Abstract

本发明涉及一种强抗静电无纺布的生产装置,无纺布本体从放卷机构放卷后依次经过压花装置、辊涂装置、热风吹喷装置、冷却装置和收卷装置。本发明的抗静电剂层辊涂均匀,节省抗静电剂的用量,抗静电效果良好,同时成品无纺布阻隔性能好,柔软度好,无纺布表面平整,成品质量良好。

一种强抗静电无纺布的生产装置及生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布生产技术领域,具体涉及一种强抗静电无纺布的生产装置及生产方法。
背景技术
无纺布又被称为不织布,是一种由定向的或者随机的纤维所构成的新一代环保材料。在实验室、医院等特殊领域,需要用到一种能够抗静电的无纺布。本公司已申请的专利号为CN200820216679.8的抗静电复合无纺布将无纺布浸渍或喷淋抗静电剂,虽然能达到抗静电目的,但是浸渍法会使无纺布的柔软度下降,同时饱和浸渍后无纺布需要经过很长一段烘干处理,对生产车间场地要求较大,且原料、能源消耗较大,不符合行业节能减排的趋势;而喷淋法废料,且会造成抗静电剂喷淋不均匀,不适合大批量生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供了一种强抗静电无纺布的生产装置及生产方法,抗静电剂层辊涂均匀,节省抗静电剂的用量,抗静电效果良好,同时成品无纺布阻隔性能好,柔软度好,无纺布表面平整,成品质量良好。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种强抗静电无纺布的生产装置,无纺布本体从放卷机构放卷后依次经过压花装置、辊涂装置、热风吹喷装置、冷却装置和收卷装置;
所述压花装置包括上压花辊和下压花辊,所述上压花辊圆周设有凸块,所述下压花辊为光辊,所述上压花辊与下压花辊相匹配;
所述辊涂装置包括涂料容纳槽、涂料转移辊和压辊,所述压辊与涂料转移辊相匹配,涂料转移辊不断转动且下部没入涂料容纳槽的液面以下,涂料转移辊将液体抗静电剂从涂料容纳槽带出转移至无纺布本体压花后的光面;
所述热风吹喷装置包括循环输送网,无纺布本体铺设在循环输送网上,热风喷嘴均匀设置在热风吹喷装置的顶部,抚平辊间隔设置在无纺布本体的上方并将无纺布本体表面抚平。
优选的,所述上压花辊和下压花辊内设有加热管,所述加热管呈螺旋状盘设在上压花辊和下压花辊各自的环形加热腔内。
优选的,所述冷却装置与热风吹喷装置共用一个循环输送网,在冷却装置内抚平辊继续将无纺布本体表面抚平。
优选的,所述收卷机构入口设有防静电毛刷,所述防静电毛刷对称设置,分别对无纺布本体的两面进行收卷前的除尘清理,所述防静电毛刷设置在收卷机构的导向辊之前。
一种强抗静电无纺布的生产方法,采用上述的装置,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、无纺布本体在下压花辊和上压花辊之间的压花工位进行单面压花;
步骤二、压花后的无纺布本体一面为压花面,一面为光面,对光面进行辊涂抗静电剂;
步骤三、辊涂后的无纺布本体依次经过热风吹喷装置和冷却装置进行蓬松抚平处理,保证无纺布平整;
步骤四、最后进行无纺布的收卷。
优选的,所述无纺布本体在压花前,胚布从放卷机构放卷后先经过下压花辊的0.5-0.75个圆周进行预热。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的抗静电剂层辊涂均匀,节省抗静电剂的用量,抗静电效果良好,同时成品无纺布阻隔性能好,柔软度好,无纺布表面平整,成品质量良好。

具体实施方式
参见图1-2,一种强抗静电无纺布,包括无纺布本体1,所述无纺布本体1单面压花,压花的一面设有凹槽2,未压花的光面辊涂有抗静电剂层3,所述无纺布本体1的胚布由四层无纺布复合而成,所述四层无纺布从上至下依次为第一纺粘无纺布层1.1、第一熔喷无纺布层1.2、第二熔喷无纺布层1.3和第二纺粘无纺布层1.4。压花是为了提高无纺布本体1的强度,单面压花更是降低了无纺布本体1的厚度,同时在无纺布本体1压花后的光面辊涂抗静电剂,使抗静电剂分布均匀,抗静电效果好。压花会使无纺布柔软度降低,因此将第一纺粘无纺布层1.1和第二纺粘无纺布层1.4的纤度控制在1旦以下,改善提高无纺布本体的柔软性,使压花后的无纺布仍具有高的柔软度且遮蔽性好。
参见图3-6,一种强抗静电无纺布的生产装置,无纺布本体1从放卷机构4放卷后依次经过压花装置5、辊涂装置6、热风吹喷装置7、冷却装置8和收卷装置9,所述压花装置5包括上压花辊5.1和下压花辊5.2,所述上压花辊5.1圆周设有凸块5.1.1,所述下压花辊5.2为光辊,所述上压花辊5.1与下压花辊5.2相匹配。
所述上压花辊5.1和下压花辊5.2内设有加热管5.3,所述加热管5.3呈螺旋状盘设在上压花辊5.1和下压花辊5.2各自的环形加热腔内。胚布从放卷机构4放卷后先经过下压花辊5.2的0.5-0.75个圆周进行预热,然后到达压花工位进行压花。省去了压花工艺前单独设置的预热装置,节省了设备成本,同时减少了热量流失,通过盘设的呈螺旋状的加热管5.3来增加加热管5.3的螺旋长度,提高加热效果。每个环形加热腔内设有多个加热管5.3,多个加热管5.3沿轴向交错分布且存在间隙,间隙均匀,热量传递效率,耗时短。多个加热管5.3的功率不同,调节加热速度。所述加热管5.3的两端沿轴向伸出压花辊,通过导线与外部电源加热。
所述辊涂装置6包括涂料容纳槽6.1、涂料转移辊6.2和压辊6.3,所述压辊6.3与涂料转移辊6.2相匹配,所述涂料容纳槽6.1内设有液体抗静电剂,所述涂料转移辊6.2为陶瓷网纹辊,化学性质稳定,涂料转移辊6.2不断转动且下部没入涂料容纳槽6.1的液面以下,涂料转移辊6.2将液体抗静电剂从涂料容纳槽6.1带出转移至无纺布本体1压花后的光面。
所述热风吹喷装置7包括循环输送网7.1,无纺布本体1铺设在循环输送网7.1上,热风喷嘴7.2均匀设置在热风吹喷装置7的顶部,抚平辊7.3间隔设置在无纺布本体1的上方并将无纺布本体1表面抚平,抚平辊对无纺布本体进行一个相对运动的抚平,避免其再次发生褶皱。
所述抚平辊7.3包括芯轴7.3.1,所述芯轴7.3.1圆周设有若干抚平轴7.3.2,所述芯轴7.3.1轴向的中间和两端通过加强板7.3.3固定,位于中间的加强板7.3.3将抚平轴7.3.2均匀分成两段,抚平轴7.3.2的每一段外设有抗静电橡胶层7.3.4,所述抗静电橡胶层7.3.4为抗静电硅橡胶。为了提高热风的吹喷效果,减小抚平辊与无纺布本体的接触面积,抚平轴7.3.2均布设置在芯轴7.3.1的圆周面,数量为3-5个,在保证能抚平无纺布本体表面的前提下,提高热风与无纺布本体的接触面积,使经过压花、辊涂后的无纺布本体变得柔软、蓬松。
所述冷却装置8与热风吹喷装置7共用一个循环输送网7.1,在冷却装置8内抚平辊7.3继续将无纺布本体1表面抚平。
所述收卷机构9包括收料卷9.1,无纺布本体1绕过多个导向辊后收卷,导向辊对无纺布本体进行张紧和导向。收卷机构9入口设有防静电毛刷10,所述防静电毛刷9.2对称设置,分别对无纺布本体1的两面进行收卷前的除尘清理,所述防静电毛刷9.2设置在收卷机构9的导向辊之前。
一种强抗静电无纺布的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、无纺布本体的胚布从放卷机构4放卷后先经过下压花辊5.2的0.5-0.75个圆周进行预热,然后到达下压花辊5.2和上压花辊5.1之间的压花工位进行单面压花;
步骤二、压花后的无纺布本体一面为压花面,一面为光面,对光面进行辊涂抗静电剂;
步骤三、辊涂后的无纺布本体依次经过热风吹喷装置和冷却装置进行蓬松抚平处理,保证无纺布平整;
步骤四、最后进行无纺布的收卷。

1.一种强抗静电无纺布的生产装置,其特征在于:无纺布本体(1)从放卷机构(4)放卷后依次经过压花装置(5)、辊涂装置(6)、热风吹喷装置(7)、冷却装置(8)和收卷装置(9);
所述压花装置(5)包括上压花辊(5.1)和下压花辊(5.2),所述上压花辊(5.1)圆周设有凸块(5.1.1),所述下压花辊(5.2)为光辊,所述上压花辊(5.1)与下压花辊(5.2)相匹配;
所述辊涂装置(6)包括涂料容纳槽(6.1)、涂料转移辊(6.2)和压辊(6.3),所述压辊(6.3)与涂料转移辊(6.2)相匹配,涂料转移辊(6.2)不断转动且下部没入涂料容纳槽(6.1)的液面以下,涂料转移辊(6.2)将液体抗静电剂从涂料容纳槽(6.1)带出转移至无纺布本体(1)压花后的光面;
所述热风吹喷装置(7)包括循环输送网(7.1),无纺布本体(1)铺设在循环输送网(7.1)上,热风喷嘴(7.2)均匀设置在热风吹喷装置(7)的顶部,抚平辊(7.3)间隔设置在无纺布本体(1)的上方并将无纺布本体(1)表面抚平。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种强抗静电无纺布的生产装置,其特征在于:所述上压花辊(5.1)和下压花辊(5.2)内设有加热管(5.3),所述加热管(5.3)呈螺旋状盘设在上压花辊(5.1)和下压花辊(5.2)各自的环形加热腔内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种强抗静电无纺布的生产装置,其特征在于:所述冷却装置(8)与热风吹喷装置(7)共用一个循环输送网(7.1),在冷却装置(8)内抚平辊(7.3)继续将无纺布本体(1)表面抚平。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种强抗静电无纺布的生产装置,其特征在于:所述收卷机构(9)入口设有防静电毛刷(9.2),所述防静电毛刷(9.2)对称设置,分别对无纺布本体(1)的两面进行收卷前的除尘清理,所述防静电毛刷(9.2)设置在收卷机构(9)的导向辊之前。
5.一种强抗静电无纺布的生产方法,其特征在于:采用权利要求1-4之一所述的装置,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、无纺布本体在下压花辊和上压花辊之间的压花工位进行单面压花;
步骤二、压花后的无纺布本体一面为压花面,一面为光面,对光面进行辊涂抗静电剂;
步骤三、辊涂后的无纺布本体依次经过热风吹喷装置和冷却装置进行蓬松抚平处理,保证无纺布平整;
步骤四、最后进行无纺布的收卷。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种强抗静电无纺布的生产方法,其特征在于:所述无纺布本体在压花前,胚布从放卷机构放卷后先经过下压花辊的0.5-0.75个圆周进行预热。
