Abstract

一种连接管件加工方法,包括如下步骤:1)对加热设备进行温度值预设和加热时间预设;2)采用加热设备对连接管件进行加热;3)在预设的加热时间结束后,检测所述连接管件的温度,判断所述连接管件的温度是否在预设值范围内;4)当所述连接管件的温度在预设值范围内,则进行弯折步骤;当所述连接管件的温度不在预设值范围内,则进行弯折步骤,并在连接管件的外表面进行标记。通过本方法能够简易地区分加工过程中的连接管件的质量等级。

一种底盘连接管件加工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及加工领域,尤其是一种底盘连接管件加工方法。
背景技术
底盘连接管路复杂,由于底盘的其他部件的布置限制,多数管路之间的连接并不是直线形式,通常需要单独的中间连接管,将两头、延伸方向不同的管路进行连接,例如最常见的L型弯管,在其两端设置连接接头,将两个不同的管件(例如直径、形状不同)连接并连通。现有的连接管件,例如弯管通常是先通过加热,当管件达到预定的塑性状态时进行弯折,然而当温度未达到预设温度或超过预设温度时,连接管件的弯折易出现加工过度或损坏弯管。而整个加工过程,工作人员无法清楚地获知已成型的弯管中,哪些是未达到预定的塑性状态就被弯折而导致成型的连接管件不符合设计要求。此外,由于连接管件两头需要连接不同的管件,因而导致其两头内部的连接部分是不同的,现有的连接管件在弯折后,无法分辨两头分别是用于连接哪个接头,导致后续加工或装配过程中需要花费更多的时间或成本分辨连接管件的两个端部。
发明内容
本发明提供一种底盘连接管件加工方法,能够解决现有的加工方法生产连接管件无法区分产品的质量等级、无法分辨连接管件的接头型号。
本方案如下:
一种连接管件加工方法,包括如下步骤:
1)对加热设备进行温度值预设和加热时间预设;
2)采用加热设备对连接管件进行加热;
3)在预设的加热时间结束后,检测所述连接管件的温度,判断所述连接管件的温度是否在预设值范围内;
4)当所述连接管件的温度在预设值范围内,则进行弯折步骤;当所述连接管件的温度不在预设值范围内,则进行弯折步骤,并在连接管件的外表面进行标记。
优选地,所述标记的方式包括激光打标印记或在连接管件上喷涂。
优选地,还包括步骤5),对弯折后的连接管件的两头进行不同的标记。
优选地,对弯折后的连接管件的两头进行不同的标记包括采用激光打标印记在两头进行不同的印记打印或采用喷涂机在两头进行不同的图案或形状的喷涂。
优选地,所述连接管件是底盘连接管件。
本发明包括但不限于以下有益效果:
能够简易地区分加工过程中的连接管件的质量等级;能够快速地分辨连接管件的接头结构(或型号)。

一种连接管件加工方法,包括如下步骤:
1)对加热设备进行温度值预设和加热时间预设;例如首先根据所加工的管件的材质进行加热温度和加热时间的设定,以便使加热后的管材达到理想的塑性状态,从而进行弯折;
2)采用加热设备对连接管件进行加热;
3)在预设的加热时间结束后,检测所述连接管件的温度,判断所述连接管件的温度是否在预设值范围内;
4)当所述连接管件的温度在预设值范围内,则进行弯折步骤;当所述连接管件的温度不在预设值范围内,则进行弯折步骤,并在连接管件的外表面进行标记。
通常管件的加工过程是不间断的过程,本方案中,当检测到连接管件的温度未在预设值范围内时,仍进行弯折步骤,但不同的是,在弯折步骤后对该未在预设值范围内的连接管件进行标记。这样一来,在弯折成型加工后,工作人员能够根据连接管件上是否存在标记而容易地区分出质量等级可能较低的连接管件。对具有标记的连接管件,可进行单独检测以判断其是否符合连接要求或是否存在弯折过度、损坏等情形。
优选地,所述标记的方式包括激光打标印记或在连接管件上喷涂。通过激光打标印记或在连接管件上喷涂的方式,不会破坏连接管件的主体结构,尤其是喷涂的方式。当然,本领域技术人员根据实际情况,还可选择其他的标记方式。
优选地,还包括步骤5),对弯折后的连接管件的两头进行不同的标记。弯折后将连接管件的两头进行标记,方便后续加工或装配过程,简易地分辨不同的连接头,提高后续加工或装配效率。
优选地,对弯折后的连接管件的两头进行不同的标记包括采用激光打标印记在两头进行不同的印记打印(例如纹理或文字)或采用喷涂机在两头进行不同的图案或形状的喷涂。当然,本领域技术人员根据实际情况,还可选择其他的标记方式。
优选地,所述连接管件是底盘连接管件。

1.一种连接管件加工方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)对加热设备进行温度值预设和加热时间预设;
2)采用加热设备对连接管件进行加热;
3)在预设的加热时间结束后,检测所述连接管件的温度,判断所述连接管件的温度是否在预设值范围内;
4)当所述连接管件的温度在预设值范围内,则进行弯折步骤;当所述连接管件的温度不在预设值范围内,则进行弯折步骤,并在连接管件的外表面进行标记;
5)对弯折后的连接管件的两头进行不同的标记,对弯折后的连接管件的两头进行不同的标记包括采用激光打标印记在两头进行不同的印记打印或采用喷涂机在两头进行不同的图案或形状的喷涂;
6)对在步骤4)中标记的连接管件,单独检测以判断其是否符合连接要求。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述连接管件是底盘连接管件。
