本发明涉及到一种纺织织物的环保染色方法,属于纺织行业技术领域。
背景技术
织物是由细小柔长物通过交叉,绕结,连接构成的平软片块物。机织物是由存在交叉关系的纱线构成的。针织物是由存在绕结关系的纱线构成的。无纺织物是由存在连接关系的纱线构成的。第三织物是由存在交叉/绕结关系的纱线构成的。
双一氯均三嗪是一类广泛用于纤维素纤维纺织品染色的重要染料,它具有色泽鲜艳、色谱齐全、色牢度优良点等特点。但是,双一氯均三嗪对纤维素纤维的直接性低,染棉织物时存在上染率低的问题,提高双一氯均三嗪的利用率一直是人们期待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种纺织织物的环保染色方法,制备方法简单,制备得到的防止织物颜色鲜艳,工艺过程简单,生产成本低,采用的原料无毒无害,环保无污染。
本发明提供一种纺织织物的环保染色方法,包括步骤为:
(1)将碱剂、匀染剂、渗透剂、1:2金属络合染料和水混合,搅拌均匀配制成碱液,其中,碱液的浴比为1:2~1:20,碱剂的浓度为1~30g/L,匀染剂的浓度为0~5g/L,渗透剂的浓度为0~5g/L;
(2)将双一氯均三嗪置于醇类有机溶剂和水的混合液中,搅拌均匀后配制成染液,其中,染液的浴比为1:5~1:30,染液中醇类有机溶剂和水的体积比为80%:20%~95%:5%,双一氯均三嗪的浓度为纺织品质量的0.1%~10%;
(3)将恒温水浴锅中溶液温度升至60-90℃并继续染色,得到染色的纺织物。
作为本发明的进一步改进,步骤(1)中所述均染剂为平平加。
作为本发明的进一步改进,步骤(1)中所述1:2金属络合染料为中性灰。
作为本发明的进一步改进,其特征在于,步骤(3)染色时间为70-60分钟。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明采用碱剂、匀染剂、渗透剂、1:2金属络合染料,使得织物具有色彩鲜艳、光泽高、立体感强等特性,销售前景好;
2、本发明的双一氯均三嗪具有色泽鲜艳、色谱齐全、色牢度优良点等特点。
3、本发明的制备工艺流程时间短、运行成本低、所使用的试剂不污染环境,操作方便,便于工业生产。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
本发明提供一种纺织织物的环保染色方法,包括步骤为:
(1)将碱剂、1:2金属络合染料中性灰和水混合,搅拌均匀配制成碱液,其中,碱液的浴比为1:2,碱剂的浓度为1g/L;
(2)将双一氯均三嗪置于醇类有机溶剂和水的混合液中,搅拌均匀后配制成染液,其中,染液的浴比为1:5,染液中醇类有机溶剂和水的体积比为80%:20%,双一氯均三嗪的浓度为纺织品质量的0.1%;
(3)将恒温水浴锅中溶液温度升至60℃并继续染色,得到染色的纺织物。
实施例2:
本发明提供一种纺织织物的环保染色方法,包括步骤为:
(1)将碱剂、匀染剂平平加、渗透剂、1:2金属络合染料中性灰和水混合,搅拌均匀配制成碱液,其中,碱液的浴比为1:20,碱剂的浓度为30g/L,匀染剂的浓度为5g/L,渗透剂的浓度为5g/L;
(2)将双一氯均三嗪置于醇类有机溶剂和水的混合液中,搅拌均匀后配制成染液,其中,染液的浴比为1:30,染液中醇类有机溶剂和水的体积比为95%:5%,双一氯均三嗪的浓度为纺织品质量的10%;
(3)将恒温水浴锅中溶液温度升至90℃并继续染色,得到染色的纺织物。
实施例3:
本发明提供一种纺织织物的环保染色方法,包括步骤为:
(1)将碱剂、匀染剂平平加、渗透剂、1:2金属络合染料中性灰和水混合,搅拌均匀配制成碱液,其中,碱液的浴比为1:10,碱剂的浓度为20g/L,匀染剂的浓度为3g/L,渗透剂的浓度为3g/L;
(2)将双一氯均三嗪置于醇类有机溶剂和水的混合液中,搅拌均匀后配制成染液,其中,染液的浴比为1:20,染液中醇类有机溶剂和水的体积比为90%~10%,双一氯均三嗪的浓度为纺织品质量的5%;
(3)将恒温水浴锅中溶液温度升至80℃并继续染色,得到染色的纺织物。

1.一种纺织织物的环保染色方法,其特征在于,包括步骤为:
(1)将碱剂、匀染剂、渗透剂、1:2金属络合染料和水混合,搅拌均匀配制成碱液,其中,碱液的浴比为1:2~1:20,碱剂的浓度为1~30g/L,匀染剂的浓度为0~5g/L,渗透剂的浓度为0~5g/L;
(2)将双一氯均三嗪置于醇类有机溶剂和水的混合液中,搅拌均匀后配制成染液,其中,染液的浴比为1:5~1:30,染液中醇类有机溶剂和水的体积比为80%:20%~95%:5%,双一氯均三嗪的浓度为纺织品质量的0.1%~10%;
(3)将恒温水浴锅中溶液温度升至60-90℃并继续染色,得到染色的纺织物。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织织物的环保染色方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述1:2金属络合染料为中性灰。
