技术领域
本发明涉及清洗剂技术领域,具体涉及一种丙烯酸乳液密封胶脱胶剂组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
在手机的组装过程中,其手机壳及边框一般采用丙烯酸乳液密封胶进行粘合,粘合后需要用清洗剂将手机壳表面多余的密封胶清洗干净。目前,市面上的脱胶剂对丙烯酸乳液密封胶的清洗力度不强;此外,由于手机壳、边框等部件多数采用金属制备而成,而市面上部分表面活性剂成碱性,在加温清洗时,工件容易因加温与空气中接触,其表面容易形成薄层电解液而腐蚀,导致其表面的光泽色变差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术的不足,提供一种适用于丙烯酸乳液密封胶,且脱胶能力强、低腐蚀性的脱胶剂组合物及其制备方法。

上述的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,是一种全能型的低泡非离子表面活性剂,具有优异的洗涤力、渗透乳化能力、耐酸、耐碱、耐过氧化物和高温,可溶于水、乙醇、丙酮、氯仿等各种溶剂中。本发明优选的C13异构醇聚氧乙烯醚为无色透明或轻微浑浊液体,其浊点(1%水溶液)为68-75℃之间,pH为6.0-7.0之间。由于C13异构醇聚氧乙烯醚的多支链结构,能把丙烯酸乳液完全乳化,使清洗剂具有优秀的洗涤、去污能力,且具有良好的渗透、润湿性能,表面活性高,抗硬水能力强;此外,C13异构醇聚氧乙烯醚在pH为6.0-7.0的使用范围内化学稳定性较好。
L-3脂肪醇磺化物的浊点为75-85℃之间,和C13脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的混合,使其混合浊点保持在70-85℃之间,使得清洁剂能保持良好的活性与乳化性,能把丙烯酸乳液完全乳化,大幅度提高清洗剂对丙烯酸乳液密封胶的清洁效果。
二乙二醇甲醚(化学分子式为:C5H12O3),以及二乙二醇乙醚、二乙二醇丙醚或二乙二醇丁醚作为助溶剂,不仅有助溶作用且能帮助丙烯酸乳液脱离手机壳表面。
本发明的分散剂可以起到反絮凝作用和分散粒子并提高粒子稳定性的能力。其中,茶皂素作为分散剂,能够帮助C13脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚保持良好的活性,且能帮助离间,清洗过程能起到自消泡的作用。聚丙烯酸马来酸共聚物,由马来酸与丙烯酸按一定比例共聚制得,热稳定性高。聚丙烯酸钠,分子量在1000-10000之间。
一种丙烯酸乳液密封胶脱胶剂组合物的制备方法,包含以下步骤:
A、按照上述比例称取原料,
B、在搅拌装置中依次加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇磺化物、鞣酸、助溶剂和分散剂;
C、设置搅拌速度为70-100r/min,边搅拌边加热至60-110℃,继续搅拌20-30分钟即得。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:本发明采用L-3脂肪醇磺化物和C13脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚作为乳化剂,由于L-3脂肪醇磺化物和C13脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的混合,其浊点保持在70-85℃之间,使得清洁剂能保持良好的活性与乳化性,能把丙烯酸乳液完全乳化,大幅度提高清洗剂对丙烯酸乳液密封胶的清洁效果。采用二乙二醇醚类作为助溶剂,不仅有助溶作用且能帮助丙烯酸乳液脱离手机壳表面。采用鞣酸作为钝化保护剂,避免加温清洗时工件表面容易形成薄层电解液而腐蚀,大幅度降低工件表面光泽色变差的风险。

在搅拌装置中依次加入C13异构醇聚氧乙烯醚40份、L-3脂肪醇磺化物40份、鞣酸50份、二乙二醇甲醚16份和茶皂素5份;设置搅拌速度为90r/min,边搅拌边加热至100℃,继续搅拌25分钟即得。
实施例2
在搅拌装置中依次加入C13异构醇聚氧乙烯醚15份、L-3脂肪醇磺化物65份、鞣酸30份、二乙二醇乙醚10份和聚丙烯酸钠2份;设置搅拌速度为75r/min,边搅拌边加热至90℃,继续搅拌30分钟即得。

在搅拌装置中依次加入C13异构醇聚氧乙烯醚70份、L-3脂肪醇磺化物25份、鞣酸60份、二乙二醇丙醚20份和聚丙烯酸马来酸共聚物8份;设置搅拌速度为100r/min,边搅拌边加热至110℃,继续搅拌20分钟即得。
实施例4
在搅拌装置中依次加入C13异构醇聚氧乙烯醚50份、L-3脂肪醇磺化物30份、鞣酸55份、二乙二醇丁醚20份和茶皂素8份;设置搅拌速度为95r/min,边搅拌边加热至105℃,继续搅拌25分钟即得。
实施例5
在搅拌装置中依次加入C13异构醇聚氧乙烯醚30份、L-3脂肪醇磺化物50份、鞣酸35份、二乙二醇甲醚15份和茶皂素4份;设置搅拌速度为80r/min,边搅拌边加热至70℃,继续搅拌30分钟即得。
性能测试:
将上述各实施例与目前市场上普通的清洗剂(有效成分70%),分别按5%的水溶液配制成清洗液,对手机壳表面的丙烯酸乳液密封胶进行清洗,其对比结果如下:
结论:通过上述测试可知,本发明的实施例的各项指标,包括除胶能力和抗腐蚀能力均高于市面上普通清洗剂,适合广泛应用和推广。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种丙烯酸乳液密封胶脱胶剂组合物,其特征在于:所述的助溶剂为二乙二醇甲醚、二乙二醇乙醚、二乙二醇丙醚或二乙二醇丁醚的一种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种丙烯酸乳液密封胶脱胶剂组合物,其特征在于:所述的C13异构醇聚氧乙烯醚的浊点为68-75℃之间。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种丙烯酸乳液密封胶脱胶剂组合物,其特征在于:所述的C13异构醇聚氧乙烯醚的pH为6.0-7.0之间。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种丙烯酸乳液密封胶脱胶剂组合物,其特征在于:所述的L-3脂肪醇磺化物的浊点为75-85℃之间。
7.根据权利要求1或2或4或5或6所述的一种丙烯酸乳液密封胶脱胶剂组合物,其特征在于:所述的分散剂为茶皂素、聚丙烯酸钠或聚丙烯酸马来酸共聚物的一种。
8.一种丙烯酸乳液密封胶脱胶剂组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:包含以下步骤:
A、按照上述权利要求1或权利要求2的比例称取原料;
B、在搅拌装置中依次加入脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇磺化物、鞣酸、助溶剂和分散剂;
C、设置搅拌速度为70-100r/min,边搅拌边加热至60-110℃,继续搅拌20-30分钟即得。
