Abstract

本发明提供了一种轨道安装架,包括:支架本体、第一螺钉、和卡扣板,所述支架本体的一侧设置有插槽,所述支架本体在所述插槽的第一侧突出地形成有本体卡扣,所述支架本体的侧壁上设置有通孔,所述卡扣板的一端插入所述插槽中,所述第一螺钉穿过所述通孔后与所述卡扣板螺纹连接,所述本体卡扣上形成有第一轨道卡接槽,所述卡扣板上形成有第二轨道卡接槽,所述轨道安装架通过所述第一轨道卡接槽与所述第二轨道卡接槽卡在待安装的轨道上,所述第一螺钉的端部安装有定位螺母。本发明可以从侧面方便地操作第一螺钉,从而将轨道安装架卡紧在轨道上,以实现轨道与零件之间的连接,具有结构简单、安装方便、成本低的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及安装支架技术领域,特别涉及一种轨道安装架。
背景技术
现有技术中,需要在具有轨道的部件上再安装其他部件。例如,皮卡丁尼轨道是一种标准轨道,但是为了在其上的卡槽中安装其他部件,需要中间的转接头,且转接头与卡槽配合的T形卡块在卡到皮卡丁尼轨道上时,需要从转接头上方的调整螺帽对T形卡块进行调整,以使其与卡槽卡紧。但是,受轨道长度和宽度的影响,如果转接头上安装的瞄准镜或手电筒等相关设备体积较大时,不方便对调整螺帽进行操作和调整。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种轨道安装架,以解决上述至少一个技术问题。
为解决上述问题,作为本发明的一个方面,提供了一种轨道安装架,包括:支架本体、第一螺钉、和卡扣板,所述支架本体的一侧设置有插槽,所述支架本体在所述插槽的第一侧突出地形成有本体卡扣,所述支架本体的侧壁上设置有通孔,所述卡扣板的一端插入所述插槽中,所述第一螺钉穿过所述通孔后与所述卡扣板螺纹连接,所述本体卡扣上形成有第一轨道卡接槽,所述卡扣板上形成有第二轨道卡接槽,所述轨道安装架通过所述第一轨道卡接槽与所述第二轨道卡接槽卡在待安装的轨道上,所述第一螺钉的端部安装有定位螺母。
优选地,所述本体卡扣与所述卡扣板平行设置。
优选地,所述支架本体上开设有固定孔,所述插槽的两端各设置有一个所述固定孔,所述固定孔中设置有用于与待安装件连接的第二螺钉。
优选地,所述支架本体在所述插槽的所述两端各设置有一个限位突块。
通过上述技术方案,本发明可以从侧面方便地操作第一螺钉,从而将轨道安装架卡紧在轨道上,以实现轨道与零件之间的连接,具有结构简单、安装方便、成本低的特点。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明,但是本发明可以由权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
本发明的一个方面,提供了一种轨道安装架,特别是皮卡丁尼轨道的安装架,可应用于枪支、玩具枪、手电筒等领域。
该轨道安装架包括:支架本体1、第一螺钉2、和卡扣板3,所述支架本体1的一侧设置有插槽4,所述支架本体1在所述插槽4的第一侧突出地形成有本体卡扣5,所述支架本体1的侧壁上设置有通孔6,所述卡扣板3的一端插入所述插槽4中,所述第一螺钉2穿过所述通孔6后与所述卡扣板3螺纹连接,所述本体卡扣5上形成有第一轨道卡接槽7,所述卡扣板3上形成有第二轨道卡接槽8,所述轨道安装架通过所述第一轨道卡接槽7与所述第二轨道卡接槽8卡在待安装的轨道上,所述第一螺钉2的端部安装有垫片13和定位螺母12。优选地,所述本体卡扣5与所述卡扣板3平行设置。由于采用了定位螺母12,因此连接后,第一螺钉2只能在一定间距内移动,无法再取下来。
安装的轨道上设置有卡槽,安装时,可先将待安装到轨道上的部件安装到本体卡扣5上。然后,将卡扣板3的一端插入插槽4中,并使卡扣板3与本体卡扣5之间的距离变小,从而使得卡扣板3与本体卡扣5可以同时插入轨道的卡槽中。然后,再将第一螺钉2从支架本体1侧面的通孔6处插入,与卡扣板3上的螺孔螺纹连接。随着第一螺钉2的拧动,卡扣板3在插槽4的导向作用下,向远离固定卡扣5的方向运动。因此,第一轨道卡接槽7与所述第二轨道卡接槽8之间的距离越来越宽,从而向外扩张,并最终从内向外卡住卡槽的两侧,以实现与轨道的连接。
通过上述技术方案,本发明可以从侧面方便地操作第一螺钉2,从而将轨道安装架卡紧在轨道上,以实现轨道与零件之间的连接,具有结构简单、安装方便、成本低的特点。
优选地,所述支架本体1上开设有固定孔9,所述插槽4的两端各设置有一个所述固定孔9,所述固定孔9中设置有用于与待安装件连接的第二螺钉10。
优选地,所述支架本体1在所述插槽4的所述两端各设置有一个限位突块11,以使卡扣板3和本体卡扣5的宽度恰好小于轨道上的卡槽的宽度,而不会过小,从而缩短了卡扣板3在扩张过程中的行程,提高了效率、节省了安装时间。

Claims (4)

1.一种轨道安装架,其特征在于,包括:支架本体(1)、第一螺钉(2)、和卡扣板(3),所述支架本体(1)的一侧设置有插槽(4),所述支架本体(1)在所述插槽(4)的第一侧突出地形成有本体卡扣(5),所述支架本体(1)的侧壁上设置有通孔(6),所述卡扣板(3)的一端插入所述插槽(4)中,所述第一螺钉(2)穿过所述通孔(6)后与所述卡扣板(3)螺纹连接,所述本体卡扣(5)上形成有第一轨道卡接槽(7),所述卡扣板(3)上形成有第二轨道卡接槽(8),所述轨道安装架通过所述第一轨道卡接槽(7)与所述第二轨道卡接槽(8)卡在待安装的轨道上,所述第一螺钉(2)的端部安装有定位螺母(12)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的轨道安装架,其特征在于,所述本体卡扣(5)与所述卡扣板(3)平行设置。
3.根据权利要求1和2所述的轨道安装架,其特征在于,所述支架本体(1)上开设有固定孔(9),所述插槽(4)的两端各设置有一个所述固定孔(9),所述固定孔(9)中设置有用于与待安装件连接的第二螺钉(10)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的轨道安装架,其特征在于,所述支架本体(1)在所述插槽(4)的所述两端各设置有一个限位突块(11)。
