技术领域
本发明涉及卫浴制品技术领域,具体涉及一种卫浴制品用亚克力复合板及卫浴制品。
背景技术
亚克力,又叫PMMA或有机玻璃,源自英文acrylic(丙烯酸塑料),化学名称为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,是有机玻璃换代产品。是一种开发较早的重要可塑性高分子材料,具有较好的透明性、化学稳定性和耐候性、易染色、易加工、外观优美,在建筑业中有着广泛的应用。有机玻璃产品通常可以分为浇注板、挤出板和模塑料。
亚克力制造成的洁具相比金属和陶瓷洁具的原料成本会低许多,且性能非常好,因此具有价格优势和更强的市场竞争力。
亚克力洁具的结构大多为,亚克力面板、内衬板以及支撑架,且具有一定程度的自我复原特性,若是亚克力洁具的表面有划痕,洁具本身会有一定程度的自我修复功能。而且亚克力洁具的表面光滑洁白,清洗方便。亚克力洁具的热传递很慢,因此保温效果良好,即使是在寒冷的冬天,皮肤接触亚克力洁具体表也不会感觉到“冰冷”的感觉。人体与亚克力洁具碰撞,一般不会碰痛躯体,是制造豪华洁具的必选材料。但现有的亚克力板材制备的卫浴洁具存在易磨损、膨胀率高的问题,极大的影响了其使用寿命和质量,需要进一步的改进和完善。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题,本发明提出了一种卫浴制品用亚克力复合板及卫浴制品,对卫浴制品多层板材的原料和结构均作出适配的改进,具有优异的辅配效果,物化性能显著提高,且水流可根据需要经由板材内部流通,具有良好的过滤、保健效果,适用性好。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用以下的技术方案:
一种卫浴制品用亚克力复合板,包括面板层、功能层、衬板层,其中,
面板层为内嵌含矿物掺杂无纺布的亚克力层,无纺布采用长丝无纺布,克重为750-800,无纺布中矿物掺杂量占比为10-20%,亚克力层层厚1-3mm;
功能层为含复合纤维材料的蜂窝型树脂层,复合纤维材料质量占比为蜂窝型树脂层的13-18wt%,功能层层厚1-3mm;蜂窝型树脂层的蜂窝通道沿长径向设置(如预制板的孔道结构),蜂窝通道的孔径面积占蜂窝型树脂层截面面积的40-60%,有利于水流的分散流通。
衬板层为玻纤增强不饱和聚酯树脂层,玻纤质量占比为不饱和聚酯树脂层的9-12wt%,衬板层层厚7-12mm。
作为本发明的进一步优化,面板层外侧还设有防护层,防护层由双组份聚脲涂料涂覆固化,防护层层厚0.5-1mm。
作为本发明的进一步优化,面板层中掺杂矿物为水镁石纤维和硅灰石粉组合物,两者质量比为1:0.5-1.5。
作为本发明的进一步优化,面板层中掺杂矿物为水镁石纤维、硅灰石粉和纳米磁粉的组合物,三者质量比为1:0.5-1.5:0.5-1。
作为本发明的进一步优化,功能层中复合纤维材料为玻纤/竹炭纤维的混纺纤维丝,两者质量比为1:0.4-0.5;蜂窝型树脂层采用端羧基聚醚改性环氧丙烯酸酯树脂。
作为本发明的进一步优化,复合纤维材料负载纳米磁粉,负载量为复合纤维材料的0-10wt%。
作为本发明的进一步优化,功能层外侧浸渍涂料层,涂料层采用含20wt%活性稀释剂的聚脲涂料。
一种卫浴制品,采用上述的卫浴制品用亚克力复合板制作,包括由亚克力复合板制成的卫浴池本体、支撑架以及滤膜件,所述支撑架设于卫浴池本体下方用于支撑稳固卫浴池本体,卫浴池本体的蜂窝型树脂层内两侧分别埋设有与蜂窝通道连通的导流管,卫浴池本体上端面分别开设有进液通槽、出液通槽,且进液通槽、出液通槽分别与两侧导流管连通用于水流在卫浴池本体内的传递,进液通槽、出液通槽开口端可拆卸安装有所述滤膜件。
作为本发明的进一步优化,导流管两端封口设置,导流管侧壁开设有与蜂窝型树脂层的蜂窝通道连通的通孔,用于将导流管内的水流引入蜂窝通道内,并向另一侧导流管、出液通槽流动。
作为本发明的进一步优化,进液通槽与进水龙头通过管道连通,出液通槽连有出液管用于将水流导入卫浴池本体内。
由于采用上述的技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明对卫浴制品多层板材的原料和结构均作出适配的改进,具有优异的辅配效果,物化性能显著提高,且水流可根据需要经由板材内部流通,具有良好的过滤、保健效果,适用性好。
面板层中内嵌含矿物掺杂的无纺布,对面板层的亚克力材质具有良好的增强、束缚效果,表层变形率有效降低(相较于纯的亚克力,膨胀率降低了30%以上),且无纺布作为纤维连接组分,与掺杂材料间交联缠绕,不仅提供了高强韧的桥架网络结构,同时对PMMA材料具有优异的结合强化效果,有效提供了物化性能,对亚克力板的成分自修复也具有积极地导向促进意义。
本方案添加功能层结构一方面是为了提高复合板的强韧性,含纤维材料的树脂纤维层与上下的面板层、衬板层间除了物理上的嵌入、缠绕、连接,在热压过程中,界面间还能形成化学上的键合连接(包括活性不饱和键、端活性基团,如羟基、羧基等),大大提高了层间结合力,配合纤维状网络结构的内嵌掺杂,有效保证了复合板结构的一体性,结构内部应力和收缩膨胀影响有效降低,提高了性能稳定性。功能树脂层除了提高物化性能外,还可作为粘结胶材料,在复合压制过程中起连接作用,或,也可在面板层、功能层、衬板层间涂覆粘结胶料,如亚克力胶。
另一方面功能层结构的添加,在其安装应用上还具有对用水的过滤、抗菌和保健化作用,提高了用户的选择性和体验感,具有推广意义。在使用时,水龙头的出水可流经蜂窝型树脂层的蜂窝通道,然后再回到卫浴池中,相当于绕卫浴池本体一圈,这种层间结构的设计,预留了对水流改善的可操作性,在实际应用中,大大提高了洗漱的价值追求;滤膜件设于进液通槽、出液通槽的槽口处,方便更换清理,具体的出液通槽、进液通槽的槽口可设置螺纹连接的密封盖,当需要水流流经通槽时,将密封盖打开,通过内/外丝接头、管道与水龙头接通即可,反之,则保持密封盖盖合,避免落灰,此时,水龙头水流直接导入卫浴池中即可。
本发明复合板衬板层采用的加固型含玻纤增强树脂,其上方的功能层、面板层除了具有强化补足性外具有均含磁粉材料(如纳米球形四氧化三铁磁粉),综合力学性能、保健性能均有所改善,大大提高了亚克力复合板的应用价值。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。基于本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1:
一种卫浴制品用亚克力复合板,如图1、2所示,包括面板层1、功能层2、衬板层3,其中,
面板层1为内嵌含矿物掺杂无纺布的亚克力层,无纺布采用长丝无纺布,克重为750-800,无纺布中矿物掺杂量占比为10-20%,亚克力层层厚1-3mm;面板层中掺杂矿物为水镁石纤维和硅灰石粉组合物,两者质量比为1:0.5-1.5。
功能层2为含复合纤维材料的蜂窝型树脂层(功能层外侧浸渍涂料层,涂料层采用聚脲涂料),复合纤维材料质量占比为蜂窝型树脂层的13-18wt%,功能层层厚1-3mm;功能层中复合纤维材料为玻纤/竹炭纤维的混纺纤维丝,两者质量比为1:0.4-0.5;蜂窝型树脂层采用端羧基聚醚改性环氧丙烯酸酯树脂。
衬板层3为玻纤增强不饱和聚酯树脂层,玻纤质量占比为不饱和聚酯树脂层的9-12wt%,衬板层层厚7-12mm。
面板层1外侧还设有防护层4,防护层4由双组份聚脲涂料涂覆固化,防护层层厚0.5-1mm。
实施例2:
一种卫浴制品用亚克力复合板,包括面板层1、功能层2、衬板层3,其中,
面板层1为内嵌含矿物掺杂无纺布11的亚克力层,无纺布11采用长丝无纺布,克重为750-800,无纺布11中矿物掺杂量占比为10-20%,亚克力层层厚1-3mm;面板层中掺杂矿物为水镁石纤维、硅灰石粉和纳米磁粉的组合物,三者质量比为1:0.5-1.5:0.5-1。
功能层2为含复合纤维材料的蜂窝型树脂层(功能层外侧浸渍涂料层,涂料层采用含20wt%活性稀释剂的聚脲涂料,活性稀释剂可采用三羟甲基丙烷三缩水甘油醚),复合纤维材料质量占比为蜂窝型树脂层的13-18wt%,功能层层厚1-3mm;功能层中复合纤维材料为玻纤/竹炭纤维的混纺纤维丝,两者质量比为1:0.4-0.5;蜂窝型树脂层采用端羧基聚醚改性环氧丙烯酸酯树脂。
衬板层3为玻纤增强不饱和聚酯树脂层,玻纤质量占比为不饱和聚酯树脂层的9-12wt%,衬板层层厚7-12mm。
面板层1外侧还设有防护层4,防护层4由双组份聚脲涂料涂覆固化,防护层层厚0.5-1mm。
实施例3:
基于实施例1的材料选配和结构,复合纤维材料负载纳米磁粉,负载量为复合纤维材料的0-10wt%。
实施例4:
基于实施例2的材料选配和结构,复合纤维材料负载纳米磁粉,负载量为复合纤维材料的0-10wt%。
实施例5:
基于实施例1-4任一例所述的亚克力复合板的应用,用于制备一种卫浴制品,如图3所示:该卫浴制品包括由亚克力复合板制成的卫浴池本体5(吹塑、吸塑等常规工艺)、支撑架以及滤膜件6,所述支撑架(图中未示出)设于卫浴池本体5下方用于支撑稳固卫浴池本体5,卫浴池本体5的蜂窝型树脂层(功能层)内两侧分别埋设有与蜂窝通道连通的导流管51,卫浴池本体5上端面分别开设有进液通槽52、出液通槽53,且进液通槽52、出液通槽53分别与两侧导流管51连通用于水流在卫浴池本体5内的传递,进液通槽52、出液通槽53开口端可拆卸安装有所述滤膜件6。
导流管51两端封口设置,导流管51侧壁开设有与蜂窝型树脂层(功能层)的蜂窝通道连通的通孔,用于将导流管51内的水流引入蜂窝通道内,并向另一侧导流管51、出液通槽53流动。
进液通槽52与进水龙头通过管道连通,出液通槽53连有出液管用于将水流导入卫浴池本体5内,管道可为柔性的波纹管,通过内/外丝接头可拆卸连接,出液管可同理设置。当需要水流流经复合板内部时,将水龙头的水流通过管道连通进液通槽,此时,水流流经路径为进液通槽-滤膜件-导流管-功能层蜂窝通道-导流管-滤膜件-出液通槽-卫浴池本体。在此过程中,水流不仅产生了过滤操作,同时还具有良好的磁粉加持效果,提高了用水的保健效果。若为浴缸制品,配合表层的含磁粉面板层,进一步提高了洗浴的保健性,且用水更为洁净安全。
当不需水流流经复合板内部时,可直接将水龙头转动至卫浴池本体的开口上方,向池体内注水使用即可(池体底部中心连接排水管)。

基于实施例3的亚克力复合板材料,除去功能层结构,制得对照品亚克力复合板一;
对照例2:
基于实施例3的亚克力复合板材料,除去功能层结构,同时除去面板层中的内嵌含矿物掺杂的无纺布,制得对照品亚克力复合板二;
对照例3:
基于实施例4的亚克力复合板材料,除去功能层结构,制得对照品亚克力复合板一;
对照例4:
基于实施例4的亚克力复合板材料,除去功能层结构,同时除去面板层中的内嵌含矿物掺杂的无纺布,制得对照品亚克力复合板二;
对上述各实施例、对照例制得的亚克力复合板进行性能测试,数据如下:

Claims (10)
1.一种卫浴制品用亚克力复合板,其特征在于:包括面板层、功能层、衬板层,其中,面板层为内嵌含矿物掺杂无纺布的亚克力层,无纺布采用长丝无纺布,克重为750-800g/m2,无纺布中矿物掺杂量占比为10-20wt%,亚克力层层厚1-3mm;
功能层为含复合纤维材料的蜂窝型树脂层,复合纤维材料质量占比为蜂窝型树脂层的13-18wt%,功能层层厚1-3mm;
衬板层为玻纤增强不饱和聚酯树脂层,玻纤质量占比为不饱和聚酯树脂层的9-12wt%,衬板层层厚7-12mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卫浴制品用亚克力复合板,其特征在于:所述面板层外侧还设有防护层,防护层由双组份聚脲涂料涂覆固化,防护层层厚0.5-1mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的卫浴制品用亚克力复合板,其特征在于:面板层中掺杂矿物为水镁石纤维和硅灰石粉组合物,两者质量比为1:0.5-1.5。
4.根据权利要求2所述的卫浴制品用亚克力复合板,其特征在于:面板层中掺杂矿物为水镁石纤维、硅灰石粉和纳米磁粉的组合物,三者质量比为1:0.5-1.5:0.5-1。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的卫浴制品用亚克力复合板,其特征在于:功能层中复合纤维材料为玻纤/竹炭纤维的混纺纤维丝,两者质量比为1:0.4-0.5;蜂窝型树脂层采用端羧基聚醚改性环氧丙烯酸酯树脂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的卫浴制品用亚克力复合板,其特征在于:所述复合纤维材料负载有0-10wt%的纳米磁粉。
7.根据权利要求6所述的卫浴制品用亚克力复合板,其特征在于:所述功能层外侧浸渍涂料层,涂料层采用含20wt%活性稀释剂的聚脲涂料。
8.一种卫浴制品,采用权利要求7所述的卫浴制品用亚克力复合板制作,其特征在于:包括由亚克力复合板制成的卫浴池本体、支撑架以及滤膜件,所述支撑架设于卫浴池本体下方用于支撑稳固卫浴池本体,卫浴池本体的蜂窝型树脂层内两侧分别埋设有与蜂窝通道连通的导流管,卫浴池本体上端面分别开设有进液通槽、出液通槽,且进液通槽、出液通槽分别与两侧导流管连通用于水流在卫浴池本体内的传递,进液通槽、出液通槽开口端可拆卸安装有所述滤膜件。
9.根据权利要求8所述的卫浴制品,其特征在于:所述导流管两端封口设置,导流管侧壁开设有与蜂窝型树脂层的蜂窝通道连通的通孔,用于将导流管内的水流引入蜂窝通道内,并向另一侧导流管、出液通槽流动。
10.根据权利要求8所述的卫浴制品,其特征在于:所述进液通槽与进水龙头通过管道连通,出液通槽连有出液管用于将水流导入卫浴池本体内。
