本发明涉及建筑板材技术领域,尤其为一种高防水保温纤维水泥板。本发明中,通过使用水泥、氧化沥青、脱膜剂、减水剂、焦磷酸钠、水、复合疏水防尘基料、疏水聚合胶束料作为自防水纤维水泥板的复合材料,其中,复合疏水防尘基料为竹笋纤维处理料,配合疏水聚合胶束料和氧化沥青,使板材具备良好的疏水性能,且在防水纤维水泥板表面设置了采用利用非含氟硅烷硅树脂为原料配合纳米级金属氧化物溶胶制成的超疏水石材防护剂涂刷而成的纳米超疏水防护层,进一步提高板材的防水效果,岩棉自然保温层起到良好的保温效果,该板材,具备良好的保温防水性能,适宜推广使用。

本发明涉及建筑板材技术领域,具体为一种高防水保温纤维水泥板。
背景技术
目前市场上存在的大部分水泥板,不具备良好的防水性和保温性能,因此,针对上述问题提出一种高防水保温纤维水泥板。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高防水保温纤维水泥板,通过使用水泥、氧化沥青、脱膜剂、减水剂、焦磷酸钠、水、复合疏水防尘基料、疏水聚合胶束料作为自防水纤维水泥板的复合材料,其中,复合疏水防尘基料为竹笋纤维处理料,配合疏水聚合胶束料和氧化沥青,使板材具备良好的疏水性能,且在防水纤维水泥板表面设置了采用利用非含氟硅烷硅树脂为原料配合纳米级金属氧化物溶胶制成的超疏水石材防护剂涂刷而成的纳米超疏水防护层,进一步提高板材的防水效果,岩棉自然保温层起到良好的保温效果,该板材,具备良好的保温防水性能,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种高防水保温纤维水泥板,包括板芯、岩棉自然保温层和自防水纤维水泥板,所述岩棉自然保温层设置于板芯两侧,所述自防水纤维水泥板设置于岩棉自然保温层外侧,所述板芯、岩棉自然保温层和自防水纤维水泥板之间的连接处均设置有硅橡胶玻璃纤维布,所述板芯、硅橡胶玻璃纤维布、岩棉自然保温层和自防水纤维水泥板之间通过粘合胶热压胶合,所述自防水纤维水泥板包括如下组分:30-50份水泥、20-25份氧化沥青、2-6份脱膜剂、3-7份减水剂、2-5份焦磷酸钠、20-40份水、20-35份复合疏水防尘基料、12-18份疏水聚合胶束料,所述自防水纤维水泥板表面设置有纳米超疏水防护层。
优选的,所述复合疏水防尘基料为竹笋纤维处理料。
优选的,所述纳米超疏水防护层采用利用非含氟硅烷硅树脂为原料配合纳米级金属氧化物溶胶制成的超疏水石材防护剂涂刷而成。

一种高防水保温纤维水泥板,包括板芯1、岩棉自然保温层2和自防水纤维水泥板3,岩棉自然保温层2设置于板芯1两侧,自防水纤维水泥板3设置于岩棉自然保温层2外侧,板芯1、岩棉自然保温层2和自防水纤维水泥板3之间的连接处均设置有硅橡胶玻璃纤维布4,板芯1、硅橡胶玻璃纤维布4、岩棉自然保温层2和自防水纤维水泥板3之间通过粘合胶热压胶合,自防水纤维水泥板3包括如下组分:30-50份水泥、20-25份氧化沥青、2-6份脱膜剂、3-7份减水剂、2-5份焦磷酸钠、20-40份水、20-35份复合疏水防尘基料、12-18份疏水聚合胶束料,自防水纤维水泥板3表面设置有纳米超疏水防护层5。
其中,复合疏水防尘基料为竹笋纤维处理料。
