本发明属于石油化工领域,具体涉及一种聚醚胺型清净剂。
背景技术
目前小型汽车发动机逐渐向电子控制燃料直接喷射技术转变,该技术的应用对使用的燃料品质提出了更高的要求。这是由于汽油中的烯烃和部分重芳烃在高温下容易发生氧化分解,进一步在发动机中生成积炭与胶质,严重影响发动机的工作状况,造成功率下降、排放增加以及油耗增大。发动机的燃料喷嘴、进气阀和燃烧室是沉积物最容易生成的场所,为了解决汽油烯烃、芳烃含量高导致发动机沉积物生成的问题,在汽油中加入汽油清净剂是国际普遍采用的方法。随着应用要求的发展,对汽油清净剂的要求也不断提高,不仅要求清洗进气阀、喷嘴沉积物向着清洁包括进气阀、喷嘴、燃烧室在内的整个燃料系统的功能发展。
市售的清净剂主剂有聚异丁烯胺、曼尼希碱、聚醚胺这几大类,市售聚醚胺由于分解温度低,对进气阀、喷油嘴清净性差,不能单独使用,一般与聚异丁烯胺或曼尼希碱类清净剂复合应用,而聚异丁烯胺、曼尼希碱类清净剂虽然对进气阀、喷油嘴有较好的清洁左右,但由于其分解温度高,不可避免的造成燃烧室沉积物明显增加,不能很好地发挥燃烧室清净性效果;同时曼尼希碱、聚异丁烯胺、市售聚醚胺类清净剂是高效的表面活性物质,界面张力较大,极易造成加剂油品的乳化,影响油品的销售与使用。
因此开发一种新的满足发展的要求的清净剂,是重点要解决的问题。
发明内容
针对目前存在的技术问题,本发明提供一种聚醚胺型清净剂,该聚醚胺型清净剂以多元醇聚醚胺为清净剂,不再需要添加曼尼希碱、聚异丁烯胺类清净剂,该聚醚胺型清净剂清净性能优异,既能清洁发动机已经形成的沉积物,又能防止沉积物的生产,不会加剂后油品造成乳化,能够明显降低油耗,减少尾气排放,不造成发动机燃烧室二次污染。
本发明的具体的技术方案如下:
一种聚醚胺型清净剂,按质量分数计,包含如下组分:
优选地,多元醇聚醚胺具有式(Ⅰ)所示结构:
式(I)中,R1为多元醇,R2为烷基、有机胺或多元有机胺,12≤n≤25。
优选地,多元醇聚醚胺的制备方法如下:按质量份计,在干燥的高压釜中加入1份多元醇、0.4-0.5份溶剂B和0.02-0.05份的雷尼镍,装好高压釜后用氮气置换釜内空气3-5次,开始加热,待温度升至100-120℃时,抽真空脱出水分,然后向釜内充氮气至微正压,控制釜内温度100-120℃,压力1.5-2.0MPa,通过进料阀加入12-25份环氧丙烷,关闭进料阀,反应2-4h反应结束后降温至40-50℃,出料,产品经3-5次减压抽滤洗涤、干燥后得到聚醚;
将得到的聚醚加入反应釜中,按照摩尔比1:1的比例,加入有机胺,将温度升至220-250℃,压力0.5-1MPa,反应2-4小时,反应结束后将温度降低至40-50℃,出料,得到粗产品,粗产品经3-5次减压抽滤洗涤、干燥,得多元醇聚醚胺产品。
在上述制备多元醇聚醚胺的制备方法中,以多元醇为起始剂,雷尼镍作为催化剂。
优选地,多元醇为季戊四醇、葡萄糖、果糖中的一种。
优选地,有机胺为咪唑啉、乙二胺、二乙烯三胺、三乙烯四胺中的一种。
优选地,辛烷值改进剂为碳酸二甲酯、甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)、甲基叔戊基醚中的一种或几种混合物,辛烷值改进剂能够提升加剂汽油的辛烷值,避免爆震,保证发动机的正常平稳运行。
优选地,抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基苯酚,N-苯基-α-萘胺(T511),4,4-亚甲基双(2,2-二叔丁基酚)(T531)、苯骈三氮唑中的一种或几种混合物,抗氧剂的加入,提高成品汽油的抗氧化能力,延长胶质生成时间,延长加油站油品更换周期,保证油品性质稳定。
优选地,助燃剂为油酸脂肪酸酯、水杨酸酯、硬脂酸酯中的一种,助燃剂是酯类化合物,助燃剂的加入提高油品与发动机的润滑性,使油品燃烧更完全,节约油耗。
优选地,腐蚀抑制剂为咪唑啉聚氧丙烯醚,N-苄基吡啶,十四烯基丁二酸中的一种或几种混合物,腐蚀抑制剂能够明显提升油品对发动机的抗腐蚀性能,避免油品对发动机的腐蚀作用,保护发动机,降低发动机维护成本。
本发明聚醚胺清净剂的制备方法:
A)将多元醇聚醚胺加入溶剂A中,混合后得到混合液a;
B)在混合液a中加入辛烷值改进剂,混合后得到混合液b;
C)在混合液b中加入抗氧剂,混合后得到混合液c;
D)在混合液c中加入助燃剂,混合后得到混合液d;
E)在混合液d中加入腐蚀抑制剂,混合后得到聚醚胺型清净剂。
采用上述制备聚醚胺清净剂,能充分的混分均匀,保证本产品的品质和稳定性。
优选地,溶剂A为C11-C22的芳烃类、脂肪烃类溶剂油中的一种,如3#白油、D80溶剂油、6#白油。
优选地,溶剂B为C20-C28的脂肪烃中的一种。
优选地,多元醇聚醚胺的具体制备方法如下:
以季戊四醇为起始剂,按上述步骤反应得到聚醚结构式为:
以乙二胺为有机胺,按上述步骤反应得到多元醇聚醚胺结构式为:
式(II)、式(III)中,12≤n≤25。
本发明中多元醇聚醚胺能够清洁发动机中形成的沉积物,将沉积物分解成小分子物质分散到油品中,随燃油一起燃烧,同时该多元醇聚醚胺极易吸附到发动机内壁,避免沉积物在发动机表面的沉积,起到预防沉积物生成的作用,既能防止沉积物的生成,又能清除已经形成的沉积物。
本发明创造性合成一种多元醇聚醚胺主剂用于聚醚胺型清净剂,多羟基结构能够降低油水界面表面张力,保证加剂后油品分水性良好,不易乳化;多羟值、多胺基结构具有良好的清净分散性,利于将已经形成沉积物分散成小分子物质,分散在燃油中,随油一起燃烧,同时氮上的孤对电子易于吸附到发动机内壁,避免沉积物在发动机表面的沉积,起到预防沉积物生成的作用,既能防垢,又能除垢。该主剂TGA热重分析分解温度370℃-400℃区间内分解率高达99.5%以上,市场上聚醚胺清净剂主剂在350℃以前分解,起到的清净性效果非常差,聚异丁烯胺、曼尼希碱类分解温度达到420℃以上甚至到450℃开始分解,分解残余物高达3-5%,对燃烧室沉积物增加明显。
本发明的聚醚胺型清净剂既能清洁发动机已经形成的沉积物,又能防止沉积物的生产,按照300-1000ppm加入到车用油品中,进气阀沉积物下降率达97%以上,喷嘴空气流量损失降低至1.5%以下,同时燃烧室沉积物增量不大于2%,清净性能良好,同时不造成发动机燃烧室二次污染,本清净剂能够降低油品胶质及沉积物的生成,抗氧化性能提升,油品储存稳定性增强,保质期增长,有效降低加油站油品更换频率及更换成本,提升加剂油品防锈性、防腐蚀性,降低普通油品对发动机的腐蚀性,延长发动机使用时间,降低发动机的维修、更换的成本。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种聚醚胺型清净剂,按质量分数计,组分包括:多元醇聚醚胺18%,碳酸二甲酯2%,2,6-二叔丁基苯酚5%,油酸脂肪酸酯10%,N-苄基吡啶0.5%,3#白油余量;
多元醇聚醚胺的合成方法为:
按质量份计,在干燥的高压釜中加入1份季戊四醇、0.4份C22的脂肪烃溶剂和0.02份雷尼镍催化剂,装好高压釜后用氮气置换釜内空气3次,开始加热,待温度升至110℃时,抽真空脱出水分,然后向釜内充氮气到微正压,控制釜内温度110℃,压力1.5MPa,通过进料阀加入15份环氧丙烷,关闭进料阀,反应2h,反应结束后降温至40℃,出料,产品经3次减压抽滤洗涤、干燥后得到中间体聚醚;
将得到的聚醚加入反应釜中,按照摩尔比1:1的比例,加入乙二胺,将温度升至250℃,压力0.5MPa,反应4小时,反应结束后将温度降低至40℃,出料,得到粗产品,粗产品经3次减压抽滤洗涤、干燥,得多元醇聚醚胺产品,备用。
聚醚胺清净剂的制备工艺:
A)将多元醇聚醚胺加入3#白油中,混合均匀后得到混合液a;
B)在混合液a中加入碳酸二甲酯,混合均匀后得到混合液b;
C)在混合液b中加入2,6-二叔丁基苯酚,混合均匀后得到混合液c;
D)在混合液c中加入油酸脂肪酸酯,混合均匀后得到混合液d;
E)在混合液d中加入N-苄基吡啶,混合均匀后得到聚醚胺型清净剂。
实施例2
一种聚醚胺型清净剂,按质量份计,组分包括:多元醇聚醚胺25%,甲基叔戊基醚4%,苯骈三氮唑6%,水杨酸酯12%,十四烯基丁二酸0.7%,D80溶剂油余量;
多元醇聚醚胺的合成方法为:
按质量份计,在干燥的高压釜中加入1份的果糖、0.5份C20的脂肪烃溶剂和0.05份雷尼镍催化剂,装好高压釜后用氮气置换釜内空气4次,开始加热,待温度升至120℃时,抽真空脱出水分,然后向釜内充氮气到微正压,控制釜内温度120℃,压力2.0MPa,通过进料阀加入22份环氧丙烷,关闭进料阀,反应4h,反应结束后降温至40℃,出料,产品经4次减压抽滤洗涤、干燥后得到中间体聚醚;将得到的聚醚加入反应釜中,按照摩尔比1:1的比例,加入二乙烯三胺,将温度升至230℃,压力0.8MPa,反应3小时,反应结束后将温度降低至50℃,出料,得到粗产品,粗产品经4次减压抽滤洗涤、干燥,得多元醇聚醚胺产品,备用;聚醚胺清净剂的制备工艺:
A)将多元醇聚醚胺加入D80溶剂油中,混合均匀后得到混合液a;
B)在混合液a中加入甲基叔戊基醚,混合均匀后得到混合液b;
C)在混合液b中加入苯骈三氮唑,混合均匀后得到混合液c;
D)在混合液c中加入水杨酸酯,混合均匀后得到混合液d;
E)在混合液d中加入十四烯基丁二酸,混合均匀后得到聚醚胺型清净剂。
实施例3
一种聚醚胺型清净剂,按质量份计,组分包括:多元醇聚醚胺35%,MTBE1%,T531为4%,硬脂酸酯15%,咪唑啉聚氧丙烯醚1%,6#白油余量;
多元醇聚醚胺的合成方法为:按质量份计,在干燥的高压釜中加入1份葡萄糖、0.5份C26的脂肪烃溶剂和0.04份雷尼镍催化剂,装好高压釜后用氮气置换釜内空气4次,开始加热,待温度升至100℃时,抽真空脱出水分,然后向釜内充氮气到微正压,控制釜内温度100℃,压力1.5MPa,通过进料阀加入18份的环氧丙烷,关闭进料阀,反应3h,,反应结束后降温至45℃,出料,产品经4次减压抽滤洗涤、干燥后得到中间体聚醚;
将得到的聚醚加入反应釜中,按照摩尔比1:1的比例,加入三乙烯四胺,将温度升至220℃,压力0.5MPa,反应2小时,反应结束后将温度降低至50℃,出料,得到粗产品,粗产品经4次减压抽滤洗涤、干燥,得多元醇聚醚胺产品,备用;聚醚胺清净剂的制备工艺:
A)将多元醇聚醚胺加入6#白油中,混合均匀后得到混合液a;
B)在混合液a中加入MTBE,混合均匀后得到混合液b;
C)在混合液b中加入T531,混合均匀后得到混合液c;
D)在混合液c中加入硬脂酸酯,混合均匀后得到混合液d;
E)在混合液d中加入咪唑啉聚氧丙烯醚,混合均匀后得到聚醚胺型清净剂。
对比例1
聚醚胺型清净剂:按质量分数计,市售普通聚醚胺18%,碳酸二甲酯2%,2,6-二叔丁基苯酚5%,油酸脂肪酸酯10%,N-苄基吡啶0.5%,3#白油64.5%
市售聚醚胺清净剂的制备工艺:
A)将市售普通聚醚胺加入3#白油中,混合后得到混合液a;
B)在混合液a中加入碳酸二甲酯,混合后得到混合液b;
C)在混合液b中加入2,6-二叔丁基苯酚,混合后得到混合液c;
D)在混合液c中加入油酸脂肪酸酯,混合后得到混合液d;
E)在混合液d中加入N-苄基吡啶,混合后得到聚醚胺型清净剂。
对比例2
聚醚胺型清净剂:按质量分数计,市售聚醚胺35%,MTBE为1%,T531为4%,硬脂酸酯1.5%,咪唑啉聚氧丙烯醚1%,6#白油44%;
市售聚醚胺清净剂的制备工艺:
A)将市售普通聚醚胺加入6#白油中,混合后得到混合液a;
B)在混合液a中加入MTBE,混合后得到混合液b;
C)在混合液b中加入T531,混合后得到混合液c;
D)在混合液c中加入硬脂酸酯,混合后得到混合液d;
E)在混合液d中加入咪唑啉聚氧丙烯醚,混合后得到聚醚胺型清净剂。
对比例3
市售曼尼希碱与聚醚胺复合型清净剂对比例4
市售聚异丁烯胺与聚醚胺复合型清净剂
按照GB19592-2004《车用汽油清净剂》中GB/T19230.6《汽油清净剂对汽油机进气阀和燃烧室沉积物生成倾向影响的发动机台架试验方法(M111法)》对进气阀沉积物质量、总燃烧室沉积物增加量增加量进行检测,按照GB/T19230.3《汽油清净剂对电子孔式汽油喷嘴(PFI)堵塞倾向影响的试验方法》对燃油喷嘴清净性检测标准进行评价,结果如下。(实施例1-3和对比例1-2制备的产品以及对比例3-4产品的添加量均为500mg/kg,基础油为国六92#车用汽油)
对比例1是与本实施例1中除了选用的主剂选择的不同,其余均相同,对比例2中是与本实施例3中除了选用的主剂不同,其余均相同。对比结果可见,对比例1、对比例2使用的市售聚醚胺直接复配的清净剂虽燃烧室沉积物增量与本实施例相当,但进气阀沉积物下降率低、喷嘴清净性流量损失性能较差;对比例3、对比例4所述市场现售曼尼希碱与聚醚胺复合清净剂、聚异丁烯胺与聚醚胺复合清净剂进气阀沉积物下降率与本申请相当,喷油嘴清净性能明显不如实施例1-3的产品性能,而且对比例3-4的燃烧室沉积物增量大,不利于燃烧室的清洁,故整体效果较本专利发明聚醚胺型清净剂效果差。
本发明自主研发合成多元醇聚醚胺复配清净剂对进气阀、喷油嘴、燃烧室均有较好的清净性能,进气阀沉积物下降率达97%以上,喷嘴空气流量损失降低至1.5%以下,同时燃烧室沉积物增量不大于2%;本发明的产品清净性能良好,同时不造成发动机燃烧室二次污染,同时本清净剂能够降低油品胶质及沉积物的生成,抗氧化性能提升,油品储存稳定性增强,保质期增长,有效降低加油站油品更换频率及更换成本,提升加剂油品防锈性、防腐蚀性,降低普通油品对发动机的腐蚀性,延长发动机使用时间,降低发动机的维修、更换的成本。

Claims (10)

1.一种聚醚胺型清净剂,其特征在于:按质量分数计,包含如下组分:
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚醚胺型清净剂,其特征在于,所述多元醇聚醚胺具有式(Ⅰ)所示结构:
式(I)中,R1为多元醇,R2为烷基、有机胺或多元有机胺,12≤n≤25。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种聚醚胺型清净剂,其特征在于:所述多元醇聚醚胺的制备方法如下:按质量份计,在干燥的高压釜中加入1份多元醇、0.4-0.5份溶剂B和0.02-0.05份雷尼镍,装好高压釜后用氮气置换釜内空气3-5次,开始加热,待温度升至100-120℃时,抽真空脱出水分,然后向釜内充氮气至微正压,控制釜内温度100-120℃,压力1.5-2.0MPa,通过进料阀加入12-25份环氧丙烷,关闭进料阀,反应2-4h反应结束后降温至40-50℃,出料,产品经3-5次减压抽滤洗涤、干燥后得到聚醚;
将得到的聚醚加入反应釜中,按照摩尔比1:1的比例,加入有机胺,将温度升至220-250℃,压力0.5-1MPa,反应2-4小时,反应结束后将温度降低至40-50℃,出料,得到粗产品,粗产品经3-5次减压抽滤洗涤、干燥,得多元醇聚醚胺产品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种聚醚胺型清净剂,其特征在于:所述多元醇为季戊四醇、葡萄糖、果糖中的一种。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种聚醚胺型清净剂,其特征在于:所述有机胺为咪唑啉、乙二胺、二乙烯三胺、三乙烯四胺中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚醚胺型清净剂,其特征在于:所述辛烷值改进剂为碳酸二甲酯、甲基叔丁基醚、甲基叔戊基醚中的一种或几种混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚醚胺型清净剂,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基苯酚,4,4-亚甲基双(2,2-二叔丁基酚),N-苯基-α-萘胺、苯骈三氮唑中的一种或几种混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚醚胺型清净剂,其特征在于:所述助燃剂为油酸脂肪酸酯、水杨酸酯、硬脂酸酯中的一种;溶剂A为C11-C22的芳烃类、脂肪烃类溶剂油中的一种;溶剂B为C20-C28的脂肪烃中的一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚醚胺型清净剂,其特征在于:所述腐蚀抑制剂为咪唑啉聚氧丙烯醚,N-苄基吡啶,十四烯基丁二酸中的一种或几种混合物。
