Abstract
本发明提供了一种隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材,属于防水材料技术领域。依次包括层叠设置的吊装层、缓冲层、第一粘接层、高分子片材层、第二粘接层、隔离层。本发明的高分子片材层以高密度聚乙烯、线型低密度聚乙烯和中密度聚乙烯为主要原料,使高分子片材层具有抗拉强度高、延伸率大、耐撕裂强度高等特点,进而使隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材能够具有一定的变形能力,不会被拉断。实施例的数据表明:本发明提供的隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材的拉力为724~865N/50mm,拉伸强度为16.8~17.8MPa,断裂伸长率为455~582%,剪切性能8.2~8.9N/mm,粘结强度为1.9~2.2N/cm2。

技术领域
本发明涉及防水材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材。
背景技术
随着我国交通事业的发展,我国公路工程越来越多,公路隧道修建过程中,其施工水平也得到了显著的提升。但是,目前普遍都存在着一定的渗漏水现象。今后的发展趋势,要想更好地保障公路隧道防水技术的效果,首先针对防水材料就一定要加大研究和试验,通过这种方式来保障施工材料的质量,研究出各种新型的防水材料和施工工法,为公路隧道防水技术提供基本的物质基础。
传统的高分子防水卷材(或称作片材)在隧道工程中采用机械固定法固定,防水层与结构是“雨衣式”防水,防水层一旦破坏,水到处窜流,不易找到渗漏点,维修十分困难,甚至可能导致防水层整体失败。这种窜水性渗漏很难准确找到渗漏点,治理也是相当困难的。传统的施工工法:防水层设置为:缓冲层+防水层,由于缓冲层(土工布)和防水层复合在一起时,土工布延伸率(一般为20~100%)限制了防水层的延伸率(500%)。所以一般采用分离式防水层分两步施工,即先用射钉将热熔衬垫和土工布固定在喷射混凝土上,热熔衬垫成梅花状分布,再用电热压焊器或超声波焊接机将防水板与热熔垫片意义对应热熔焊接牢固。弊端为:由于隧道是有弧度的,且在高处作业,铺设现场长时间手持电热压焊器劳动强度较大,且焊接过热,容易造成防水板烫伤,焊接不足防水板容易脱开。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材。本发明提供的隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材具有拉伸强度高、延伸率大,与后浇混凝土粘接强度好,不易脱落;同时,防水效果优异,施工简易便捷。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
本发明提供了一种隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材,依次包括层叠设置的吊装层、缓冲层、第一粘接层、高分子片材层、第二粘接层、隔离层;
所述高分子片材层由以下原料制备得到:高密度聚乙烯、线型低密度聚乙烯、中密度聚乙烯和树脂抗氧剂。
优选地,制备高分子片材层的原料包括以下重量份数的组分:35~40份高密度聚乙烯,30~35份中密度聚乙烯,25~30份线型低密度聚乙烯和2~5份树脂抗氧剂。
优选地,所述吊装层为扁平吊装带以平行状或梅花状分布,所述扁平吊装带固定在所述缓冲层上。
优选地,所述扁平吊装带的材质为绦纶、锦纶、杜邦丝或尼龙。
优选地,所述扁平吊装带的宽度为5~10mm,厚度为1~3mm,横纵向间隔为0.5~1.0m。
优选地,所述缓冲层为聚酯长丝烧毛土工布。
优选地,所述第一粘接层和第二粘接层的材质均为改性热熔压敏胶,所述改性热熔压敏胶包括以下质量份数的组分:SEBS 20~25份、SIS嵌段共聚物 15~20份、加氢石油树脂10~20份、氢化萜烯树脂15~25份、液体丁苯橡胶10~15份、聚异丁烯10~15份和抗氧剂2~5份。
优选地,所述隔离层的材质为活性二氧化硅颗粒。
优选地,所述第一粘接层和第二粘接层的厚度独立地为0.25~0.5mm;所述缓冲层的厚度为1.0~1.5mm;所述高分子片材层的厚度为1.0~1.5mm;所述隔离层的厚度为0.2~0.5mm。
优选地,所述高分子片材层一侧的一端留20cm的焊接搭接边不涂覆第一粘接层;另一侧的另一端留20cm的焊接搭接边,不涂覆第二粘接层。
本发明提供了一种隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材,依次包括层叠设置的吊装层、缓冲层、第一粘接层、高分子片材层、第二粘接层、隔离层;所述高分子片材层由以下原料制备得到:高密度聚乙烯、线型低密度聚乙烯、中密度聚乙烯和树脂抗氧剂。
本发明隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材中的高分子片材层以高密度聚乙烯、线型低密度聚乙烯和中密度聚乙烯为主要原料,使高分子片材层具有抗拉强度高、延伸率大、耐撕裂强度高的特点,进而使隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材能够具有一定的变形能力,不会被拉断、脱落,即所得隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材能够抵抗由于动静荷载的反复递增和二衬混凝土浇筑振捣所产生的拉应力。同时,本发明提供的隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材防水效果优异,施工简易便捷;适用于矿山法、新奥法暗挖隧道初衬和二次衬砌结构防水以及涵洞等项目的防水、防渗工程。实施例的数据表明:本发明提供的隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材的拉力为724~865N/50mm,拉伸强度为16.8~17.8MPa,断裂伸长率为455~582%,剪切性能8.2~8.9N/mm,粘结强度为1.9~2.2N/cm2。

本发明提供了一种隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材,依次包括层叠设置的吊装层、缓冲层、第一粘接层、高分子片材层、第二粘接层、隔离层;
所述高分子片材层由以下原料制备得到:高密度聚乙烯、线型低密度聚乙烯、中密度聚乙烯和树脂抗氧剂。
本发明提供的隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材包括吊装层;所述吊装层优选为扁平吊装带以平行状或梅花状分布,所述扁平吊装带固定在缓冲层表面形成吊装层;所述扁平吊装带优选通过穿线针的方式固定在所述缓冲层上。图1为扁平吊装带以平行状分布在缓冲层上的结构俯视图,其中:1为扁平状吊装带,2为缓冲层。在本发明中,所述扁平吊装带的材质优选为绦纶、锦纶、杜邦丝或尼龙。在本发明中,所述扁平吊装带的宽度优选为5~10mm;厚度优选为1~3mm;横纵向间隔优选为0.5~1.0m;所述扁平吊装带的长度优选与所述隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材的幅宽相匹配;在本发明的具体实施例中,所述隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材的幅宽优选为2.0m。在本发明中,所述吊装层具有强度高、耐磨损、抗氧化、抗紫外线的优点。
本发明提供的隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材包括设置在所述吊装层上的缓冲层,所述缓冲层的厚度优选为1.0~1.5mm,进一步优选为1.1~1.4mm,更优选为1.2~1.3mm。在本发明中,所述缓冲层优选为聚酯长丝烧毛土工布;所述聚酯长丝烧毛土工布的烧毛表面优选与所述第一粘接层接触。本发明对所述聚酯长丝烧毛土工布的来源不做具体限定,采用本领域技术人员熟知的市售产品即可。在本发明中,将所述聚酯长丝烧毛土工布的烧毛表面与第一粘接层接触增加了缓冲层与粘接层的粘接剥离强度和粘接面积,以保证隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材在隧道内悬挂时,承受自身重力和隧道内爆破冲击力,不易脱落。
本发明提供的隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材包括设置在所述缓冲层上的第一粘接层;所述第一粘接层的厚度优选为0.25~0.5mm,进一步优选为0.3~0.4mm。在本发明中,所述第一粘接层的材质优选为改性热熔压敏胶,所述改性热熔压敏胶优选包括以下质量份数的组分:SEBS 20~25份、SIS嵌段共聚物15~20份、加氢石油树脂10~20份、氢化萜烯树脂15~25份、液体丁苯橡胶10~15份、聚异丁烯10~15份和抗氧剂2~5份;进一步优选为:SEBS 21~24份、SIS嵌段共聚物16~19份、加氢石油树脂12~18份、氢化萜烯树脂17~23份、液体丁苯橡胶11~14份、聚异丁烯11~14份和抗氧剂2.5~4.5份;更优选为:SEBS 22~23份、SIS嵌段共聚物17~18份、加氢石油树脂14~16份、氢化萜烯树脂19~21份、液体丁苯橡胶12~13份、聚异丁烯12~13份和抗氧剂3~4份。
在本发明中,所述SEBS是以聚苯乙烯为末端段,以聚丁二烯加氢得到的乙烯-丁烯共聚物为中间弹性嵌段的线性三嵌共聚物;几乎不含不饱和键。在本发明中,所述SEBS中苯乙烯的质量百分含量优选≥30%,加氢度优选≥97。本发明对所述SEBS的来源不做具体限定,采用本领域技术人员熟知的市售产品即可,具体地如,巴陵石化的SEBS YH-502。在本发明中,所述SEBS主链的高饱和性,使其具有良好的橡胶弹性和柔韧性,尤其是优异的耐候性,对臭氧、紫外线有良好的耐受性。
在本发明中,所述SIS嵌段共聚物为由聚苯乙烯-聚异戊二烯-聚苯乙烯组成的三嵌段共聚物;所述SIS嵌段共聚物的嵌段比(S/B)优选为15/85或16/84;本发明对所述SIS嵌段共聚物的来源不做具体限定,采用本领域技术人员熟知的市售产品即可,具体地如SIS1105或SIS1106。
在本发明中,所述加氢石油树脂的软化点优选为95~110℃;本发明对所述加氢石油树脂的来源不做具体限定,采用本领域技术人员熟知的市售产品即可,具体地如C5加氢石油树脂。
在本发明中,所述氢化萜烯树脂软化点优选为147~157℃;本发明对所述氢化萜烯树脂的来源不做具体限定,采用本领域技术人员熟知的市售产品即可,具体地如日本安原化学的Clearon P150。
在本发明中,所述液体丁苯橡胶(液体SBR)的固含量优选为≥65%;本发明对所述液体SBR的来源不做具体限定,采用本领域技术人员熟知的市售产品即可,具体地如EB550SBR。
在本发明中,所述聚异丁烯的粘度优选为645±50cst(100℃时的运动粘度);本发明对所述聚异丁烯的来源不做具体限定,采用本领域人员熟知的市售产品即可,具体地如韩国大林PB1300。
在本发明中,所述抗氧剂优选为石油树脂专用抗氧剂ST-512和酚类抗氧剂1010的混合物,所述混合物中石油树脂专用抗氧剂ST-512和酚类抗氧剂1010的质量比优选为3:1。在本发明中,所述石油树脂专用抗氧剂ST-512对石油树脂具有优良的热稳定性和色泽保护性,它与高相对分子量的酚类抗氧剂1010复配效果良好。
本发明对所述第一粘接层的材质改性热熔压敏胶的制备方法不做具体限定,在本发明的具体实施例中,所述改性热熔压敏胶的制备方法优选包括以下步骤:
将聚异丁烯输送至反应釜,然后加入SEBS和SIS嵌段共聚物,升温180~185℃;加入氢化萜烯树脂和加氢石油树脂,开启搅拌1.5h(搅拌转速120~130r/min);然后加入液体SBR,保持温度180~185℃搅拌2h;溶解均匀后,最后加入抗氧剂,降温至150℃继续搅拌0.5h(搅拌转速为120r/min);得到所述改性热熔压敏胶。
本发明提供的隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材包括设置在所述第一粘接层上的高分子片材层,所述高分子片材层的厚度优选为1.0~1.5mm,进一步优选为1.1~1.4mm,更优选为1.2~1.3mm。在本发明中,所述高分子片材层由以下原料制备得到:高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)、线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、中密度聚乙烯(MDPE)和树脂抗氧剂。在本发明中,制备所述高分子片材层的原料优选包括以下重量份数的组分:35~40份高密度聚乙烯,30~35份中密度聚乙烯,25~30份线型低密度聚乙烯和1~3份树脂抗氧剂;进一步优选为:36~39份高密度聚乙烯,31~34份中密度聚乙烯,26~29份线型低密度聚乙烯和1.5~2.5份树脂抗氧剂;更优选为:37~38份高密度聚乙烯,32~33份中密度聚乙烯,27~28份线型低密度聚乙烯和2.0份树脂抗氧剂。本发明对所述高密度聚乙烯、中密度聚乙烯、线型低密度聚乙烯和树脂抗氧剂的来源不做具体限定,采用本领域技术人员熟知的市售产品即可,具体地如:HDPE优选为中国 台湾化纤8010、MDPE优选为3518CB、LLDPE优选为沙特118WJ,树脂抗氧剂优选为抗氧剂168。
本发明对所述高分子片材层的制备方法不做具体限定,采用本领域技术人员熟知的复合材料制备方法即可,在本发明的具体实施例中,所述高分子片材层的制备方法优选为:将原料经混合、热熔塑化、挤出、压延和冷却定型而成。
在本发明中,所述高分子片材层一侧的一端留20cm的焊接搭接边不涂覆第一粘接层;另一侧的另一端留20cm的焊接搭接边不涂覆第二粘接层,以使隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材方便焊接。
本发明提供的隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材包括设置在所述高分子片材层上的第二粘接层;在本发明中,所述第二粘接层的厚度、材质、材质的制备方法均与所述第一粘接层的一致,在此不再赘述。
本发明提供的隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材包括设置在所述第二粘接层上的隔离层,所述隔离层的厚度优选为0.2~0.5mm,进一步优选为0.25~0.45mm,更优选为0.3~0.4mm。在本发明中,所述隔离层的材质优选为活性二氧化硅颗粒;所述活性二氧化硅颗粒的粒径优选为60~80目;本发明对所述活性二氧化硅颗粒的来源不做具体限定,采用本领域技术人员熟知的市售产品即可。在本发明中,所述活性二氧化硅颗粒具有潜在水化反应活性,在碱性激发剂的作用下将会与后续水泥基材料中的氢氧化钙发生水化反应,产生的水化硅酸钙使界面层的强度进一步提高;同时,避免后期工序的交叉作业对隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材造成伤害。

本发明提供的隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材基于“肌肤式”防水的设计理念,将隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材的结构分为应力应变区、缓冲区、粘接区、防护区四大功能区。
1、高分子片材层-应力应变区
高分子片材层作为应力应变区,具有抗拉强度高、延伸率大和耐撕裂强度高得特点,进而使隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材能够具有一定的变形能力,不会被拉断、脱落。即,所得隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材能够抵抗由于动静荷载的反复递增和二衬混凝土浇筑振捣所产生的拉应力。
2、缓冲层-反渗透层
缓冲层具有缓冲和反渗透的作用。一方面:缓冲层能够阻止粘接层中的轻质组分迁移,保持粘接层的物理性能指标;另一方面:当初衬背后的水压会增大结构荷载,且在寒冷区,衬砌背后积水冻胀变形会挤压衬砌结构,造成衬砌开裂破坏时、混凝土结构内部出现裂缝(温度裂缝、应力裂缝、结构变形裂缝)时、高分子片材层松弛时,缓冲层均能够消除裂缝的反射损伤,确保防水层不被破坏。
3、第一粘接层、第二粘接层-粘接区
一方面,粘接层通过隔离层与高分子片材层通过机械嵌合力、分子间力和化学键力牢固粘接。另一方面,后续与水泥接触时,水泥水化过程中产生大量水化热使粘接层软化且具有一定的黏性;同时,水泥水化过程中混凝土毛细孔中的水一部分参与水化反应而形成孔内负压,从而将粘接层中的胶吸入毛细孔中,在混凝土硬化和冷却过程中固化于其中,形成“肌肤式”粘接界面,原理见图3;另外,粘接层具有自愈功能,能自行愈合较小的穿刺破损,在遭遇穿刺或硬物嵌入时,会自动与这些物体合为一体,保持良好的防水性能。
4、隔离层-防护区
隔离层作为防护区,隔离层中的活性二氧化硅颗粒具有粘接和保护功能。一方面:活性二氧化硅颗粒能够产生界面强化剂的作用,由于活性二氧化硅具有潜在水化反应活性,在碱性激发剂的作用下将会与后续水泥基材料中的氢氧化钙发生水化反应,产生的水化硅酸钙使界面层的强度进一步提高。另一方面:活性二氧化硅颗粒还能作为防粘层在焊渣、少量粉尘和沙粒覆盖的情况下,可以避免这些危害,实现与后浇结构混凝土的有效融合。
本发明对所述隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材的制备方法不做具体限定,采用本领域技术人员熟知的防水材料制备方法即可。在本发明的具体实施例中,所述隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材的制备方法优选包括以下步骤:
将高分子片材层经过导开、储存,然后在所述高分子片材层的一侧表面依次涂覆第一粘接层、缓冲层及吊装层,经第一次辊压成型;在所述高分子片材层的另一层依次涂覆第二粘接层和隔离层后,经第二次辊压成型冷却、收卷、包装,得到所述隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材。
下面结合实施例对本发明提供的隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材进行详细的说明,但是不能把它们理解为对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例1
改性热熔压敏胶的制备:将聚异丁烯PB1300 13份输送至反应釜,然后加入SEBSYH502 23份和SIS1105 15份,升温180~185℃,加入氢化萜烯树脂Clearon P150 17份和C5加氢石油树脂15份,开启搅拌1.5h,转速为120~130r/min;然后加入液体SBR 13份,保持温度180~185℃搅拌2h;溶解均匀后,最后加入3份ST-512和1份1010(抗氧剂),降温至150℃继续搅拌0.5h(搅拌转速120r/min),得到所述改性热熔压敏胶;
高分子片材层的制备:将HDPE 40份、MDPE 30份、LLDPE 28份和抗氧剂168 2份混合搅拌、加热塑化、挤出压延成厚度1.2mm的防水基材,然后冷却定型、牵引、收卷和包装,得到所述高分子片材层;
隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材的制备:高分子片材层经过导开、储存,然后在所述高分子片材层的一侧表面依次涂覆改性热熔压敏胶(厚度0.3mm)、覆聚酯长丝烧毛土工布(厚度为1.4mm)及吊装带(吊装带平行分布,横纵向间隔0.5m,厚度为2mm),经第一次辊压成型;在所述高分子片材层另一侧的表面依次涂覆改性热熔压敏胶(厚度为0.3mm)和撒活性二氧化硅颗粒(厚度为0.4mm),经第二次辊压成型冷却、冷却、收卷、包装,得到所述隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材。
实施例2
改性热熔压敏胶的制备:将聚异丁烯PB1300 14份输送至反应釜,然后加入SEBSYH502 22份和SIS1105 15份,升温180~185℃,加入氢化萜烯树脂Clearon P150 16份和C5加氢石油树脂15份,开启搅拌1.5h,转速为120~130r/min;然后加入液体SBR 13份,保持温度180~185℃搅拌2h;溶解均匀后,最后加入3份ST-512和1份1010(抗氧剂),降温至150℃继续搅拌0.5h(搅拌转速120r/min),得到所述改性热熔压敏胶;
高分子片材层的制备:将HDPE 38份、MDPE 30份、LLDPE 30份和抗氧剂168 2份混合搅拌、加热塑化、挤出压延成厚度为1.2mm的防水基材,然后冷却定型、牵引、收卷和包装,得到所述高分子片材层;
隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材的制备:高分子片材层经过导开、储存,然后在所述高分子片材层一侧的表面依次涂覆改性热熔压敏胶(厚度为0.3mm)、覆聚酯长丝烧毛土工布(厚度为1.4mm)及吊装带(吊装带平行分布,横向间隔1.0米,纵向间隔0.5m,厚度为2.0mm),经第一次辊压成型;在所述高分子片材层另一侧的表面依次涂覆改性热熔压敏胶(厚度为0.3mm)和撒活性二氧化硅颗粒(厚度为0.4mm),经第二次辊压成型冷却、冷却、收卷、包装,得到所述隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材。
实施例3
改性热熔压敏胶的制备:将聚异丁烯PB1300 15份输送至反应釜,然后加入SEBSYH502 22份和1106 15份,升温180~185℃,加入氢化萜烯树脂Clearon P150 17份和C5加氢石油树脂16份,开启搅拌1.5h,转速为120~130r/min;然后加入液体SBR 11份,保持温度180~185℃搅拌2h;溶解均匀后,最后加入3份ST-512和1份1010(抗氧剂),降温至150℃继续搅拌0.5h(搅拌转速120r/min),得到所述改性热熔压敏胶;
高分子片材层的制备:将HDPE 36份、MDPE 32份、LLDPE 30份和抗氧剂168 2份混合搅拌、加热塑化、挤出压延成厚度为1.2mm的防水基材,然后冷却定型、牵引、收卷和包装,得到所述高分子片材层;
隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材的制备:高分子片材层经过导开、储存,然后在所述高分子片材层一侧的表面依次涂覆改性热熔压敏胶(厚度为0.3mm)、覆聚酯长丝烧毛土工布(厚度为1.4mm)及吊装带(吊装带平行分布,横纵向间隔0.75m,厚度为2.0mm),经第一次辊压成型;在所述高分子片材层另一侧的表面依次涂覆改性热熔压敏胶(厚度为0.3mm)和撒活性二氧化硅颗粒(厚度为0.4mm),经第二次辊压成型冷却、冷却、收卷、包装,得到所述隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材。
实施例4
改性热熔压敏胶的制备:将聚异丁烯PB1300 15份输送至反应釜,然后加入SEBSYH502 21份和SIS1106 17份,升温180~185℃,加入氢化萜烯树脂Clearon P150 16份和C5加氢石油树脂15份,开启搅拌1.5h,转速为120~130r/min;然后加入液体SBR 12份,保持温度180~185℃搅拌2h;溶解均匀后,最后加入3份ST-512和1份1010(抗氧剂),降温至150℃继续搅拌0.5h(搅拌转速120r/min),得到所述改性热熔压敏胶;
高分子片材层的制备:将HDPE 40份、MDPE 33份、LLDPE 25份和抗氧剂168 2份混合搅拌、加热塑化、挤出压延成厚度为1.2mm的防水基材,然后冷却定型、牵引、收卷和包装,得到所述高分子片材层;
隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材的制备:高分子片材层经过导开、储存,然后在所述高分子片材层一侧的表面依次涂覆改性热熔压敏胶(厚度为0.3mm)、覆聚酯长丝烧毛土工布(厚度为1.4mm)及吊装带(吊装带梅花状分布,横向间隔1.0米,纵向间隔0.5m,厚度为2.0mm),经第一次辊压成型;在所述高分子片材层另一侧的表面依次涂覆自改性热熔压敏胶(厚度为0.3mm)和撒活性二氧化硅颗粒(厚度为0.4mm),经第二次辊压成型冷却、冷却、收卷、包装,得到所述隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材。
实施例5
改性热熔压敏胶的制备:将聚异丁烯PB1300 15份输送至反应釜,然后加入SEBSYH502 25份和SIS1106 16份,升温180~185℃,加入氢化萜烯树脂Clearon P150 17份和C5加氢石油树脂10份,开启搅拌1.5h,转速为120~130r/min;然后加入液体SBR 13份,保持温度180~185℃搅拌2h;溶解均匀后,最后加入3份ST-512和1份1010(抗氧剂),降温至150℃继续搅拌0.5h(搅拌转速120r/min);得到所述改性热熔压敏胶;
高分子片材层的制备:将HDPE 39份、MDPE 30份、LLDPE 28份和抗氧剂168 3份混合搅拌、加热塑化、挤出压延成厚度为1.2mm的防水基材,然后冷却定型、牵引、收卷和包装,得到所述高分子片材层;
隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材的制备:高分子片材层经过导开、储存,然后在所述高分子片材层一侧的表面依次涂覆改性热熔压敏胶(厚度为0.3mm)、覆聚酯长丝烧毛土工布(厚度为1.4mm)及吊装带(吊装带梅花状分布,横向间隔0.75米,纵向间隔0.5m,厚度为2.0mm),经第一次辊压成型;在所述高分子片材层另一侧的表面依次涂覆改性热熔压敏胶(厚度为0.3mm)和撒活性二氧化硅颗粒(厚度为0.4mm),经第二次辊压成型冷却、冷却、收卷、包装,得到所述隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材。
测试实施例1~5所得隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材的物理性能,结果如表1所示,从表1可以看出:所得隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材的拉伸性能和粘接性能均符合并高于标准值的要求。

Claims (6)
1.一种隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材,其特征在于,依次包括层叠设置的吊装层、缓冲层、第一粘接层、高分子片材层、第二粘接层、隔离层;
所述高分子片材层由以下原料制备得到:高密度聚乙烯、线型低密度聚乙烯、中密度聚乙烯和树脂抗氧剂;
所述第一粘接层和第二粘接层的材质均为改性热熔压敏胶,所述改性热熔压敏胶包括以下质量份数的组分:SEBS 20~25份、SIS嵌段共聚物15~20份、加氢石油树脂10~20份、氢化萜烯树脂15~25份、液体丁苯橡胶10~15份、聚异丁烯10~15份和抗氧剂2~5份;
所述隔离层的材质为活性二氧化硅颗粒;
制备高分子片材层的原料包括以下重量份数的组分:35~40份高密度聚乙烯,30~35份中密度聚乙烯,25~30份线型低密度聚乙烯和1~3份树脂抗氧剂;
所述缓冲层为聚酯长丝烧毛土工布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材,其特征在于,所述吊装层为扁平吊装带以平行状或梅花状分布,所述扁平吊装带固定在所述缓冲层上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材,其特征在于,所述扁平吊装带的材质为绦纶、锦纶、杜邦丝或尼龙。
4.根据权利要求2所述的隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材,其特征在于,所述扁平吊装带的宽度为5~10mm,厚度为1~3mm,横纵向间隔为0.5~1.0m。
5.根据权利要求1所述的隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材,其特征在于,所述第一粘接层和第二粘接层的厚度独立地为0.25~0.5mm;所述缓冲层的厚度为1.0~1.5mm;所述高分子片材层的厚度为1.0~1.5mm;所述隔离层的厚度为0.2~0.5mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的隧道用多功能复合双面自粘防水卷材,其特征在于,所述高分子片材层的一侧的一端留20cm的焊接搭接边不涂覆第一粘接层;另一侧的另一端留20cm的焊接搭接边不涂覆第二粘接层。
