本发明涉及电子广告牌领域,尤其涉及一种节能电子信息广告牌。
背景技术
电子广告牌是一种新媒体广告形式,是新媒体技术与户外广告发布形式的完美结合,利用投放企业自制的海报、视频等在电子广告牌上播放,增加广告的吸引力,为广告投放商和广告牌租赁商都带来良好的收益,形成双赢的局面,但电子广告牌存在浪费电能的现象,在电子广告牌处,不管白天还是晚上,均高亮度显示播放广告视频,且现有大部分电子广告牌使用的是超市、商场等建筑电,增加电能的浪费。
现有技术中解决电子广告牌浪费能源的方法大致分为两种,一种是改变电能来源,采用太阳能电池板供电,例如发明专利的专利申请号为201610167246.7中所提出的“一种节能的电子信息户外广告牌”,采用太阳能给蓄电池充电,蓄电池给显示屏供电,加以亮度调节器来达到节省电能的目的,但此方案在连续几天阴雨天的情况下,蓄电池电量用完,而太阳能电池板无法供电,则电子广告牌就暂时无法使用;另一种就是通过改变电子广告牌的显示场景来达到减少电能使用的目的,例如授权公告号为CN205665974U的发明专利中所提出的“一种新型节能电子信息广告牌”,通过设置控制电路和多个传感器来自动检测人员经过,达到有人点亮屏幕播放广告,无人关闭屏幕节省电量的目的,但此方案的可行性较小,广告投放处一般均为人流量较大的商场、街道等,而商场等地营业时间段路过电子广告牌的人流量基本不会间断,因此在人流活动频繁的时间段也就无法做到节省电能的效果了。
综上,现有一种节能电子信息广告牌存在以下缺点:
1、通过太阳能电池板供电,不能够保证在长期阴雨天时能够持续保持电子广告牌的显示;
2、通过传感器检测来判断是否有人接近来点亮屏幕,在人流量较大的街道处于长期点亮,且传感器越多耗电越多,节能效果不明显,且人流量小的区域失去了打广告的意义;
3、以上所述节能电子信息广告牌均设置在室外,便于吸引行人视线,但室外就存在日光照射导致电子广告牌高温情况,影响电池的充放电的效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术存在的缺点,而提出的一种节能电子信息广告牌。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种节能电子信息广告牌,包括箱体,所述箱体分为能源控制腔和发电腔上下两层,所述能源控制腔的内壁上固定安装有电路控制板和蓄电池,所述发电腔的内底壁上固定安装有风力发电机构,所述风力发电机构上安装有风冷散热机构,所述箱体的外侧壁上安装有清洗机构和聚风管,所述聚风管内等距安装有多个导流加速叶,且聚风管穿过发电腔与风力发电机构连通,所述聚风管远离发电腔的一端固定安装有法兰连接片。
优选地,所述风力发电机构包括固定安装在发电腔内底壁上的动能箱,所述动能箱内转动安装有涡轮叶,所述动能箱的上端固定安装有发电机,且发电机的转子轴与涡轮叶的转轴固定连接,且聚风管连通插设在动能箱的侧壁上,用于聚集的气流导入动能箱内使得涡轮叶转动,从而使得发电子的转子转动切割定子磁场发电。
优选地,所述风冷散热机构包括插设在动能箱上的导风管,所述导风管上固定导通插设有多个上出风管和多个下出风管,所述发电腔的上顶壁上开设有多个导风孔,且每个导风孔均连通发电腔与能源控制腔,且多个上出风管分别插设在多个导风孔内,聚风管内聚集的气流在动能箱内带动涡轮叶和发电机发电后流进导风管,然后经上出风管出现能源控制腔和经下出风管吹向发电机,降低能源控制腔内的电路控制板和蓄电池的温度和降低发电机运行的温度,增加发电效率和蓄电池的充放电效率。

本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、风冷散热机构在气流经过风力发电机构发电后再次利用吹向发电机和能源控制腔内,使得发电机、蓄电池和电路控制板的温度降低,增加蓄电池的充放电效率,避免发电机因高温导致转换效率降低。
2、清洗机构利用商场空调外机排出的无用水经过水泵和喷洒管喷洒在显示屏的表面,既能够清洁显示屏的表面,使其观看效果更加,也能够使得显示屏表面温度降低,减少电能损耗。
3、导流加速叶能够使得聚风管内收集的风沿着导流加速叶之间的间隙流动,增加风速,使得动能箱内的涡轮叶旋转速度更快,增加风力发电的速度,即增加给蓄电池充电的速度。
4、风力供能在商场、超市等地营业时,电子广告牌能够及时的利用空调外机风扇提供的风能为蓄电池提供电量,由于商场空调和风管机等空气设备在营业时属于持续开启状态,因此风力功能不受天气影响,既增加了节能性能,也不影响其广告播放性能。
5、光线传感器设置在电子显示屏上,能够更好的检测显示屏区域的外界环境光线,通过检测的外界环境光线使电路控制板控制电子显示屏的亮度,当外界环境光线较亮时,电子显示屏增亮,当外界环境光线较暗时,电子显示屏降低亮度,减少电能损耗。
综上所述,本发明通过风力发电机构给蓄电池提供电能,充分利用了商场空调外机排出的风能,通过风冷散热机构进一步利用风能对发电机、蓄电池和电路控制板进行散热,通过清洗机构清洁显示屏表面的灰尘且使得显示屏温度降低,减少电能损耗,光线传感器的感光调节进一步降低显示屏的电能损耗。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
参照图1-2,一种节能电子信息广告牌,包括箱体1,箱体1分为能源控制腔和发电腔上下两层,能源控制腔的内壁上固定安装有电路控制板5和蓄电池2,发电腔的内底壁上固定安装有风力发电机构,风力发电机构上安装有风冷散热机构,箱体1的外侧壁上安装有清洗机构和聚风管19,聚风管19内等距安装有多个导流加速叶23,且聚风管19穿过发电腔与风力发电机构连通,聚风管19远离发电腔的一端固定安装有法兰连接片20。
风力发电机构包括固定安装在发电腔内底壁上的动能箱13,动能箱13内转动安装有涡轮叶17,动能箱13的上端固定安装有发电机16,且发电机16的转子轴与涡轮叶的转轴固定连接,且聚风管19连通插设在动能箱13的侧壁上,用于聚集的气流导入动能箱13内使得涡轮叶17转动,涡轮叶17转动使得发电机16的转子转动,发电机16的转子转动切割发电机16的定子磁场产生电流,电流通过导线输出到蓄电池2进行存储。
风冷散热机构包括插设在动能箱13上的导风管12,导风管12上固定导通插设有多个上出风管14和多个下出风管15,发电腔的上顶壁上开设有多个导风孔,且每个导风孔均连通发电腔与能源控制腔,且多个上出风管14分别插设在多个导风孔内,聚风管19内聚集的气流在动能箱13内带动涡轮叶17和发电机16发电后流进导风管12,然后经上出风管14出现能源控制腔和经下出风管15吹向发电机16,上出风管14吹出的低温空气充满整个能源控制腔,然后从第一通风孔8吹出并吹在显示屏7上,下出风管15吹向发电机16的低温空气从第二出风口11流出发电腔,即能够降低能源控制腔内的电路控制板5和蓄电池2的温度和降低发电机16运行的温度,增加发电效率和蓄电池2的充放电效率。
清洗机构包括安装在箱体1外侧壁上的储水箱18,储水箱18上插设有水管接头21,且水管接头21的下端位于储水箱18的内部上层,储水箱18内插设有抽水管,且抽水管的下端位于储水箱18的内部下层,抽水管上安装有水泵3,水泵3的输出端安装有排水管4,且排水管4插设在箱体1的上顶壁内,排水管4上安装有横向管,横向管上固定插设有多个喷洒管6,且每个喷洒管6的下端均位于箱体1的外侧,能源控制腔的外侧壁上安装有显示屏7,显示屏7的外侧表面上安装有光线传感器10,能源控制腔的外侧壁上开设有多个第一通风孔8,发电腔的外侧壁上开设有多个第二通风孔11,每个喷洒管6的下端管口均朝向显示屏7,水管接头21用于连接空调外机等设备的出水管,用于向储水箱18内储存水,储存的水经过水泵3和抽水管抽至排水管4,并从多个喷洒管6喷出,清洗显示屏7的表面灰尘,且能够使得显示屏7的温度降低,显示屏7温度降低,则显示屏7的发热减少,则显示屏的热损耗降低,即相同亮度下,显示屏7温度低更能够减少电能损耗。
能源控制腔的内侧壁上开设有朝向显示屏7的第一穿线孔9,能源控制腔的内底壁上开设有连通发电腔的第二穿线孔22,蓄电池2和控制电路板5通过第一穿线孔9与显示屏7电性连接,蓄电池2和控制电路板5通过第一穿线孔9与光线传感器10电性连接,发电机16通过第二穿线孔22与蓄电池2电性连接,水泵3穿过箱体1侧壁与蓄电池2电性连接。
本发明在使用时,可将法兰连接片20固定在空调外机的排风口或其它换气设备的排风口处,使得聚风管19完全罩住排风口,然后固定好箱体1,在使用过程中,空调外机吹出的风经过聚风管19,在聚风管19内,风在导流加速叶23的引导下,使得风速加快进入动能箱13内,在动能箱13内形成气流带动涡轮叶17旋转,涡轮叶17的快速转动带动发电机16的转子轴转动,使得发电机16能够形成电流给蓄电池2充电;
风能在通过风力发电机构充电后从导风管12的上出风管14和下出风管15吹出,使得能源控制腔内的蓄电池2和电路控制板5以及发电腔内的发电机16的运行温度下降,增加运行效率;
空调外机工作时排出的水通过水管接头21进入储水箱18,储水箱18内储存的水通过抽水管和水泵3抽取到排水管4,排水管4排向横向管再从多个喷洒管6喷出,清洗显示屏7的表面并使得显示屏7的温度下降,显示屏7温度降低,则显示屏7的发热减少,则显示屏的热损耗降低,即相同亮度下,显示屏7温度低更能够减少电能损耗。

Claims (4)
1.一种节能电子信息广告牌,包括箱体(1),其特征在于,所述箱体(1)分为能源控制腔和发电腔上下两层,所述能源控制腔的内壁上固定安装有电路控制板(5)和蓄电池(2),所述发电腔的内底壁上固定安装有风力发电机构,所述风力发电机构上安装有风冷散热机构,所述箱体(1)的外侧壁上安装有清洗机构和聚风管(19),且聚风管(19)穿过发电腔与风力发电机构连通,所述聚风管(19)远离发电腔的一端固定安装有法兰连接片(20)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能电子信息广告牌,其特征在于,所述风力发电机构包括固定安装在发电腔内底壁上的动能箱(13),所述动能箱(13)内转动安装有涡轮叶(17),所述动能箱(13)的上端固定安装有发电机(16),且发电机(16)的转子轴与涡轮叶的转轴固定连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种节能电子信息广告牌,其特征在于,所述风冷散热机构包括插设在动能箱(13)上的导风管(12),所述导风管(12)上固定导通插设有多个上出风管(14)和多个下出风管(15)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能电子信息广告牌,其特征在于,所述清洗机构包括安装在箱体(1)外侧壁上的储水箱(18),所述储水箱(18)上插设有水管接头(21)和抽水管,所述抽水管上安装有水泵(3),所述水泵(3)的输出端安装有排水管(4),且排水管(4)插设在箱体(1)的上顶壁内,所述排水管(4)上安装有横向管,所述横向管上固定插设有多个喷洒管(6),且每个喷洒管(6)的下端均位于箱体(1)的外侧。
