本发明公开了一种具有环保性能的石墨烯改性PTFE建筑膜结构材料,包括聚四氟乙烯层、粘合层、石墨烯层和保护层,所述粘合层的下表面设置有聚四氟乙烯层,所述粘合层的上表面设置有石墨烯层,所述石墨烯层上表面设置有保护层。该具有环保性能的石墨烯改性PTFE建筑膜结构材料,阳光的长期照射下,聚四氟乙烯层与石墨烯层的化学及物理性质不会发生改变,不但提高了隔音效果,更加牢固不易损坏,而且环保、保护性强等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑膜技术领域,具体为一种具有环保性能的石墨烯改性PTFE建筑膜结构材料。
背景技术
PTFE膜材是在超细玻璃纤维织物上涂以聚四氟乙烯树脂而成的材料。这种膜材有较好的焊接性能,有优良的抗紫外线、抗老化性能和阻燃性能。正越来越多地用于建造机场、储存设施、竞技场、活动中心、运动或集会场地、穹顶、博物馆、房屋等。目前国外对这种膜材的开发和应用比较成熟,具有广阔的市场前景。
目前,随着PTFE建筑膜的广泛应用,也暴露出了很多弊端,例如隔音效果差,强度不够易损坏等问题,而且表面的保护层不能降解,不够环保,因此,现提出一种使用更加广泛的建筑膜。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有环保性能的石墨烯改性PTFE建筑膜结构材料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种具有环保性能的石墨烯改性PTFE建筑膜结构材料,包括聚四氟乙烯层、粘合层、石墨烯层和保护层,所述粘合层的下表面设置有聚四氟乙烯层,所述粘合层的上表面设置有石墨烯层,所述石墨烯层上表面设置有保护层。
优选的,所述保护层包括晒稀布层和防水涂层,所述石墨烯层的上表面设置有晒稀布层,所述晒稀布层的上表面设置有防水涂层。
优选的,所述石墨烯层包括以下重量份的原料氧化石墨烯40-50份,聚乙烯30-40份,正硅酸乙酯3-5份,乙醇5-10份,酸溶液5-8份,包括以下重量份的辅料:蚀刻剂1-4份。
优选的,所述晒稀布层包括以下重量份的原料玻纤维40-50份,二氧化硅浆料50-60份,液体阻燃剂5-15份,包括以下重量份的辅料:表面活性剂5-10份,硅烷偶联剂5-10份。
优选的,所述蚀刻剂为氟化铵。
优选的,所述硅烷偶联剂为氨丙基乙氧基硅烷、巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷、乙二胺丙基三乙氧基硅烷任意一种。
优选的,所述石墨烯层的厚度为0.2-0.5mm,晒稀布层的厚度为0.3-0.8mm,防水涂层的厚度为0.3-0.8mm。
本发明提出的一种具有环保性能的石墨烯改性PTFE建筑膜结构材料,有益效果在于:在阳光的长期照射下,聚四氟乙烯层与石墨烯层的化学及物理性质不会发生改变,而且具有降噪、耐候性强、硬度高、防紫外线和透光性好等优点,晒稀布层为环保材料,能起到耐候性、抗老化、抗拉伸、撕裂强度高和防火作用,从而在使用时,提高了隔音效果,更加牢固不易损坏,而且环保、保护性强等优点。

实施例1、请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种具有环保性能的石墨烯改性PTFE建筑膜结构材料,包括聚四氟乙烯层1、粘合层2、石墨烯层3和保护层4,粘合层2的下表面设置有聚四氟乙烯层1,粘合层2的上表面设置有石墨烯层3,石墨烯层3具有强度高、降噪和透光性好等特性,用于聚四氟乙烯层1的保护,石墨烯层3上表面设置有保护层4;
保护层4包括晒稀布层401和防水涂层402,石墨烯层3的上表面设置有晒稀布层401,通过晒稀布层401为可降解材料,具有耐候性、抗老化、抗拉伸、撕裂强度高、防火和透光性好等特性,晒稀布层401的上表面设置有防水涂层402;
石墨烯层3包括以下重量份的原料氧化石墨烯40份,聚乙烯35份,正硅酸乙酯4份,乙醇7份,酸溶液6份,包括以下重量份的辅料:蚀刻剂2份;
晒稀布层401包括以下重量份的原料玻纤维40-50份,二氧化硅浆料55份,液体阻燃剂8份,包括以下重量份的辅料:表面活性剂5份,硅烷偶联剂7份;
蚀刻剂为氟化铵;
硅烷偶联剂为氨丙基乙氧基硅烷、巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷、乙二胺丙基三乙氧基硅烷任意一种;
石墨烯层3的厚度为0.4mm,晒稀布层401的厚度为0.5mm,防水涂层402的厚度为0.7mm。
表面活性剂由烷基磺酸钠、烷基基磺酸钠和烷基硫酸钠混合而成。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有环保性能的石墨烯改性PTFE建筑膜结构材料,其特征在于:所述保护层(4)包括晒稀布层(401)和防水涂层(402),所述石墨烯层(3)的上表面设置有晒稀布层(401),所述晒稀布层(401)的上表面设置有防水涂层(402)。

7.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有环保性能的石墨烯改性PTFE建筑膜结构材料,其特征在于:所述石墨烯层(3)的厚度为0.2-0.5mm,晒稀布层(401)的厚度为0.3-0.8mm,防水涂层(402)的厚度为0.3-0.8mm。
