一种工业大麻扦插专用生根剂及其制备方法,本发明一种工业大麻扦插专用生根剂及其制备方法。本发明是要解决现有工业大麻在种植过程所采用的生根剂生根慢、粘着性差、抗逆性差,容易在切伤面形成疙瘩不生根和茎杆扦插口变黑腐烂的问题。工业大麻扦插专用生根剂按重量份数由琼脂、萘乙酸钠、吲哚丁酸钾、维生素B1、维生素B5、维生素B6、水杨酸钠、白糖和纯净水组成。方法:一、按质量份数称取琼脂、萘乙酸钠、吲哚丁酸钾、维生素B1、维生素B5、维生素B6、水杨酸钠、白糖和纯净水;二、鳌合完后冷却备用,即得到工业大麻扦插专用生根剂。本发明用于种工业大麻的生根。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种工业大麻扦插专用生根剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
工业大麻在种植过程中运用扦插技术进行无性繁殖,能加快种植速度,保留品种的优秀基因,但是在扦插过程中工业大麻生根是一大难题,现有的生根剂用氨基酸合成里面的生根组织一般是用微量元素加氮磷钾合成,它生根慢,粘着性差,抗逆性差,对于大麻茎杆中空的植物使用很容易在切伤面形成疙瘩不生根和茎杆扦插口变黑腐烂。
发明内容
本发明是要解决现有工业大麻在种植过程所采用的生根剂生根慢、粘着性差、抗逆性差,容易在切伤面形成疙瘩不生根和茎杆扦插口变黑腐烂的问题,而提供一种工业大麻扦插专用生根剂及其制备方法。
本发明一种工业大麻扦插专用生根剂按重量份数由15~25份琼脂、1~3份萘乙酸钠、3~5份吲哚丁酸钾、4~6份维生素B1、4~6份维生素B5、4~6份维生素B6、4~6份水杨酸钠、2~4份白糖和180~220份纯净水组成。
本发明一种工业大麻扦插专用生根剂的制备方法是按以下步骤进行:
一、按质量份数称取15~25份琼脂、1~3份萘乙酸钠、3~5份吲哚丁酸钾、4~6份维生素B1、4~6份维生素B5、4~6份维生素B6、4~6份水杨酸钠、2~4份白糖和180~220份纯净水;
二、将纯净水加热到55~65℃,然后加入琼脂搅拌均匀,待琼脂变成透明胶状物时,依次加入萘乙酸钠、吲哚丁酸钾、维生素B1、维生素B5、维生素B6、水杨酸钠和白糖,每加入一种物质均要待琼脂透明状时再加入下一种物质,鳌合完后冷却备用,即得到工业大麻扦插专用生根剂。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明制备的复合型工业大麻生根剂为粘稠状,使用方便易沾着在插穗表面效果好,既能有效的补充营养又能快速生根壮苗;能提前三天生根,使用量小根系白且粗壮,对于低温和高温时期扦插难生根的难题迅速解决。

本实施方式的工业大麻扦插专用生根剂含有多种营养成分,其中琼脂能粘着到茎杆表面持久性供给营养;萘乙酸钠为强力生根粉能快速生根,促进须根生长;吲哚丁酸钾能快速生根抗逆性强能快速促进主根生长,生根迅速根长根白;维生素B1补充营养能量,增加土壤养分和枝条营养促进叶绿素合成养分循环;维生素B5预防黑根保护伤口表皮细胞增生抗病能力加强;维生素B6内含生育酚促进生根和植株分杈增加养分循环;水杨酸钠中植物提取物杀菌消炎预防病菌感染土传病害,预防伤口腐烂;白糖调节土壤酸碱平衡辅助快速生根,和粘着药物。

具体实施方式七:本实施方式与具体实施方式四至六之一不同的是:步骤二中将纯净水加热60℃。其他与具体实施方式四至六之一相同。
采用以下实施例验证本发明的有益效果:
实施例一:一种工业大麻扦插专用生根剂的制备方法是按以下步骤进行:
一、按质量克数称取20克琼脂、2克萘乙酸钠、4克吲哚丁酸钾、5克维生素B1、5克维生素B5、5克维生素B6、5克水杨酸钠、3克白糖和200克纯净水;
二、将纯净水加热到60℃,然后加入琼脂搅拌均匀,待琼脂变成透明胶状物时,依次加入萘乙酸钠、吲哚丁酸钾、维生素B1、维生素B5、维生素B6、水杨酸钠和白糖,每加入一种物质均要待琼脂透明状时再加入下一种物质,鳌合完后冷却备用,即得到工业大麻扦插专用生根剂。
使用过程中,进行实验对比,用一般生根剂的工业大麻扦插后三天左右出现萎蔫现象,15天没发现有根生出并且发现,伤口处呈黑色有水烂现象发生,叶片发黄不健壮,生长点没有生长变化。
本实施例制备的专用生根剂使用后生根剂粘着均匀,十天内没有发现叶片有什么变化,十五天时长出3根长度一厘米的白根,伤口愈合好,伤口处成黄白色,并且扦插枝条节间长出新芽,长势正常高度高度增加1.6厘米,叶片浓绿色。
以上对比实验能充分说明这款生根剂能杀菌抑制土传病害快速生根,增加植物生长和补充营养。多元复合诱导工业大麻快速生根,增加抗逆性。

1.一种工业大麻扦插专用生根剂,其特征在于工业大麻扦插专用生根剂按重量份数由15~25份琼脂、1~3份萘乙酸钠、3~5份吲哚丁酸钾、4~6份维生素B1、4~6份维生素B5、4~6份维生素B6、4~6份水杨酸钠、2~4份白糖和180~220份纯净水组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种工业大麻扦插专用生根剂,其特征在于所述琼脂是采用沿海石花菜制备而成的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种工业大麻扦插专用生根剂,其特征在于所述工业大麻扦插专用生根剂按重量份数由20份琼脂、2份萘乙酸钠、4份吲哚丁酸钾、5份维生素B1、5份维生素B5、5份维生素B6、5份水杨酸钠、3份白糖和200份纯净水组成。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种工业大麻扦插专用生根剂的制备方法,其特征在于工业大麻扦插专用生根剂的制备方法是按以下步骤进行:
一、按质量份数称取15~25份琼脂、1~3份萘乙酸钠、3~5份吲哚丁酸钾、4~6份维生素B1、4~6份维生素B5、4~6份维生素B6、4~6份水杨酸钠、2~4份白糖和180~220份纯净水;

6.根据权利要求4所述的一种工业大麻扦插专用生根剂的制备方法,其特征在于步骤一中按质量份数称取20份琼脂、2份萘乙酸钠、4份吲哚丁酸钾、5份维生素B1、5份维生素B5、5份维生素B6、5份水杨酸钠、3份白糖和200份纯净水。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种工业大麻扦插专用生根剂的制备方法,其特征在于步骤二中将纯净水加热60℃。
