Abstract
本发明涉及到搅拌车领域,是一种搅拌车集料斗的余料自动清理装置,其特征是底座3焊接于搅拌车1的集料斗2的外部,液压振动器4连接于底座3上,液压振动器4通过液压管道5与控制阀块6联接。由于采用了本技术方案,整个过程中不需要另行加水,不会影响商品混凝土的配料的配比,不影响混凝土的质量。操作过程不需要人员上下车辆,减少工人劳动强度。

本发明涉及到搅拌车领域,是一种搅拌车集料斗的余料自动清理装置。
背景技术
混凝土搅拌运输车集料斗在装料后,集料斗内壁会附着少量混凝土,如果不及时进行清理,附着在集料斗内壁的混凝土会产生凝固,日积月累,集料斗内壁的混凝土会堆积起来,影响装料速度,降低生产效率。传统的解决方案是人爬上车顶,用水冲洗。一方面,施工人员不停的上下,增加了劳动强度;另一方面,冲洗水会流入搅拌桶内,增加了搅拌桶内混凝土中水的配比,影响商品混凝土的质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种搅拌车集料斗的余料自动清理装置。在搅拌车集料斗的外部焊装一个底座,将液压振动器安装于底座上,每一次装填混凝土完成后打开控制阀块,启动液压振动器,让集料斗内附着的少量混凝土通过振动脱落,滑入搅拌桶内。
本发明是这样来实现的:一种搅拌车集料斗的余料自动清理装置,其特征是底座3焊接于搅拌车1的集料斗2的外部,液压振动器4连接于底座3上,液压振动器4通过液压管道5与控制阀块6联接。
由于采用了上述技术方案,整个过程中不需要另行加水,不会影响商品混凝土的配料的配比,不影响混凝土的质量。操作过程不需要人员上下车辆,减少工人劳动强度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实例对本发明作进一步说明。
在图1中,底座3焊接于搅拌车1的集料斗2的外部,液压振动器4连接于底座3上,液压振动器4通过液压管道5与控制阀块6联接。
实施过程:搅拌车1每一次装填混凝土完成后,打开控制阀块6,启动液压振动器4,通过底座3带动集料斗2振动,使集料斗2内附着的少量混凝土脱落,滑入搅拌桶内。
