技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种像素电路、一种显示面板、一种显示设备。
背景技术
AMOLED(Active-matrix organic light-emitting diode,主动矩阵有机发光二极管)因高对比度,可视角度广以及响应速度快有望取缔液晶成为下一代显示器主流选择。一般在OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机发光二极管)产品的像素电路设计中,考虑到工艺的限制,像素电路全部利用N型TFT(Thin Film Transistor,薄膜晶体管)设计,如54.5inch AMOLED面板设计中,其采用如图1所示的3T1C电路,其中,T1-T3为第一至第三晶体管,Vdata为数据线,VDD为直流电源,Sense为感应线,EL为发光单元,G1为第一驱动信号,G2为第二驱动信号,Cst为电容。但是OLED产品本身是需要电致发光器件进行发光,所需发光电流需要由驱动TFT(T3)提供。由于驱动TFT存在差异,需要通过外部补偿和关机补偿就行纠正,因此AMOLED显示像素设计需要考虑到补偿时序。
然而,相关技术中,如图1所示,需要设置专门的感应线Sense对S点的电压进行感测,以对驱动TFT进行电压补偿,从而会导致像素电路的电路板布线过多,不利于高PPI(Pixels Per Inch,每英寸所拥有的像素数目)显示。并且,驱动信号G1和G2均需要在扫描(Scan)期间逐行扫描,这样导致像素电路所占面积过大(需要双倍驱动信号),不利于实现产品的窄边框设计,且成本较高。
发明内容
本发明是发明人基于对以下问题的认知和研究做出的:
相关技术中,像素电路一般采用的3T1C电路,如图1所示,由于驱动TFT存在差异,需要通过外部补偿和关机补偿就行纠正,AMOLED显示像素设计需要考虑到补偿时序。其中,通过感应线Sense对S点的电压进行感测,以对驱动TFT进行电压补偿。图2为图1所示的像素电路的补偿时序图,图3为图1所示的像素电路的关机补偿时序图。
由图2和图3可知,G1、G2均需要在扫描(Scan)期间逐行扫描,这样导致像素电路所占面积过大(需要双倍驱动信号),不利于实现产品的窄边框设计,且成本较高。并且,感应线也会导致像素电路的电路板布线过多,不利于高PPI显示
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。
为此,本发明的第一个目的在于提出一种像素电路,该像素电路无需专门设置感应线,利用数据线即可完成电压补偿,适用于高PPI显示,且第四晶体管只需在感应期间只需所在行被选中时打开一次进行电压补偿即可,不需要对第四晶体管的驱动信号进行逐行移位设计,极大的缩减了像素电路的所占的布局空间,从而既可以实现产品窄边框化,又可以缩减成本。
本发明的第二个目的在于提出一种显示面板。
本发明的第三个目的在于提出一种显示设备。
为达上述目的,本发明第一方面实施例提出了一种像素电路,包括:第一晶体管,所述第一晶体管的第一极与数据线连接,所述第一晶体管的控制极用于输入第一驱动信号;发光单元,所述发光单元的阴极接地;第二晶体管,所述第二晶体管的第一极与所述发光单元的阳极连接,所述第二晶体管的第二极接地,所述第二晶体管的控制极用于输入所述第一驱动信号;第三晶体管,所述第三晶体管的第一极与直流电源连接,所述第三晶体管的第二极与所述发光单元的阳极连接,所述第三晶体管的控制极与所述第一晶体管的第二极连接;第四晶体管,所述第四晶体管的第一极与所述数据线连接,所述第四晶体管的第二极与所述发光单元的阳极连接,所述第四晶体管的控制极用于输入第二驱动信号;电容,所述电容的第一端与所述第三晶体管的控制极连接,所述电容的第二端与所述第三晶体管的第二极连接。
根据本发明实施例提出的像素电路,通过增加第四晶体管,同时利用第一驱动信号控制第一晶体管和第二晶体管,利用第二驱动信号控制第四晶体管,无需专门设置感应线,利用数据线即可完成电压补偿,适用于高PPI显示,且第四晶体管只需在感应期间所在行被选中时打开一次进行电压补偿即可,不需要对第四晶体管的驱动信号进行逐行移位设计,极大的缩减了像素电路的所占的布局空间,从而既可以实现产品窄边框化,又可以缩减成本。

需要说明的是,在本发明的实施中,第一晶体管T1、第二晶体管T2、第三晶体管T3和第四晶体管T4可以为薄膜晶体管(TFT),第一晶体管T1、第二晶体管T2、第三晶体管T3和第四晶体管T4可以为N型晶体管,第一电平1为高电平。发光单元EL可以为有机发光二极管(OLED),也可以为主动矩阵有机发光二极管(AMOLED)。
具体地,如图4所示,具有顶发射结构的发光单元需要引入辅助阴极,一般将辅助阴极做在阵列基板上,本申请直接用辅助阴极进行复位操作,从而使本申请的结构实现较为简单。本申请无需专门设置感应线,将开关K与ADC(Analog-to-Digital Converter,模数转换器)连接,即可完成S点电压的感测,进而可以根据电压对驱动TFT(T3)进行电压补偿,适用于高PPI显示,将开关K与Vdata连接,完成复位操作。并且,本申请将G2时序分离出来,利用G1控制T1和T2,利用G2控制T4,其时序图可参照图5所示。如图5所示,可以将驱动阶段分为扫描(Scan)期间和感应(Sense)期间,在感应期间,随机选中某一行进行Sense(图5方便理解按顺序Sense画出),G2驱动信号只需一个CLK即可,以控制T4打开,对节点S的电压进行感应,具体可以利用采样电阻、采样电容和模数转换器进行电压感应,以进行电压补偿,不需要对第四晶体管的驱动信号进行逐行移位设计,极大的缩减了像素电路的所占的布局空间,从而既可以实现产品窄边框化,又可以缩减成本。
根据本发明的一个实施例,如图5所示,在驱动阶段,第二驱动信号G2在所在行被选中时,在感应期间(Sense)内的第一设定时间段t1内为第一电平,以驱动第四晶体管T4导通。
进一步地,根据本发明的一个实施例,如图5所示,在驱动阶段,第一驱动信号G1在扫描(Scan)期间内的第二设定时间段t2内为第一电平1,以驱动第一晶体管T1和第二晶体管T2导通,第一驱动信号G1在所在行被选中时,在感应期间内的第三设定时间段t3和第四时间段t4内为第一电平1,第一设定时间段t1位于第三设定时间段t3和第四时间段t4之间。
具体地,如图5所示,驱动阶段分为扫描(Scan)期间和感应(Sense)期间。
在Scan期间,G2一直为低电平,G1打开t2时间以打开T1和T2,读补偿Data;
在Sense期间,随机选中某一行进行Sense,该过程分三阶段进行:
第一阶段(t3):该行G1为高电平,G2为低电平,以控制T1和T2打开,读补偿Data;
第二阶段(t1):G1为低电平,G2高电平,以控制T4打开,进行Sense;
第三阶段(t4):Sense完成后,G2为低电平,G1高电平,以控制T1和T2打开,重新写回Data。
更进一步地,在本发明的一个实施例中,图6为图4所示的像素电路的关机补偿时序图,如图6所示,在关机补偿阶段,第二驱动信号G2为第二电平0,以驱动第四晶体管T4截止。在关机补偿阶段,第一驱动信号G1在所在行被选中时为第一电平1,以驱动第一晶体管T1和第二晶体管T2导通。
具体地,如图6所示,在关机补偿阶段,G2一直为低电平,以保持T4一直关闭即可,号G1在所在行被选中时为第一电平1,以驱动第一晶体管T1和第二晶体管T2导通,读补偿Data。
可以理解的是,本发明提出的像素电路所需要驱动电路设计可以由传统n个G1驱动信号和n个G2驱动信号(n为≥2的自然数)缩减为n个G1驱动信号和1个G2驱动信号,如图7所示,极大的缩减了像素电路的所占的布局空间,从而既可以实现产品窄边框化,又可以缩减成本。
综上所述,根据本发明实施例提出的像素电路,通过增加第四晶体管,同时利用第一驱动信号控制第一晶体管和第二晶体管,利用第二驱动信号控制第四晶体管,无需专门设置感应线,利用数据线即可完成电压补偿,适用于高PPI显示,且第四晶体管只需在感应期间所在行被选中时打开一次进行电压补偿即可,不需要对第四晶体管的驱动信号进行逐行移位设计,极大的缩减了像素电路的所占的布局空间,从而既可以实现产品窄边框化,又可以缩减成本。
本发明的实施例还提出一种显示面板,包括上述的像素电路。
根据本发明实施例提出的显示面板,通过上述的像素电路,,无需专门设置感应线,利用数据线即可完成电压补偿,适用于高PPI显示,且可以极大的缩减像素电路的所占的布局空间,从而既可以实现产品窄边框化,又可以缩减成本。
本发明的实施例还提出一种显示设备,包括上述的显示面板。
根据本发明实施例提出的显示设备通过上述的显示面板,无需专门设置感应线,利用数据线即可完成电压补偿,适用于高PPI显示,且可以极大的缩减像素电路的所占的布局空间,从而既可以实现产品窄边框化,又可以缩减成本。

本技术领域的普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法携带的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成,所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存储介质中,该程序在执行时,包括方法实施例的步骤之一或其组合。
此外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理模块中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个模块中。上述集成的模块既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。所述集成的模块如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。
上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。尽管上面已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,可以理解的是,上述实施例是示例性的,不能理解为对本发明的限制,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的范围内可以对上述实施例进行变化、修改、替换和变型。

Claims (8)

1.一种像素电路,其特征在于,包括:
第一晶体管,所述第一晶体管的第一极与数据线连接,所述第一晶体管的控制极用于输入第一驱动信号;
发光单元,所述发光单元的阴极接地;
第二晶体管,所述第二晶体管的第一极与所述发光单元的阳极连接,所述第二晶体管的第二极接地,所述第二晶体管的控制极用于输入所述第一驱动信号;
第三晶体管,所述第三晶体管的第一极与直流电源连接,所述第三晶体管的第二极与所述发光单元的阳极连接,所述第三晶体管的控制极与所述第一晶体管的第二极连接;
第四晶体管,所述第四晶体管的第一极与所述数据线连接,所述第四晶体管的第二极与所述发光单元的阳极连接,所述第四晶体管的控制极用于输入第二驱动信号;
电容,所述电容的第一端与所述第三晶体管的控制极连接,所述电容的第二端与所述第三晶体管的第二极连接;在驱动阶段,所述第二驱动信号在所在行被选中时,在感应期间内的第一设定时间段内为第一电平,以驱动所述第四晶体管导通;
在所述驱动阶段,所述第一驱动信号在扫描期间内的第二设定时间段内为所述第一电平,以驱动所述第一晶体管和所述第二晶体管导通,所述第一驱动信号在所在行被选中时,在所述感应期间内的第三设定时间段和第四时间段内为所述第一电平,所述第一设定时间段位于所述第三设定时间段和所述第四时间段之间;
所述像素电路的驱动电路用以提供n个第一驱动信号和1个第二驱动信号,所述n个第一驱动信号与n行所述像素电路一一对应,其中,n为大于或等于2的自然数。
2.根据权利要求1所述的像素电路,其特征在于,在关机补偿阶段,所述第二驱动信号为第二电平,以驱动所述第四晶体管截止。
3.根据权利要求2所述的像素电路,其特征在于,在所述关机补偿阶段,所述第一驱动信号在所在行被选中时为第一电平,以驱动所述第一晶体管和所述第二晶体管导通。
4.根据权利要求1所述的像素电路,其特征在于,所述发光单元为有机发光二极管或主动矩阵有机发光二极管。
5.根据权利要求1所述的像素电路,其特征在于,所述第一晶体管、所述第二晶体管、所述第三晶体管和所述第四晶体管为薄膜晶体管。
6.根据权利要求1或3所述的像素电路,其特征在于,所述第一晶体管、所述第二晶体管、所述第三晶体管和所述第四晶体管为N型晶体管,所述第一电平为高电平。
7.一种显示面板,其特征在于,包括:如权利要求1-6任一项所述的像素电路。
8.一种显示设备,其特征在于,包括:壳体和如权利要求7所述的显示面板。
