Based on the above-described embodiments, referring to fig. 19 to 26, a combination cabinet 6000 in a food cooking apparatus of the present invention, an oil receiving groove 6310 is installed on a rear side plate 6300, a side of a filtering baffle 6500 having a low height is fixed to the oil receiving groove 6310, and a side of the filtering baffle 6500 having a high height is fixed to a rear side surface of a storage cabinet 6400; an oil outlet 6510 is formed in one side of the filtering baffle 6500, which is low in height; the bottom surface of the oil receiving groove 6310 is provided with a connecting hole 6311, the rear side plate 6300 is also provided with a mounting frame 6323, the mounting frame 6323 is provided with an oil receiving pot 6322, and the oil receiving pot 6322 and the connecting hole 6311 are communicated through a connecting pipe 6321; a rest plate 6600 is also arranged between the left side plate 6100 and the right side plate 6200, and the rest plate 6600 is positioned below the storage cabinet 6400; the shelf plate 6600 is provided with lampblack vent holes 6610 arranged in an array; the tops of the storage cabinet 6400 and the rear side plate 6300 are each provided with a hanger 6700 for fixing to a ceiling; the rear side plate 6300 is provided with screw holes 6340 for fixing to a wall.
In this embodiment, after the filtering baffle 6500 intercepts the waste oil in the oil smoke, the waste oil flows out from the oil outlet 6510 on the side with low height of the filtering baffle 6500, and flows into the oil receiving groove 6310. Secondly, in this embodiment, the waste oil in the oil receiving groove 6310 flows out from the connecting hole 6311 and flows into the oil receiving pot 6322 through the connecting pipe 6321, so that the user only needs to take out the oil receiving pot 6322 in time and clean the oil receiving pot 6322, and does not need to detach the long oil receiving groove 6310 to clean the oil receiving groove, and the use is simple and convenient.
