Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料瓦片生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种ASA/PVC多层瓦共挤生产线及生产方法。
背景技术
目前合成树脂瓦基材为PVC材质,表面热复合一层ASA薄膜,由于ASA(丙烯酸酯-丙烯腈-苯乙烯共聚物)具有良好的耐候性,因此使复合的合成树脂瓦具有优良的耐候性能,ASA薄膜能保护内层的PVC层不受老化侵蚀。
现有合成树脂瓦基材通常设置三层PVC材质,这三层PVC材质由不同的挤出机分配到分配器中,然后挤出形成具有三层PVC的基材。ASA薄膜成卷的设置在PVC基材上方,通过热压附于基材的表面。ASA薄膜的购买成本较高,当生产需要调整ASA薄膜厚度或者调整ASA薄膜的色彩时,尤其是有提高厚度需求时,前期购买的ASA薄膜则会被囤积造成浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种ASA/PVC多层瓦共挤生产线及生产方法,具有成本低、灵活调整产品性质的特点。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种ASA/PVC多层瓦共挤生产线,包括ASA挤出机、PCV挤出机、表面处理辊和成型机;
PCV挤出机具有多个,多个PVC挤出机的出料端连接同一分配器,ASA挤出机的挤出头与分配器相邻设置,使ASA挤出机挤出的ASA膜附于分配器挤出的PCV多层膜形成ASA/PVC多层膜;
表面处理辊位于ASA挤出机与成型机之间,ASA/PVC多层膜依次经过表面处理辊和成型机。
进一步的,PVC挤出机具有3个,分配器设置有三个进料口和一个出料口,3个PVC挤出机的出料端于分配器的进料口一一对应。
进一步的,ASA挤出机的挤出头位于分配器出口端的斜上方,ASA挤出机的出料方向与分配器的出料方向的夹角为40°-60°。
进一步的,分配器水平方向出料,ASA挤出机的出料方向朝向分配器的斜下方。
进一步的,ASA挤出机的挤出头下端与分配器出料方向所在水平面的距离为3-6cm。
进一步的,ASA挤出机的挤出头下端与分配器出料口的距离为15-25cm。
进一步的,ASA挤出机的挤出头位于分配器的下方,ASA挤出机的出料方向上设置有冷却辊和导向辊,ASA挤出机挤出的ASA膜依次经过冷却辊和导向辊后附于分配器挤出的PCV多层膜的底部。
进一步的,表面处理辊背离成型机的一侧设置有加热辊,ASA/PVC多层膜依次经过加热辊、表面处理辊和成型机。
采用上述ASA/PVC多层瓦共挤生产线的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、通过多个PVC挤出机将多种PVC原料注入分配器,分配器挤出PCV多层膜;
(2)、通过ASA挤出机挤出ASA膜,ASA膜直接附于PCV多层膜,形成ASA/PVC多层膜;
(3)、ASA/PVC多层膜经过表面处理辊进行表面压光处理或使膜表面形成花纹,同时经表面处理辊进行定厚;
(4)、经过表面处理的ASA/PVC多层膜经过成型机进行定型,得到ASA/PVC多层瓦。
进一步的,ASA挤出机的挤出温度与PCV挤出机的挤出温度差值在±30℃。
本发明的有益效果为:
通过本发明的生产线,ASA挤出机1挤出的ASA膜直接附于分配器21挤出的PCV多层膜形成ASA/PVC多层膜,省去了购买ASA膜的步骤。当产品性质需要变更时,只需要调节ASA挤出机1的挤出厚度或者调整ASA膜原料配方,节省了原料成本,还能提高产品种类更换的灵活性。采用本发明的生产线能获得三层结构、四层结构或五层结构的树脂瓦,三层结构由表层ASA膜和两层PVC基材形成,四层结构由表层ASA膜和三层PVC基材形成,五层结构由表层ASA膜、三层PVC基材和底层ASA膜形成,PVC基材的层数由分配器决定。

下面结合附图及具体实施方式进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
如图1和图2所示,本发明提供一种ASA/PVC多层瓦共挤生产线,包括ASA挤出机1、PCV挤出机2、表面处理辊3和成型机4;
PCV挤出机2具有多个,多个PVC挤出机2的出料端连接同一分配器21,ASA挤出机1的挤出头11与分配器21相邻设置,使ASA挤出机1挤出的ASA膜附于分配器21挤出的PCV多层膜形成ASA/PVC多层膜;
表面处理辊3位于ASA挤出机1与成型机4之间,ASA/PVC多层膜依次经过表面处理辊3和成型机4。

进一步的,PVC挤出机2具有3个,分配器21设置有三个进料口和一个出料口,3个PVC挤出机2的出料端于分配器21的进料口一一对应。该分配器21能挤出三层PVC,形成具有三层PVC的基材,该三层PVC由不同的性质,如,三层PVC的上层和底层为PVC层,中层为含有金属片材的PVC层。
进一步的,ASA挤出机1的挤出头11位于分配器21出口端的斜上方,ASA挤出机1的出料方向与分配器21的出料方向的夹角为40°-60°。此时,ASA膜附于PVC膜的上表面。ASA挤出机1的出料方向与分配器21的出料方向存在一定的夹角,ASA挤出机1的挤出头中流延出的ASA膜能顺利附在PVC膜上,避免发生断裂或出现气孔。
进一步的,分配器21水平方向出料,ASA挤出机1的出料方向朝向分配器21的斜下方。限定两种挤出机的出料方向,使得ASA挤出机1和PVC挤出机2的布局更加合理,PVC膜水平方向出料,更有利于PVC膜保持较好的平整性。
进一步的,ASA挤出机1的挤出头下端与分配器21出料方向所在水平面的距离为3-6cm。在该距离范围内,ASA膜有较好的流延效果,ASA膜自挤出头挤出后稍稍降温即附于PVC膜,当ASA/PVC多层膜经过表面处理辊能使ASA膜和PVC膜紧密结合。
进一步的,ASA挤出机1的挤出头11下端与分配器21出料口的距离为15-25cm。位于与分配器21出料口15-25cm的PVC膜初步成型,当与ASA膜复合时能保持自身良好的层次结构。
如图3所示,进一步的,在一些实施方式中,ASA挤出机1的挤出头11位于分配器21的下方,ASA挤出机1的出料方向上设置有冷却辊5和导向辊6,ASA挤出机挤出的ASA膜依次经过冷却辊5和导向辊6后附于分配器21挤出的PCV多层膜的底部。此时,ASA挤出机1挤出的ASA膜附于PVC膜的底部,由于ASA挤出机1位于分配器的下方,刚流延出的ASA膜强度较差,难以直接提升附于PVC膜的底部,因此,需要将流延出的ASA膜初步降温后再附于PVC膜,实现原料成本的降低。
如图4所示,在一些实施方式中,分配器21的上方和下方均设置ASA挤出机1,使分配器21下方的ASA挤出机1位于分配器21的上方ASA挤出机1的下游方向,能一次获得ASA/PVC/ASA多层瓦。
进一步的,表面处理辊3背离成型机4的一侧设置有加热辊7,ASA/PVC多层膜依次经过加热辊7、表面处理辊3和成型机4。由于分配器21下方的ASA挤出机1挤出的ASA膜经初步降温后与PVC膜的结合能力受到影响,多层膜经过加热辊进行软化,使得多层膜能紧密复合。
采用上述ASA/PVC多层瓦共挤生产线的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、通过多个PVC挤出机2将多种PVC原料注入分配器21,分配器21挤出PCV多层膜;
(2)、通过ASA挤出机1挤出ASA膜,ASA膜直接附于PCV多层膜,形成ASA/PVC多层膜;
(3)、ASA/PVC多层膜经过表面处理辊3进行表面压光处理或使膜表面形成花纹,同时经表面处理辊3进行定厚;
(4)、经过表面处理的ASA/PVC多层膜经过成型机4进行定型,得到ASA/PVC多层瓦。
通过上述的生产方法能由原料一次性的获得ASA/PVC多层瓦,省去了购买价值高的ASA膜,使得生产灵活性更高。
进一步的,ASA挤出机1的挤出温度与PCV挤出机2的挤出温度差值在±30℃。当ASA挤出机1位于分配器21上方时,ASA挤出机1的挤出温度和分配器21挤出温度接近,使得ASA膜能与PVC膜能很好的进行复合。
以上结合具体实施例描述了本发明的技术原理。这些描述只是为了解释本发明的原理,而不能以任何方式解释为对本发明保护范围的限制。基于此处的解释,本领域的技术人员不需要付出创造性的劳动即可联想到本发明的其它具体实施方式,这些方式都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种ASA/PVC多层瓦共挤生产线,其特征在于,包括ASA挤出机、PCV挤出机、表面处理辊和成型机;
所述PCV挤出机具有多个,多个所述PVC挤出机的出料端连接同一分配器,所述ASA挤出机的挤出头与所述分配器相邻设置,使所述ASA挤出机挤出的ASA膜附于所述分配器挤出的PCV多层膜形成ASA/PVC多层膜;
所述表面处理辊位于ASA挤出机与成型机之间,所述ASA/PVC多层膜依次经过表面处理辊和成型机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的ASA/PVC多层瓦共挤生产线,其特征在于,所述PVC挤出机具有3个,所述分配器设置有三个进料口和一个出料口,3个所述PVC挤出机的出料端于分配器的进料口一一对应。
3.根据权利要求1所述的ASA/PVC多层瓦共挤生产线,其特征在于,所述ASA挤出机的挤出头位于分配器出口端的斜上方,所述ASA挤出机的出料方向与分配器的出料方向的夹角为40°-60°。
4.根据权利要求3所述的ASA/PVC多层瓦共挤生产线,其特征在于,所述分配器水平方向出料,所述ASA挤出机的出料方向朝向分配器的斜下方。
5.根据权利要求4所述的ASA/PVC多层瓦共挤生产线,其特征在于,所述ASA挤出机的挤出头下端与分配器出料方向所在水平面的距离为3-6cm。
6.根据权利要求3所述的ASA/PVC多层瓦共挤生产线,其特征在于,所述ASA挤出机的挤出头下端与分配器出料口的距离为15-25cm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的ASA/PVC多层瓦共挤生产线,其特征在于,所述ASA挤出机的挤出头位于分配器的下方,所述ASA挤出机的出料方向上设置有冷却辊和导向辊,所述ASA挤出机挤出的ASA膜依次经过冷却辊和导向辊后附于所述分配器挤出的PCV多层膜的底部。
8.根据权利要求7所述的ASA/PVC多层瓦共挤生产线,其特征在于,所述表面处理辊背离成型机的一侧设置有加热辊,所述ASA/PVC多层膜依次经过加热辊、表面处理辊和成型机。
9.采用权利要求1-8任一项所述ASA/PVC多层瓦共挤生产线的生产方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)、通过多个所述PVC挤出机将多种PVC原料注入分配器,所述分配器挤出PCV多层膜;
(2)、通过所述ASA挤出机挤出ASA膜,ASA膜直接附于所述PCV多层膜,形成ASA/PVC多层膜;
(3)、ASA/PVC多层膜经过表面处理辊进行表面压光处理或使膜表面形成花纹,同时经表面处理辊进行定厚;
(4)、经过表面处理的ASA/PVC多层膜经过成型机进行定型,得到ASA/PVC多层瓦。
10.根据权力要求9所述的生产方法,其特征在于,所述ASA挤出机的挤出温度与PCV挤出机的挤出温度差值在±30℃。
