Abstract

本发明公开了一种医用旋转工具加工用六轴磨床,它包括床身、旋转机构、横向移动机构、旋转主轴机构、颈部磨削机构、切削机构、垂直移动机构和两个纵向移动机构。其特征在于:旋转机构设在床身上平面中部的前侧,旋转机构的转盘上设有横向移动机构,横向移动机构的滑块上设有旋转主轴机构,两个纵向移动机构相互平行的设在床身上平面的右后方,纵向移动机构一上设有垂直移动机构,垂直移动机构上设有切削机构,纵向移动机构二上设有颈部磨削机构。该医用旋转工具加工用六轴磨床,可实现一次装夹完成产品的工作端沟槽加工和颈部磨削加工两道工序,降低了生产成本,提高了产品加工精度。

技术领域
本发明属机械加工技术领域,具体涉及一种医用旋转工具加工用六轴磨床。
背景技术
医用旋转工具是医疗电动工具的一种附件,其特点为:一是体积小,有些大小如同绣花针;二是工作端形状复杂,如火炬形、椭圆形、倒锥形等;三是均为回转体。由于我国医用旋转工具加工起步较晚,在加工其工作端沟槽时,目前多采用一些小型通用设备进行加工,这不仅造成现有设备功能浪费严重,同时加工的产品精度等级也比较低。再一点就是加工完工作端沟槽后,往往还要磨削颈部斜面,现有设备无法一次完成,需要更换设备才能加工,这不仅增加了设备成本,二次装夹也会影响产品加工精度、增大辅助工时。所以,如果能研制一种医用旋转工具专用加工设备,通过一次装夹就可完成工作端沟槽加工和颈部磨削加工,这不仅可以提高产品精度,还可以降低企业设备使用成本、减少辅助工序用时。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提出一种可自动控制、一次装夹可完成工作端沟槽和颈部磨削加工的医用旋转工具加工用六轴磨床。
实现上述目的的技术方案是:一种医用旋转工具加工用六轴磨床,它包括床身、控制系统、旋转机构、横向移动机构、旋转主轴机构、颈部磨削机构、切削机构、垂直移动机构、纵向移动机构一和纵向移动机构二。其特征在于:控制系统设在床身上平面的左侧,旋转机构设在床身上平面中部的前侧,旋转机构的转盘上设有横向移动机构,横向移动机构的滑块上设有旋转主轴机构,纵向移动机构一设在床身上平面的右后方,纵向移动机构一的滑块上设有垂直移动机构,垂直移动机构的滑块上设有切削机构,切削机构的旋转轴平行于纵向移动机构一,纵向移动机构一的左侧设有与其平行的纵向移动机构二,纵向移动机构二上设有颈部磨削机构,颈部磨削机构的旋转轴垂直于纵向移动机构二,颈部磨削机构的旋转轴中心高度与旋转主轴机构的旋转中心高度相等;所述横向移动机构、纵向移动机构及垂直移动机构均为导轨滑块机构。
本发明的效果是:按照上述方案制造的一种医用旋转工具加工用六轴磨床,可实现一次装夹完成产品的工作端沟槽加工和颈部磨削加工两道工序,降低了企业设备使用成本,减少了辅助工序用时。同时,通过加工过程的自动化控制,保证了产品加工精度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1~图4所示,本发明一种医用旋转工具加工用六轴磨床,它包括床身1、控制系统2、旋转机构3、横向移动机构4、旋转主轴机构5、颈部磨削机构6、切削机构7、垂直移动机构8、纵向移动机构一9和纵向移动机构二10。其特征在于:所述横向移动机构、纵向移动机构及垂直移动机构均为导轨滑块机构;控制系统2设在床身1上平面的左侧,根据输入被加工工件的加工参数,控制系统2可控制加工过程中旋转机构3、横向移动机构4、旋转主轴机构5、颈部磨削机构6、切削机构7、垂直移动机构8、纵向移动机构一9和纵向移动机构二10的运动顺序和运动轨迹,旋转机构3(也就是常说的B轴),它设在床身1上平面中部的前侧,旋转机构3的驱动电机通过床身1上的通孔101置于床身1上平面的下方,旋转机构3的转盘301上设有横向移动机构4(也就是常说的X轴),通过X轴的横向移动可完成工件长度方向的加工要求,横向移动机构4的滑块401上设有旋转主轴机构5(也就是常说的A轴),工件装夹在A轴的工件夹头501上,通过A轴旋转提供工件加工过程中的旋转运动,由于工件上的沟槽为螺旋状,或者工件颈部是一个斜面,所以加工沟槽或磨削颈部时,工件回转中心必须和切削砂轮701或磨颈砂轮601的回转中心有一个夹角(如图5、图6),这个夹角就是工件上沟槽螺旋升角或工件颈部錐角的一半,它是通过旋转机构3上的转盘301旋转来实现的,纵向移动机构一9(也就是常说的Y轴)设在床身1上平面的右后方,纵向移动机构一9的滑块901上设有垂直移动机构8(也就是常说的Z轴),垂直移动机构8的滑块801上设有切削机构7,它是用来切削工件上沟槽的,切削机构7的旋转轴平行于纵向移动机构一9,纵向移动机构一9的左侧设有与其平行的纵向移动机构二10(也可以叫做Y′轴),它是用来磨削工件颈部斜面的,纵向移动机构二10上设有颈部磨削机构6,颈部磨削机构6的旋转轴垂直于纵向移动机构二10,颈部磨削机构6的旋转轴中心高度与旋转主轴机构5的旋转中心高度相等,以保证磨颈砂轮601的外圆表面始终和工件颈部在加工过程中与其切线位置相接触;加工非圆柱体工件、且工件上沟槽为螺旋状时,随着X轴带动工件的横向移动,为了保证切削砂轮701始终在工件的最上方(工件回转中心的垂直面最上方)进行切削,切削砂轮701必须随Z轴移动以补偿因工件直径变化所产生的距离变化,同时,切削砂轮701还必须随Y轴移动以补偿因工件回转中心变化所产生的距离变化(见图5),从而达到对工件表面的沟槽有效切削;在加工工件颈部斜面时,因B轴带动工件已旋转工件颈部錐角的一半,工件随X轴横向移动时,只要磨颈砂轮601进给到确定的位置,工件颈部旋转时,后侧表面将和磨颈砂轮601的外圆柱面始终保证磨削,距离不变,只要X轴横向移动,就可以完成工件颈部斜面长度方向上的磨削加工。

1.一种医用旋转工具加工用六轴磨床,它包括床身、控制系统、旋转机构、横向移动机构、旋转主轴机构、颈部磨削机构、切削机构、垂直移动机构、纵向移动机构一和纵向移动机构二;其特征在于:控制系统设在床身上平面的左侧,旋转机构设在床身上平面中部的前侧,旋转机构的转盘上设有横向移动机构,横向移动机构的滑块上设有旋转主轴机构,纵向移动机构一设在床身上平面的右后方,纵向移动机构一的滑块上设有垂直移动机构,垂直移动机构的滑块上设有切削机构,切削机构的旋转轴平行于纵向移动机构一,纵向移动机构一的左侧设有与其平行的纵向移动机构二,纵向移动机构二上设有颈部磨削机构,颈部磨削机构的旋转轴垂直于纵向移动机构二,颈部磨削机构的旋转轴中心高度与旋转主轴机构的旋转中心高度相等;所述横向移动机构、纵向移动机构及垂直移动机构均为导轨滑块机构。
