Abstract

本发明公开了一种立体装饰陶瓷砖的制备方法,采用装饰层单独于支承砖体进行制备,然后放置在支承砖体表面一起煅烧而得到立体装饰陶瓷砖。此外,还公开了利用上述立体装饰陶瓷砖的制备方法制得的产品。本发明不仅减少了原料的使用、降低了生产能耗、提高了生产效率、缩短了产品更新周期,而且使得装饰更加立体丰富和多元化,从而真正实现了多元化立体装饰。

Description

一种立体装饰陶瓷砖的制备方法及其制得的产品
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑装饰材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种立体装饰陶瓷砖的制备方法及其制得的产品。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对室内用陶瓷砖的装饰要求越来越高。现有陶瓷砖的装饰方法主要为釉面装饰和坯体装饰。釉面装饰主要是通过改变陶瓷砖表面釉层效果来改变陶瓷砖的装饰效果,这也是当前陶瓷砖的主流装饰技术。而坯体装饰是将坯体做成立体的形状,相比于釉面装饰则更加立体丰富。
现有的将陶瓷砖形成立体效果的制备方法主要有两种:带模花模具压制和生坯雕刻。对于带模花模具压制成型工艺而言,是通过压力促使可塑性泥料发生形变、填充模具,从而形成与模具相对应的形状,其过程简单,但存在模具制作费用昂贵、凹凸效果不够清晰、更换产品周期过长、生产能耗高等缺点;对于生坯雕刻成型工艺而言,则是利用机械加工手段,对较厚的陶瓷坯体通过后续加工而形成立体图案,图案清晰且装饰图案容易更新换代,但存在原材料浪费、耗时周期长、生产效率低等缺点。此外,无论是模具压制还是生坯雕刻,所得到的陶瓷砖都是实心的,这不仅导致陶瓷砖的烧成需要更多的能耗,而且在后续铺贴过程中,也会增加建筑物的自重,不利于节能减排。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种立体装饰陶瓷砖的制备方法,采用装饰层单独于支承砖体进行制备,然后放置在支承砖体表面一起煅烧的方法,以减少原料使用、降低生产能耗、提高生产效率、缩短产品更新周期,并使得装饰更加立体丰富和多元化。本发明的另一目的在于提供利用上述立体装饰陶瓷砖的制备方法制得的产品。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案予以实现:
本发明提供的一种立体装饰陶瓷砖的制备方法,由支承砖体和其表面的装饰层构成,制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)装饰层的制备
(1-1)按照重量份数可塑性陶瓷物料90~100份、丙三醇2~5份、桐油3~7份、油酸2~8份、羟甲基纤维素钠10~15份进行配料混合,加入水调整获得含水量为23~28%的泥团,将所述泥团经由真空练泥机练泥得到的泥段密封陈腐1~3周后,获得陶瓷塑性泥料;
(1-2)将所述陶瓷塑性泥料经过辊轧形成厚度为1~3mm的陶瓷塑性泥片;将所述陶瓷塑性泥片进行模具冲压或手工造型得到装饰层坯片,经干燥后,进行素烧得到素烧装饰层坯片;或者,将素烧装饰层坯片施釉后再次煅烧,得到具有釉层的装饰层;
(2)立体装饰陶瓷砖的制备
将所述素烧装饰层坯片放置在素烧支承砖体上,在连接处进行粘结而呈一整体,对所述整体施釉后进行煅烧,即制得立体装饰陶瓷砖;
或者,将所述具有釉层的装饰层放置在具有釉层的支承砖体上,经煅烧,即制得立体装饰陶瓷砖。
本发明将装饰效果部分单独制备出来,然后放置在支承砖体上一起煅烧而获得立体装饰陶瓷砖,装饰效果部分的造型取决于装饰设计的需要,可以为平面型的压痕、镂空或者立体型的凸起等。
进一步地,本发明所述可塑性陶瓷物料按照重量份数原料组成为:钾长石1~5份、烧滑石6~8份、龙岩高岭土32~38份、苏州土8~12份、石英40~46份、方解石2~6份。
进一步地,本发明所述步骤(1-2)的素烧温度为900~1200℃、保温时间为10~30min;煅烧温度为1280~1320℃、保温时间为10~30min。所述步骤(2)的煅烧温度为1200~1320℃、保温时间为10~30min。
利用上述立体装饰陶瓷砖的制备方法制得的产品。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)减少了原料使用、降低了生产能耗
现有生坯雕刻成型工艺采用“减法”剔除坯体多余粉料,从而实现立体化装饰,因此工艺上要求坯体要有相当厚度方可,这就导致制备过程中存在坯体粉料浪费,压制成本、机器雕刻成本以及烧制成本较高;同样地,带模花模具压制成型工艺也需要坯体具有相当厚度方可。而本发明采用装饰层单独于支承砖体进行制备的方法,坯体即支承砖体本身不需要很厚(并且可以是空心)、且装饰泥片仅为1~3mm厚,实现了原料用量的减少和生产能耗的降低。
(2)提高了生产效率、缩短了更新周期
现有生坯雕刻成型工艺是用刀头对坯体进行剔除,实现坯体表面雕刻,致使产品生产过程中存在误差大、成品率低、效率低等难题;而带模花模具压制成型工艺虽然实现生产效率的提高,但是高昂的模具制作费用致使产品更新换代成本高,导致产品更新周期长。本发明采用装饰层单独于支承砖体进行制备的方法,通过机械刀模冲压装饰泥片保证了生产效率的同时,提高了产品的成品率;并且刀模的制备成本低、更换方便,因此产品的机械误差小,更新周期短。
(3)多元化立体装饰
现有陶瓷表面立体装饰工艺,无论是带模花模具压制还是生坯雕刻,所得到的立体装饰和坯体在颜色和成分方面都是一致的,且基本上都是统一上釉,因此立体化装饰效果不理想。本发明通过在坯体(支承砖体)表面“附加”一层装饰泥片的方法,即可实现坯体施釉后贴加,又可实现贴片后施釉;即可采用与坯体颜色一致的泥片贴加,又可实现与坯体颜色异同的泥片贴加,从而真正实现了多元化立体装饰。

具体实施方式
实施例一:
本实施例一种立体装饰陶瓷砖的制备方法,由支承砖体和其表面的装饰层构成,支承砖体采用现有的陶瓷薄板砖坯体,制备方法的步骤如下:
(1)装饰层的制备
(1-1)按照重量份数可塑性陶瓷物料95份、丙三醇4份、桐油5份、油酸6份、羟甲基纤维素钠12份进行配料混合,加入水调整并放入捏合机中捏合均匀而获得含水量为25%的泥团,经由真空练泥机练泥得到的泥段密封陈腐3周后,获得高可塑性、高延展性陶瓷塑性泥料;其中,可塑性陶瓷物料按照重量份数原料组成为:钾长石3.2份、烧滑石7.5份、龙岩高岭土36.4份、苏州土8.5份、石英42.1份、方解石2.3份;
(1-2)将上述陶瓷塑性泥料经过辊轧形成厚度为1mm的陶瓷塑性泥片,然后放置在冲压机操作台下进行冲压造型,得到羽毛形状,然后用带有条状机理的丝绸布做纹饰装饰,得到羽毛形状的装饰层坯片,放入温度为50℃的烘箱内烘干后,放入快速升温节能电炉中升温至1100℃、保温15min进行素烧,随炉冷却得到素烧立体装饰羽毛层;
(2)立体装饰陶瓷砖的制备
将素烧立体装饰羽毛层放置在素烧陶瓷薄板砖坯体上,在连接处以釉浆粘结而呈一整体,对该整体通过喷釉或淋釉等方式施釉后,放入快速升温节能电炉中成瓷烧制,4h升温至1250℃、保温20min,随炉冷却,即制得如图1所示的立体装饰陶瓷砖。
实施例二:
本实施例与实施例一不同之处在于:
1、支承砖体采用现有的具有釉层的内墙陶瓷砖。
2、步骤(1-2)中将陶瓷塑性泥片放置在冲压机下按照长50cm×宽25cm的尺寸切割裁剪,采用手工制作成内空的层峦山形造型,得到层峦装饰层坯片,放入温度为50℃的烘箱内烘干后,放入快速升温节能电炉中升温至900℃、保温20min进行素烧,随炉冷却得到素烧层峦装饰层坯片;采用喷釉的方式施釉后,放入快速升温节能电炉中3h升温至1280℃、保温10min成瓷烧制,随炉冷却得到具有釉层的层峦装饰层。
3、步骤(2)中将具有釉层的层峦装饰层放置在具有釉层的内墙陶瓷砖上,5h升温至1200℃、保温10min烧制,通过釉层的熔融实现两者的粘结,即制得如图2所示的立体装饰陶瓷砖。

Claims (2)

1.一种立体装饰陶瓷砖的制备方法,其特征在于:所述立体装饰陶瓷砖由支承砖体和其表面的装饰层构成,制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1) 装饰层的制备
(1-1) 按照重量份数可塑性陶瓷物料90~100份、丙三醇2~5份、桐油3~7份、油酸2~8份、羟甲基纤维素钠10~15份进行配料混合,加入水调整获得含水量为23~28%的泥团,将所述泥团经由真空练泥机练泥得到的泥段密封陈腐1~3周后,获得陶瓷塑性泥料;所述可塑性陶瓷物料按照重量份数原料组成为:钾长石1~5份、烧滑石6~8份、龙岩高岭土32~38份、苏州土8~12份、石英40~46份、方解石2~6份;
(1-2) 将所述陶瓷塑性泥料经过辊轧形成厚度为1~3mm的陶瓷塑性泥片;将所述陶瓷塑性泥片进行模具冲压或手工造型得到装饰层坯片,经干燥后,在900~1200℃温度下进行素烧、保温10~30min,得到素烧装饰层坯片;或者,将素烧装饰层坯片施釉后在1280~1320℃温度下再次煅烧、保温10~30min,得到具有釉层的装饰层;
(2) 立体装饰陶瓷砖的制备
将所述素烧装饰层坯片放置在素烧支承砖体上,在连接处进行粘结而呈一整体,对所述整体施釉后在1200~1320℃温度下进行煅烧、保温10~30min,即制得立体装饰陶瓷砖;
或者,将所述具有釉层的装饰层放置在具有釉层的支承砖体上,经1200~1320℃温度煅烧、保温10~30min,即制得立体装饰陶瓷砖。
