Abstract
一种基于超临界水氧化的反应器,该反应器包括内壳和外壳;内壳同轴设置于外壳中;内壳分为上部圆柱和下部圆锥两部分;圆柱包括上段无孔管(1411)和下段直筒多孔管(1404),圆锥为锥形多孔壁(1407);外壳包括上部连接法兰、中部直筒承压壁(1403)和下部锥形承压壁(1409);内壳的圆柱部分与直筒承压壁(1403)、连接法兰之间形成第一环隙;锥形多孔壁(1407)与锥形承压壁(1409)之间形成第二环隙;在第一环隙和第二环隙间设置有分隔环(1405);直筒承压壁(1403)的上部设置有高温蒸发水注入管(1402);锥形承压壁(1409)的上部设置有低温蒸发水注入管(1406);锥形承压壁(1409)的底部设置有出口管(1408);连接法兰上同轴设置有喷嘴管(1401),且喷嘴管(1401)穿过内壳顶部中心。还公开了一种基于超临界水氧化的反应系统及一种含酚废水处理方法。
