a second obtaining unit 20, configured to, in response to the ticket refund request, obtain a preset processing mode of a to-be-claimed ticket refund order corresponding to the sold airline ticket, where the preset processing mode is used to represent whether the to-be-claimed ticket refund order supports online claims;
the determining unit 30 is configured to determine a claim settlement status of the refund order to be claimed based on the preset processing mode;
the first initiating unit 40 is configured to initiate a claim settlement request of the refund order to be claimed if the refund order to be claimed is in a claimable state and the ticket of the air-selling machine is successfully refunded, and receive a claim settlement application result.
Optionally, the first initiating unit 40 is configured to initiate a claim settlement request of the refund order to be claimed, and receive a result of the claim settlement application, and specifically includes:
generating a claim settlement request of the refund order to be claimed;
initiating the claim settlement request according to a first processing interval, and receiving a first claim settlement application result of the claim settlement request;
taking a first claim settlement application result representing that the claim refund order to be claim settled is successful as a claim settlement application result of the claim refund order to be claim settled;
if the first claim application result represents that the claim settlement of the refund order to be claimed fails, initiating the claim settlement request at a second processing interval, and receiving a second claim application result of the claim settlement request, wherein the duration of the second processing interval is longer than that of the first processing interval;
and taking the second claim settlement application result as a claim settlement application result of the refund order to be claimed.
Optionally, the ticket refunding request includes an order identifier of the sold air ticket, and the second obtaining unit 20 is configured to, when obtaining a preset processing mode of a to-be-claimed ticket refunding order corresponding to the sold air ticket, specifically include:
determining the order information of the sold air ticket according to the order mark, wherein the order information comprises the air ticket information of the sold air ticket and the insurance information of the refund order to be settled;
and reading a preset processing mode of the refund order to be settled, which is contained in the insurance information.
Optionally, the determining unit 30 is configured to, when determining the claim settlement status of the refund order to be claimed based on the preset processing mode, specifically include:
if the preset processing mode represents that the refund insurance to be settled supports on-line settlement, acquiring the insurance application state of the refund insurance order to be settled;
if the insurance application state of the refund order for the claim to be settled represents that the insurance application of the refund order for the claim to be settled is successful, determining that the refund order for the claim to be settled is in a state of being capable of settlement;
and if the preset processing mode represents that the refund order to be claimed does not support on-line claim, or the guarantee status of the refund order to be claimed represents that the refund order to be claimed fails to guarantee, determining that the refund order to be claimed is in an unclassable status.
Optionally, the first initiating unit 40 is configured to, when generating the claim settlement request of the refund order to be settled, specifically include:
determining a claim application interface specification corresponding to the refund order to be claimed;
and generating a claim settlement request of the refund order to be claimed according to the claim settlement application interface specification.
Optionally, referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a block diagram of another insurance order processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the apparatus further includes:
the generating unit 50 is used for generating claim settlement failure prompt information.
Optionally, referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a block diagram of a structure of another insurance order processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 3, the apparatus further includes:
a third obtaining unit 60, configured to obtain an instruction, which is manually input, for sending a claim settlement request of the refund order to be settled;
and the second initiating unit 70 is configured to initiate a claim settlement request of the refund order to be claimed in response to the instruction, and receive a claim settlement application result.
Optionally, referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a block diagram of a structure of another insurance order processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the apparatus further includes:
and the ticket returning unit 80 is used for executing preset ticket returning operation on the sold ticket.
It should be noted that the units described in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented by software, and may also be implemented by hardware. Where the name of a unit does not in some cases constitute a limitation of the unit itself, for example, the first retrieving unit may also be described as a "unit for retrieving at least two internet protocol addresses".
Referring now to fig. 6, a schematic diagram of an electronic device (e.g., a terminal device or a server) 600 suitable for implementing embodiments of the present disclosure is shown. The terminal device in the embodiments of the present disclosure may include, but is not limited to, a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a notebook computer, a digital broadcast receiver, a PDA (personal digital assistant), a PAD (tablet computer), a PMP (portable multimedia player), a vehicle terminal (e.g., a car navigation terminal), and the like, and a stationary terminal such as a digital TV, a desktop computer, and the like. The electronic device shown in fig. 6 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 6, electronic device 600 may include a processing means (e.g., central processing unit, graphics processor, etc.) 601 that may perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)602 or a program loaded from storage 606 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 603. In the RAM 603, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the electronic apparatus 600 are also stored. The processing device 601, the ROM 602, and the RAM 603 are connected to each other via a bus 604. An input/output (I/O) interface 605 is also connected to bus 604.
Generally, the following devices may be connected to the I/O interface 605: input devices 606 including, for example, a touch screen, touch pad, keyboard, mouse, camera, microphone, accelerometer, gyroscope, etc.; output devices 607 including, for example, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), a speaker, a vibrator, and the like; storage 606 including, for example, magnetic tape, hard disk, etc.; and a communication device 609. The communication means 609 may allow the electronic device 600 to communicate with other devices wirelessly or by wire to exchange data. While fig. 6 illustrates an electronic device 600 having various means, it is to be understood that not all illustrated means are required to be implemented or provided. More or fewer devices may alternatively be implemented or provided.

Rather, the specific features and acts described above are disclosed as example forms of implementing the claims.

Claims (10)

1. An insurance order processing method, comprising:
obtaining a ticket returning request of a sold air ticket;
responding to the ticket refunding request, and acquiring a preset processing mode of a to-be-claimed ticket refunding order corresponding to the sold air ticket, wherein the preset processing mode is used for representing whether the to-be-claimed ticket refunding order supports online claims;
determining the claim settlement state of the refund order to be claimed based on the preset processing mode;
if the ticket refund order to be claim settled is in a state of being capable of being claim settled and the ticket of the sold air ticket is successfully refunded, a claim settlement request of the ticket refund order to be claim settled is initiated, and a claim settlement application result is received.
2. The insurance order processing method according to claim 1, wherein said initiating a claim settlement request for said reimbursement order to be settled and receiving a claim settlement application result comprises:
generating a claim settlement request of the refund order to be claimed;
initiating the claim settlement request according to a first processing interval, and receiving a first claim settlement application result of the claim settlement request;
taking a first claim settlement application result representing that the claim refund order to be claim settled is successful as a claim settlement application result of the claim refund order to be claim settled;
if the first claim application result represents that the claim settlement of the refund order to be claimed fails, initiating the claim settlement request at a second processing interval, and receiving a second claim application result of the claim settlement request, wherein the duration of the second processing interval is longer than that of the first processing interval;
and taking the second claim settlement application result as a claim settlement application result of the refund order to be claimed.
3. The insurance order processing method according to claim 1, wherein the ticket refund request includes an order identifier of the sold air ticket, and the obtaining of the preset processing mode of the ticket refund order to be settled corresponding to the sold air ticket includes:
determining the order information of the sold air ticket according to the order mark, wherein the order information comprises the air ticket information of the sold air ticket and the insurance information of the refund order to be settled;
and reading a preset processing mode of the refund order to be settled, which is contained in the insurance information.
4. The insurance order processing method according to claim 1, wherein said determining the claim status of the refund order to be claimed based on the preset processing mode comprises:
if the preset processing mode represents that the refund insurance to be settled supports on-line settlement, acquiring the insurance application state of the refund insurance order to be settled;
if the insurance application state of the refund order for the claim to be settled represents that the insurance application of the refund order for the claim to be settled is successful, determining that the refund order for the claim to be settled is in a state of being capable of settlement;
and if the preset processing mode represents that the refund order to be claimed does not support on-line claim, or the guarantee status of the refund order to be claimed represents that the refund order to be claimed fails to guarantee, determining that the refund order to be claimed is in an unclassable status.
5. The insurance order processing method according to claim 2, wherein said generating a claim settlement request for said reimbursement order to be settled comprises:
determining a claim application interface specification corresponding to the refund order to be claimed;
and generating a claim settlement request of the refund order to be claimed according to the claim settlement application interface specification.
6. The insurance order processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein if the claim application result indicates that the claim to be claimed refunds the claim settlement failure, the method further comprises:
and generating claim settlement failure prompt information.
7. The insurance order processing method according to claim 6, wherein after said generating claim failure prompt information, said method further comprises:
acquiring a manually input instruction for sending a claim settlement request of the refund order to be settled;
and responding to the instruction, initiating a claim settlement request of the refund order to be claimed, and receiving a claim settlement application result.
8. The insurance order processing method according to claim 1, further comprising:
and executing preset ticket returning operation on the sold air ticket.
9. An insurance order processing apparatus, comprising:
the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring a ticket returning request of a sold ticket;
a second obtaining unit, configured to respond to the ticket refunding request, and obtain a preset processing mode of a to-be-claimed ticket refunding order corresponding to the sold airline ticket, where the preset processing mode is used to represent whether the to-be-claimed ticket refunding order supports online claims;
the determining unit is used for determining the claim settlement state of the refund order to be settled based on the preset processing mode;
and the first initiating unit is used for initiating a claim settlement request of the refund order to be claimed and receiving a claim settlement application result if the refund order to be claimed is in a claimable state and the ticket of the sold air ticket is refunded successfully.
10. An electronic device, comprising: a memory and a processor; the memory stores a program adapted to be executed by the processor to implement the insurance order processing method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
