Abstract
The invention relates to a laminating machine capable of automatically discharging and transferring materials in the same step mode, which comprises a material frame, a hot laminating tower and a cold laminating tower, wherein the hot laminating tower and the cold laminating tower comprise a plurality of layers of laminated boards and a hydraulic driving device for driving the laminated boards to lift, laminated trays are placed on the laminated boards, the material frame comprises a material loading frame, a material heating table, a material cooling table and a material turning frame lifting driving device, and the laminating machine further comprises an automatic feeding device for enabling the trays to move from the material heating table to the hot laminating tower, an automatic transferring device for enabling the trays to move from the hot laminating tower to the cold laminating tower and an automatic discharging device for enabling the trays to move from the cold laminating tower to the material cooling table. According to the automatic feeding device, automatic feeding of the trays from the hot machine material table to the hot lamination tower, automatic material transferring of the trays from the hot lamination tower to the cold lamination tower and automatic discharging of the trays from the cold lamination tower to the cold machine material table can be realized, meanwhile, the multi-layer material trays can synchronously move, and are circulated to different stations without manual carrying, so that automation is truly realized, and the production efficiency is improved.

Technical Field

Background
Along with the continuous increase of requirements of smart card industry production enterprises on working breadth and production capacity of laminating machines, the traditional manual carrying and pushing of materials are basically difficult to realize, and the traditional operation process has low efficiency, high labor intensity and high risk coefficient. The existing laminating machine can realize automatic material transferring between a hot laminating tower and a cold laminating tower, but cannot realize automatic material feeding and automatic material discharging.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing the laminating machine capable of automatically feeding, discharging and transferring materials in the same step, which can realize automatic feeding, discharging and transferring of a material tray and has high automation degree.

After the hot lamination work is finished, the laminated board descends to return to the original position, a second motor of the automatic material transferring device is started, the horizontal side movement of a second multi-layer pull rod of the automatic material transferring device pushes a material tray to a station of the cold lamination tower, and the second multi-layer pull rod of the automatic material transferring device returns to the original position.
After the cold lamination is finished, the laminated board descends to return to the original position, a motor of the automatic discharging device is started, and the multi-layer pull rod of the automatic discharging device horizontally moves forward to push the material tray to the station of the cold machine material table, and the multi-layer pull rod of the discharging device returns to the original point.
According to the automatic feeding device, automatic feeding of the trays from the hot machine material table to the hot lamination tower, automatic material transferring of the trays from the hot lamination tower to the cold lamination tower and automatic discharging of the trays from the cold lamination tower to the cold machine material table can be realized, meanwhile, the multi-layer material trays can synchronously move, and are circulated to different stations without manual carrying, so that automation is truly realized, and the production efficiency is improved. Meanwhile, standardized production is convenient to manage and control, the product quality is more stable, and safe production is guaranteed.

Detailed Description
For a clearer understanding of technical features, objects and effects of the present invention, a detailed description of embodiments of the present invention will be made with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1-9, the laminating machine capable of automatically discharging and transferring materials in the same step comprises a material frame 1, a hot laminating tower 2 and a cold laminating tower 3. The hot lamination tower 2 and the cold lamination tower 3 include a plurality of laminated boards 8 and a hydraulic driving device 10 for driving the laminated boards 8 to lift. The laminated board 8 is provided with a laminated tray 9, and the material frame 1 comprises a material feeding frame 4, a heat engine material table 5, a cold engine material table 6 and a material feeding frame lifting driving device 7. The hydraulic driving device 10, the feeding frame 4, the heat engine material table 5, the cold engine material table 6 and the material turning frame lifting driving device 7 are all in the prior art.
The laminator also includes an automatic feed 11 that moves the trays 9 from the thermo-mechanical stage 5 to the thermo-lamination tower 2, an automatic transfer 12 that moves the trays 9 from the thermo-lamination tower 2 to the cold lamination tower 3, and an automatic discharge 13 that moves the trays 9 from the cold lamination tower 3 to the cold mechanical stage 6. The automatic feeding device 11 and the automatic discharging device 13 are arranged on the back of the main machine of the laminating machine side by side, the automatic material transferring device 12 is arranged on the side of the main machine of the laminating machine, and the operating material frame 1, the heat engine material table 5 and the cold engine material table 6 are arranged on the front of the main machine of the laminating machine.
The automatic feeding device 11 comprises a first base 1101, a first pull rod seat 1102, a first motor 1103 and a first multi-layer pull rod 1104, wherein the first multi-layer pull rod 1104 is fixed on one side of the first pull rod seat 1102 at intervals, the first motor 1103 is fixed on the bottom of the first pull rod seat 1102, a first rack 1105 and a first horizontal guide rail 1106 are arranged on the first base 1101, an output shaft of the first motor 1103 is connected with a first gear, the first gear is meshed with the first rack 1105, and a first horizontal slide block 1108 matched with the first horizontal guide rail 1106 is arranged on the bottom of the first pull rod seat 1102. The first multi-layer pull rod 1104 is connected with the first pull rod seat 1102 through a lifting device, and a bayonet 1109 for connecting the tray 9 is arranged at the front end of the first multi-layer pull rod 1104.
Further, the lifting device comprises an air cylinder 1107, a vertical guide rail 1110 and a vertical sliding block 1111, wherein the vertical guide rail 1110 is fixed on the first pull rod seat 1102, the vertical sliding block 1111 is fixedly connected with the first multi-layer pull rod 1104, and the air cylinder 1107 drives the vertical sliding block 1111 to move up and down along the vertical guide rail 1110.
The automatic material transferring device 12 comprises a second base 1201, a second pull rod seat 1202, a second motor 1203 and a second multi-layer pull rod 1204, wherein the second multi-layer pull rod 1204 is fixed on one side of the second pull rod seat 1202 at intervals, the second motor 1203 is fixed on the bottom of the second pull rod seat 1202, a second rack 1205 and a second horizontal guide rail 1206 are arranged on the second base 1201, an output shaft of the second motor 1203 is connected with a second gear, the second gear is meshed with the second rack 1205, and a second horizontal slide block 1207 matched with the second horizontal guide rail 1206 is arranged on the bottom of the second pull rod seat 1202.
The automatic discharging device 13 has the same structure as the automatic transferring device 12, and will not be described here again.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:
after the laminated materials 901 and the trays 9 are ready, the laminated materials ascend through the feeding frames 4 sequentially to enter the corresponding heat engine material tables 5, the first motor 1103 is started, the first multi-layer pull rod 1104 moves forward to a designated position, the cylinder 1107 retracts to drive the first multi-layer pull rod 1104 to move downwards, the clamping 1109 ports at the front end of the first multi-layer pull rod 1104 grasp the feeding handles 904 corresponding to all the trays 9, the automatic feeding device 11 returns to drive the trays 9 to move to the stations of the heat lamination tower 2, and the first multi-layer pull rod 1104 returns to the original point.
After the hot lamination is finished, the laminated board 8 descends to return to the original position, the second motor 1203 of the automatic transfer device 12 is started, the second multi-layer pull rod 1204 of the automatic transfer device 12 horizontally moves sideways to push the tray 9 to the station of the cold lamination tower 3, and the second multi-layer pull rod 1204 of the automatic transfer device 12 returns to the original position.
After the cold lamination is finished, the laminated board 8 descends to return to the original position, the motor of the automatic discharging device 13 is started, the multi-layer pull rod of the automatic discharging device 13 horizontally moves forward to push the material tray 9 to the station of the cold machine material table 6, and the multi-layer pull rod of the automatic discharging device returns to the original point.
