Abstract

本发明公开了上行功率控制方法、设备及系统,终端设备可首先确定用于进行下行路损估计的目标下行信号,并基于确定出的目标下行信号进行下行路损估计,从而得到下行路损估计值,进而可根据下行路损估计值确定出上行信号的发送功率,并根据确定出的发送功率进行上行信号的发送,从而实现了波束赋形场景下的上行功率控制,进而提升了系统的性能。
