Conventional configurations and their problems In recent years, the types and quantities of cooking equipment and food in the kitchen have increased, and there has been an increasing demand for storing them well and making effective use of space. It is beginning to change. However, regarding rice cookers, since steam is generated during rice cooking, there are problems such as condensation of steam, humidity, and temperature, so that rice cookers containing rice cookers have not been sufficient.

FIG. 1 shows a side cross section of a conventional rice cooking device. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes the main body of the rice cooker, which has a rice cooker storage 5, in which a heating device 2 and a rice cooking pot 3 are housed. 4 is a lid that covers the top surface of the rice cooker 3. Said rice cooker storage 5
has an opening/closing door 6 on the front side, an intake port 7 is provided below the opening/closing door 6, and an exhaust port 8 is provided above the opening/closing door 6. Furthermore, an exhaust port 9 is provided at the upper rear side of the rice cooker storage 5. 1

The operation of the rice cooking device configured as above will be explained below. When rice and water are put in a rice cooker pot 3 and rice is cooked by heating the rice cooker pot 3 with a heating device 2, steam comes out into the rice cooker storage 5 from the gap between the lid 4 and the rice cooker pot 3. Further, the steam filling the rice cooker storage 5 is discharged from the exhaust port 8 and the exhaust port 9. The steam discharged from the exhaust port 9 passes through the exhaust passage 10 and exits the main body 1 from the exhaust port 11.
is discharged outside.

However, the above-mentioned configuration has a drawback that steam condenses on the inner wall of the rice cooker storage 5 and the inner wall of the opening/closing door 6, and water droplets adhere to the inner wall of the rice cooker storage compartment 5 and the inner wall of the opening/closing door 6, resulting in easy corrosion. Furthermore, when the steam condenses on the inner wall of the rice cooker storage 5, latent heat of condensation is released, resulting in a high temperature on the wall of the rice cooker storage, which has a negative effect on other products near the rice cooker storage. However, there were restrictions on where the rice cooker could be installed, making it difficult to use.

First, when cooking rice, open the drawer 24, open the rice cooker lid 28, charge rice and water into the rice cooker main body 27, close the rice cooker lid 28, and place the rice cooker main body 27 on the drawer 24. . At this time, the rice cooker main body 27 is installed on the drawer part 24 in a fixed position by the rice cooker positioning frame 31.
Next, connect the power source of the rice cooker body 27 to the outlet 30, turn on the switch, and close the drawer part 24.
When the drawer section 24 is closed, the rice cooker main body 2
7 is always in a fixed position, and the steam outlet 29 provided in the rice cooker lid 28 is in a position facing the steam guide 36. When the time set on the timer 21 arrives, rice cooking starts, and steam gradually begins to be generated from the steam outlet 29 provided in the rice cooker lid 28. The steam discharged from the steam outlet 29 is
The steam passes through the steam guide 36 and is guided into the steam cooling chamber 35 . Initially, the wall surface temperature of the steam cooling chamber 35 is at room temperature, so that the steam condenses within the steam cooling chamber 35. The temperature of the wall surface of the steam cooling chamber 35 rises,
When the temperature of the thermal reed switch 41, which is a temperature detection device installed in contact with the steam cooling chamber 35, exceeds the operating temperature of the thermal reed switch, the thermal reed switch turns on, and current flows to the blower device 34, causing the blower to shut down. starts blowing air. The air blown by the blower 34 is sent to the steam cooling chamber 35.
The steam flows through the wind tunnel 33 while cooling the outer wall of the steam, and is discharged from the steam outlet 23 to the outside of the rice cooker main body 20. Therefore, since the wall surface of the steam cooling chamber 35 is cooled by the air blown by the blower 34, a part of the steam led into the steam cooling chamber 35 is absorbed into the steam cooling chamber 3.
5, and the condensed water is passed through the drain hose 40 from the drain port 38 provided in the steam guide 36.
The water passes through and is stored in the condensation water receiver 39. In addition, the steam that has not condensed in the steam cooling chamber 35 is discharged into the wind tunnel 33 from the steam drain port 37 provided in front of the upper surface of the steam cooling chamber 35, and is mixed with the air blown by the blower 34, resulting in humidity. The steam is discharged from the rice cooker main body 20 from the steam outlet 23 in a state where the steam is lowered. When the rice cooking is completed, the steam coming out from the rice cooker main body 27 disappears, and the steam cooling chamber 35
The wall temperature of the thermal reed switch 41 begins to decrease, and the temperature of the thermal reed switch 41 also begins to decrease. When the temperature of the thermal reed switch 41 becomes lower than the operating temperature of the thermal reed switch 41, the thermal reed switch 41 is turned off, the current of the air blower 34 is turned off, and the air blower 34 stops blowing air.

As described above, the steam cooling chamber 35 and the blower device 34 provided in the wind tunnel 33 and the thermal reed switch 41 which is a temperature detection device that controls the blower device 34 are installed in the wind tunnel 33.
Therefore, even if rice is cooked with the rice cooker main body 27 housed inside the rice cooker main body 20, the rice cooker main body 2
7 detects the state in which steam is generated, and automatically operates the blower device 34 only when steam is generated, so that a part of the generated steam is condensed, and the remaining steam is used to reduce humidity. The inside of the rice cooker body 20 can be kept at normal temperature and humidity.

Therefore, the rice cooker is less likely to corrode and has improved durability, and the storage container 25 and the measuring rice jug main body 32 can be stored in the rice cooker main body 20. Since the blower device 34 operates automatically, it is possible to save time and energy, and to improve usability.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the rice cooking device of the present invention includes a rice cooker main body, a blower device, and a wind tunnel in the main body of the device, a steam cooling chamber is provided in the wind tunnel, and one end is connected to the steam cooling chamber. A steam guiding guide is provided, the other end of which faces the steam outlet provided in the rice cooker main body, and a steam exhaust port is provided in front of the steam cooling chamber, and a steam guide is provided on the wall of the steam cooling chamber, and the other end faces the steam outlet provided in the rice cooker main body. It is installed with linked temperature detection devices in contact with each other, and with this configuration,
The temperature detection device detects whether steam is being generated from the rice cooker body and automatically operates the blower while steam is being generated, so the steam is guided from the rice cooker body to the cooling chamber via the steam guide. The steam is
The cooling effect of the blower on the walls of the steam cooling chamber causes dew condensation, and the remaining steam is discharged as low-temperature steam into the wind tunnel through the steam exhaust port installed at the front of the steam cooling chamber, and then the blower continues to blow air. is discharged from the main body of the device. As a result, steam does not accumulate inside the device body, and the steam can be effectively discharged outside the device body as low-temperature steam, and as a result, corrosion inside the device body is eliminated. This can significantly improve durability.
