding relationship are all in the same wireless local area network according to the registration information of the mobile phones, if so, the step 803 is entered, otherwise, the server does not send the registration information to the mobile phones which are not in the same wireless local area network.
In this step, the server judges whether the mobile phones are in the same wireless local area network according to the MAC addresses of the wireless routers in the registration information, when the MAC addresses of the wireless routers in the registration information are the same, the mobile phones are in the same wireless local area network, otherwise, the mobile phones are not in the same wireless local area network.
In step 803, the server sends the received registration information to the mobile phone in the same wireless lan.
In this step, the registration information of the mobile phone B and the mobile phone C is sent to the mobile phone a, the registration information of the mobile phone a and the mobile phone C is sent to the mobile phone B, and the registration information of the mobile phone a and the mobile phone B is sent to the mobile phone C, so that the registration information of all the mobile phones in the binding relationship is stored in the mobile phone a, the mobile phone B and the mobile phone C.
And step 804, all the mobile phones establish data communication connection according to the registration information.
In this step, the mobile phone a establishes a data communication connection, for example, a socket connection, with the mobile phone B and the mobile phone C through the IP addresses of the mobile phone B and the mobile phone C, and this connection process may be initiated by any mobile phone in the wireless lan, and data such as a control command and voice information may be transmitted between any two mobile phones through this data communication connection.
The method can also comprise the processes of mutual authentication, verification and the like so as to ensure the security of the connected mobile phone.
Step 805, the caller initiates a call to handset a.
In this step, the caller may be a mobile phone or a fixed phone, which is not limited herein.
Handset a sends a ring request to the bound handset, step 806.
In this step, according to the preset, after the mobile phone a rings for a certain number of tones, a ring request may be sent to the mobile phone B and the mobile phone C in the binding relationship, if the mobile phone a is answered by the user during the ring number of tones, the subsequent call forwarding step may not be triggered, and if the mobile phone a is not connected after the ring number of tones, the ring request is sent to the mobile phone B and the mobile phone C connected to the mobile phone a, where the ring request includes an identifier of the mobile phone a or a user name using the mobile phone a, such as a ring command and contents of a mobile phone model and owner information, and at this time, the mobile phone B and the mobile phone C ring according to the ring command.
In step 807, the user sends an answering command through the mobile phone B.
In this step, the user can control any mobile phone in the binding relationship to send an answering command, and the answering command of the mobile phone B is transmitted through the secure data communication connection between the mobile phone a and the mobile phone B.
The answer instruction includes the identifier of the mobile phone B, that is, the mobile phone a is notified that the mobile phone B is currently performing voice communication.
Step 808, the mobile phone B sends out an instruction to stop ringing to other mobile phones in the binding relationship.
In this example, the handset B may send the answer instruction to the handset a and may send an instruction to stop ringing to the handset C after sending the answer instruction.
Step 809, the mobile phone C stops ringing according to the received instruction for stopping ringing.
Step 810, the mobile phone A connects the call according to the received answering instruction.
In this step, after the mobile phone a connects the call of the calling party, the voice message of the opposite party can be received, and the current control terminal mobile phone is determined to be the mobile phone B according to the answering instruction, and the voice message in the call needs to be transmitted to the mobile phone B.
After the mobile phone A is connected to the telephone, the microphone and the loudspeaker of the mobile phone A can be turned off so as to avoid audio interference when ambient sound answers the telephone.
In step 811, the mobile phone a forwards the received voice message to the mobile phone B.
In this step, the mobile phone a stores the received voice information of the calling party in a buffer in real time, and transmits the voice information stored in the buffer to the mobile phone B through the communication connection with the mobile phone B.
In step 812, after receiving the voice message of the calling party, the mobile phone B transmits the voice message of the user to the mobile phone a.
In this step, the mobile phone B transmits the voice information to the mobile phone a through the process shown in fig. 9, wherein the mobile phone B collects the voice information input by the user through a microphone, converts the analog voice information into digital voice information through an analog/digital (a/D) converter, transmits the voice information to a wifi unit of the mobile phone a through a wifi unit through a wireless local area network, and then performs conversion processing on a processor of the mobile phone a, and a radio frequency unit of the mobile phone a transmits the voice information to a caller through a mobile phone network; when the mobile phone A transmits the voice information of the calling party to the mobile phone B, the mobile phone A receives the voice information of the calling party from the mobile phone network through the radio frequency unit, the voice information is processed and converted through the processor and then transmitted to the wifi unit of the mobile phone B through the wifi unit and the wireless local area network, the D/A converter of the mobile phone B converts the digital voice information into analog voice information, and the voice information is played on a loudspeaker of the mobile phone B.
The above steps 811 and 812 are not in sequence.
In step 813, handset a transmits the user's voice information to the calling party.
In step 814, the mobile phone B sends a hang-up command to the mobile phone a.
In this step, after the call is completed, the user sends a hang-up command through the hang-up key of the mobile phone B, wherein the hang-up command sent by the mobile phone B is a control command for controlling the mobile phone a to hang up the call, instead of terminating the data communication connection between the mobile phone a and the mobile phone B.
Step 815, the mobile phone a hangs up the call with the calling party according to the received hang-up instruction.
Fig. 10 is a system data flow diagram of a call forwarding between mobile phones according to an embodiment of the present application, where a case where the forwarding mobile phone and the control-end mobile phone are in different wireless local area networks is described in this example, where a mobile phone a and a mobile phone B are in the same wireless local area network, a mobile phone C is in another wireless local area network, and the system data flow diagram also includes a server in the internet and a calling party initiating a call.

Improvements to a technology can clearly be distinguished between hardware improvements (e.g. improvements to the circuit structure of diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and software improvements (improvements to the process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical modules. For example, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD), such as a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), is an integrated circuit whose Logic functions are determined by programming the Device by a user. A digital system is "integrated" on a PLD by the designer's own programming without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate a dedicated integrated circuit chip 2. Furthermore, nowadays, instead of manually making an Integrated Circuit chip, such Programming is often implemented by "logic compiler" software, which is similar to a software compiler used in program development and writing, but the original code before compiling is also written by a specific Programming Language, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL), and HDL is not only one but many, such as abel (advanced Boolean Expression Language), ahdl (alternate Language Description Language), traffic, pl (core unified Programming Language), HDCal, JHDL (Java Hardware Description Language), langue, Lola, HDL, laspam, hardbyscript Description Language (vhr Description Language), and the like, which are currently used by Hardware compiler-software (Hardware Description Language-software). It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry that implements the logical method flows can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flows into an integrated circuit using the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, Atmel AT91SAM, Microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic for the memory.
Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller as pure computer readable program code, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a controller may thus be considered a hardware component, and the means included therein for performing the various functions may also be considered as a structure within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
The systems, devices, modules or units illustrated in the above embodiments may be implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or by a product with certain functions.
For convenience of description, the above devices are described as being divided into various units by function, and are described separately. Of course, the functionality of the units may be implemented in one or more software and/or hardware when implementing the present application.
From the above description of the embodiments, it is clear to those skilled in the art that the present application can be implemented by software plus necessary general hardware platform. Based on such understanding, the technical solutions of the present application may be essentially or partially implemented in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a storage medium, such as a ROM/RAM, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, etc., and includes several instructions for enabling a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method according to the embodiments or some parts of the embodiments of the present application.
The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. In particular, for the system embodiment, since it is substantially similar to the method embodiment, the description is simple, and for the relevant points, reference may be made to the partial description of the method embodiment.
The application is operational with numerous general purpose or special purpose computing system environments or configurations. For example: personal computers, server computers, hand-held or portable devices, tablet-type devices, multiprocessor systems, microprocessor-based systems, set top boxes, programmable consumer electronics, network PCs, minicomputers, mainframe computers, distributed computing environments that include any of the above systems or devices, and the like.
The application may be described in the general context of computer-executable instructions, such as program modules, being executed by a computer. Generally, program modules include routines, programs, objects, components, data structures, etc. that perform particular tasks or implement particular abstract data types. The application may also be practiced in distributed computing environments where tasks are performed by remote processing devices that are linked through a communications network. In a distributed computing environment, program modules may be located in both local and remote computer storage media including memory storage devices.
While the present application has been described with examples, those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that there are numerous variations and permutations of the present application without departing from the spirit of the application, and it is intended that the appended claims encompass such variations and permutations without departing from the spirit of the application.
