if the claim core processing module 11 inquires the user information management module 14 that the information is not fully needed to be supplemented in the process of extracting the identity and account information of the protected person, the claim core processing module 11 sends a user information supplementing instruction to the user information acquisition module 15, and the user information acquisition module 15 carries out interaction acquisition on the needed user information with the passengers in a short message, voice, website, client, weChat and other modes according to the user information supplementing instruction, and then sends the user information to the user information management module 14;
the payment processing module 16 applies claims to the policy which is judged to be in accordance with the claims, selects a payment mode which is in accordance with the current sales scenario according to the user account information, sales channels and other information in the user information management module 14 and the application core processing module 12, sends a payment instruction comprising data such as transfer account information, transfer amount, verification key and the like to the third party payment platform 20 or the bank payment platform 19, and receives a processing result status report fed back by the third party payment platform 20 or the bank payment platform 19.

the real-name authentication and authorization module (6) is connected with the external sales system through an interface, receives the identity information of the passenger, authenticates the identity of the user through the third party authentication platform, ensures that the current user is the passenger himself, prompts the user authorization system to track the flight trip information of a specified time period after successful authentication, and sends the authorized user information to the passenger trip management module;
the passenger journey management module (7) is used for tracking the flight journey of the passenger, receiving the information of the authorized user and managing and storing the identity information, the product information and the flight journey information of the authorized time period; after the user authorization is canceled, stopping passenger flight travel tracking; meanwhile, the authorized user information is sent to the passenger dynamic database module, whether tracking is in a valid state or not is confirmed according to the received passenger flight ticket outlet information, and the result is fed back to the passenger dynamic database module;
the passenger dynamic database module (10) is connected with the external passenger dynamic database server through an interface, subscribes passenger journey dynamic information from the external passenger dynamic database server according to the received authorized user information, sends the passenger flight ticket-out information in the acquired passenger journey dynamic information to the passenger journey management module for confirming the tracking effective state, and verifies whether a passenger actually takes after the passenger is in the effective state after the passenger journey management module feeds back the tracking effective state and sends the passenger taking state to the claim core processing module;
the insurance application core processing module (12) is used for sending a deduction request instruction to the deduction management module by utilizing the user information and the flight information in the flight ticket outlet information of the passengers and the product information and the insurance rule conditions in the product management module, finishing the travel insurance of the passengers to an external insurance company according to the insurance rule conditions provided by the product management module after the deduction management module feeds back the deduction success, storing and managing insurance policy data, and sending the insurance policy data to the claim core processing module;
the flight dynamic database module (5) is connected with an external flight dynamic database server through an interface, customizes required flight dynamic information and sends the acquired flight dynamic information to the claim settlement core processing module;
the claim settlement core processing module (11) receives the flight dynamic information and the passenger taking state, judges whether the passenger accords with the claim settlement condition according to the basic parameters of the claim settlement condition, inquires and extracts the identity and account information of the insured person from the user information management module if the passenger accords with the claim settlement condition, and sends a claim settlement instruction to the payment processing module;
the payment processing module (16) is connected with the third party payment platform (20) and the bank payment platform (19) through interfaces, pays the insurance policy judged to be in accordance with the claim settlement conditions, sends a payment instruction to the third party payment platform or the bank payment platform, and receives a processing result state report fed back by the third party payment platform or the bank payment platform;
the deduction management module (18) is connected with the third party payment platform through an interface, receives a deduction request instruction, sends the deduction request instruction to the third party payment platform, receives a processing result state report fed back by the third party payment platform, and feeds back successful deduction to the application core processing module;
a user information management module (14) for storing and managing the identity information of the applicant, the identity and account information of the protected person, and providing the identity and account information of the protected person to the claim core processing module when the passenger is judged to be in accordance with the claim settlement conditions;
the user information acquisition module (15) is used for acquiring the required user information through interaction with the passengers when the passenger information sent by the external sales system does not need to be supplemented, and sending the required user information to the user information management module;
and the product management module (17) is used for storing and managing the clauses and rules of the flight insurance products, providing the insurance rule conditions for the insurance core processing module and providing the basic parameters for the claim settlement core processing module to judge whether the insurance rule conditions are met.

The service system of full-automatic aviation insurance according to claim 1, wherein: the service system of the full-automatic aviation insurance further comprises an anti-fraud risk management module (8) which receives the passenger flight ticket-out information sent by the passenger dynamic database module, verifies whether the passenger identity information in the passenger flight ticket-out information meets the insurance application condition, if the verification result is a high-sensitivity user, the insurance application condition is not met, and the processing is stopped; if the verification result is a non-high sensitive user, meeting the insurance application condition, performing insurance pre-management and control on the sensitive user, and sending the passenger flight ticket-out information to an insurance core processing module; and verifying whether the sensitive user notified by the third party authority meets the application condition.

A fully automated aviation insurance service system according to claim 2, wherein: the third party mechanism comprises a third party cooperative mechanism, a third party insurance company and a third party credit investigation mechanism, and the pre-application management and control comprises application limitation and promotion of application conditions.
4. A fully automated aviation insurance service system according to claim 2, wherein: the passenger trip dynamic information also includes ticket refund and change information.
5. A fully automated aviation insurance service system according to claim 2, wherein: the policy data includes applicant identity information, insured person identity and account information, insurance product information, insurance flight information and insurance channel information data.
6. A fully automated aviation insurance service system according to claim 2, wherein: the flight dynamic information comprises real-time dynamic information of the estimated take-off, landing, standby landing and return of the aircraft.

the passenger journey management module tracks the passenger journey, receives the information of authorized users, and manages and stores the identity information, the product information and the flight journey information of the appointed time period; after the user authorization is canceled, stopping passenger flight travel tracking; simultaneously transmitting the authorized user information to a passenger dynamic database module;
the passenger dynamic database module subscribes the passenger journey dynamic information to an external passenger journey dynamic database server according to the received authorized user information, after the passenger purchases the air ticket, the passenger journey dynamic database server acquires the passenger journey dynamic information and sends the passenger journey dynamic information to the passenger journey dynamic database module, the passenger dynamic database module sends the passenger flight ticket outlet information in the acquired passenger journey dynamic information to the passenger journey management module for tracking and validating state confirmation, and after the passenger journey management module feeds back and tracks in an effective state, the passenger flight ticket outlet information is sent to the application core processing module;
the method comprises the steps that an application core processing module receives passenger flight ticket drawing information, sends a deduction request instruction to a deduction management module by using user information and flight information in the passenger flight ticket drawing information and product information and application rule conditions in a product management module, sends the deduction request instruction to a third party payment platform, receives a processing result state report fed back by the third party payment platform, and feeds back successful deduction to the application core processing module;
the insurance application core processing module sends the passenger flight ticket information to an external insurance company, completes the passenger journey insurance according to the insurance application rule conditions provided by the product management module, stores and manages the insurance policy data, and sends the insurance policy data to the claim settlement core processing module;
