本发明涉及干燥技术领域,特别涉及一种蒸汽转筒干燥设备。
背景技术
浆料干燥过程是能耗高的,其热源采用蒸汽较为合理,由于现在对于干燥设备的环保要求高,因此采用燃气蒸汽锅炉与传统的燃煤锅炉相比较,无粉尘排放,因此采用清洁能源的蒸汽作为干燥热源对浆料干燥,能够有效减少对环境的粉尘污染,由于蒸汽用量易于控制,因此干燥过程通过优化干燥工艺,可以有效节能。
发明内容
本发明提出一种蒸汽转筒干燥设备,它主要包括燃气蒸汽锅炉、转筒和浆料槽。
本发明具体内容:
一种蒸汽转筒干燥设备,其特征在于:它是清洁能源型的干燥设备,自左而右按序号所示依次是:
虹吸管1、转筒2、支架3、进气管4、燃气蒸汽锅炉5、浆料槽6、刮刀7;
燃气蒸汽锅炉通过进气管4与转筒2连接,虹吸管1的一端置于转筒2内部,浆料槽6和转筒2连接在支架3上,刮刀7位于转筒2的外侧。
本发明的特点和优点:
采用蒸汽为热源与转筒干燥技术相结合能有效发挥二者的技术优势;其优点在于通用性高,适用于多种浆料干燥,干燥参数易于控制,干燥效果好。

具体实施方式
当转筒2缓慢转动时,燃气蒸汽锅炉5产生的蒸汽通过进气管4进入中空的转筒2,转筒2被加热后通过筒壁与浆料进行间接换热,转筒2在转动过程中与浆料槽6内的浆料接触使得浆料均匀分布在转筒2上,浆料的水分因汽化而被干燥,当转筒转动一周时,刮刀将干料刮下完成干燥过程,由于蒸汽因冷凝效应产生的冷凝水通过虹吸管1排出转筒2的内腔。
