Abstract
本发明公开了一种纺织浆料及其制备方法,由下列质量份的原材料组成:6‑12份木薯粉、28‑34份纳米二氧化硅改性淀粉、2‑4份羟甲基纤维素、6‑8份大豆蛋白纤维、1‑3份椰子油、6‑8份甘露醇、10‑14份乙酰化二淀粉磷酸酯、1‑3份腊片、4‑6份烷基苯磺酸钠、20‑26份碳酸二甲酯、0.4‑0.9份对甲苯硫酸和45‑65份去离子水;经过称重配比、加热、混合搅拌和冷却封装步骤,完成纺织浆料的制备;本发明通过添加木薯淀粉,木薯淀粉与纳米二氧化硅改性淀粉混合使用,有效解决了淀粉自身存在的粘度波动大,糊化性能差的问题,大大提高了粘度的稳定性能,且添加了椰子油和腊片,有效保证了上浆过程中上浆率和成膜率。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织用浆料领域,具体涉及一种纺织浆料及其制备方法。
背景技术
在纺织加工中,纱线织成布之前必须经过经纱上浆,浆料能赋予经纱光滑的表面,改善其强度和耐磨性,经纱上浆提高了纱的可织性,使纱在织布过程中少断头,不起毛。目前纺织浆料主要分为淀粉类、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、聚丙烯酸三大类浆料,在国内外占据重要地位。但目前也存在一些问题,比如聚乙烯醇浆料具有浆膜强韧,耐磨性好的特点,但不能生物降解,已引起严重环保问题,正在逐渐被取代;传统的聚丙烯酸浆料对各种纤维都有优良的粘附性能,但再粘性严重,造成分绞困难;而淀粉类浆料因淀粉存在广泛,为再生性资源,而且价格便宜,但粘度波动大,糊化性能差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种粘度、糊化性能佳、制备工艺简单、上浆率高的纺织浆料及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种纺织浆料,由下列质量份的原材料组成:6-12份木薯粉、28-34份纳米二氧化硅改性淀粉、2-4份羟甲基纤维素、6-8份大豆蛋白纤维、1-3份椰子油、6-8份甘露醇、10-14份乙酰化二淀粉磷酸酯、1-3份腊片、4-6份烷基苯磺酸钠、20-26份碳酸二甲酯、0.4-0.9份对甲苯硫酸和45-65份去离子水。
进一步的,由下列质量份的原材料组成:9份木薯粉、31份纳米二氧化硅改性淀粉、3份羟甲基纤维素、7份大豆蛋白纤维、2份椰子油、7份甘露醇、12份乙酰化二淀粉磷酸酯、2份腊片、5份烷基苯磺酸钠、23份碳酸二甲酯、0.5份对甲苯硫酸和55份去离子水。
本发明的另一个目的是公开一种纺织浆料的制备方法,其特征在于:经过称重配比、加热、混合搅拌和冷却封装步骤,完成纺织浆料的制备;具体步骤如下:
(1)称重配比:根据需要原料的质量进行按比例称重,将称重后的物料进行放置备用;
(2)加热:将去离子水倒入混合容器中进行加热,保持水温加热至85℃,即可完成加热过程;
(3)混合搅拌:将水温降温至45-65摄氏度,然后将原料依次加入混合容器中,进行搅拌;
(4)冷却封装:常温静置,待浆料温度降至16-20度,放料封装,即完成纺织浆料的制备。
进一步的,所述步骤(3)中的搅拌转速为500-600r/min,所述搅拌时间为10-20min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过添加木薯淀粉,木薯淀粉与纳米二氧化硅改性淀粉混合使用,有效解决了淀粉自身存在的粘度波动大,糊化性能差的问题,大大提高了粘度的稳定性能,且添加了椰子油和腊片,有效保证了上浆过程中上浆率和成膜率。

实施例1
一种纺织浆料,由下列质量份的原材料组成:6份木薯粉、28份纳米二氧化硅改性淀粉、2份羟甲基纤维素、6份大豆蛋白纤维、1份椰子油、6份甘露醇、10份乙酰化二淀粉磷酸酯、1份腊片、4份烷基苯磺酸钠、20份碳酸二甲酯、0.4份对甲苯硫酸和45份去离子水。

一种纺织浆料,由下列质量份的原材料组成:12份木薯粉、34份纳米二氧化硅改性淀粉、4份羟甲基纤维素、8份大豆蛋白纤维、3份椰子油、6-8份甘露醇、14份乙酰化二淀粉磷酸酯、3份腊片、6份烷基苯磺酸钠、26份碳酸二甲酯、0.9份对甲苯硫酸和65份去离子水。
一种纺织浆料的制备方法,经过称重配比、加热、混合搅拌和冷却封装步骤,完成纺织浆料的制备;具体步骤如下:
(1)称重配比:根据需要原料的质量进行按比例称重,将称重后的物料进行放置备用;
(2)加热:将去离子水倒入混合容器中进行加热,保持水温加热至85℃,即可完成加热过程;
(3)混合搅拌:将水温降温至65摄氏度,然后将原料依次加入混合容器中,进行搅拌,搅拌转速为600r/min,搅拌时间为20min。
(4)冷却封装:常温静置,待浆料温度降至20度,放料封装,即完成纺织浆料的制备。
实施例3
一种纺织浆料,由下列质量份的原材料组成:9份木薯粉、31份纳米二氧化硅改性淀粉、3份羟甲基纤维素、7份大豆蛋白纤维、2份椰子油、7份甘露醇、12份乙酰化二淀粉磷酸酯、2份腊片、5份烷基苯磺酸钠、23份碳酸二甲酯、0.5份对甲苯硫酸和55份去离子水。
一种纺织浆料的制备方法,经过称重配比、加热、混合搅拌和冷却封装步骤,完成纺织浆料的制备;具体步骤如下:
(1)称重配比:根据需要原料的质量进行按比例称重,将称重后的物料进行放置备用;
(2)加热:将去离子水倒入混合容器中进行加热,保持水温加热至85℃,即可完成加热过程;
(3)混合搅拌:将水温降温至55摄氏度,然后将原料依次加入混合容器中,进行搅拌,搅拌转速为550r/min,搅拌时间为15min。
(4)冷却封装:常温静置,待浆料温度降至18度,放料封装,即完成纺织浆料的制备。
本发明通过添加木薯淀粉,木薯淀粉与纳米二氧化硅改性淀粉混合使用,有效解决了淀粉自身存在的粘度波动大,糊化性能差的问题,大大提高了粘度的稳定性能,且添加了椰子油和腊片,有效保证了上浆过程中上浆率和成膜率。
经过上述浆料上浆后的纱线,经检测得到以下实验数据:

由上述实验数据可知,经过本发明的浆料上浆后的粘度热稳定性、上浆率和回潮率均优于传统的浆料,且无毒无害无味,环保,适用于企业的工厂化使用。
同时本发明的环保型纺织浆料解决了现在纺织浆纱中高难品种浆纱工艺复杂,大量使用PVA浆料,成本高,制造效率低的问题。

1.一种纺织浆料,其特征在于:由下列质量份的原材料组成:6-12份木薯粉、28-34份纳米二氧化硅改性淀粉、2-4份羟甲基纤维素、6-8份大豆蛋白纤维、1-3份椰子油、6-8份甘露醇、10-14份乙酰化二淀粉磷酸酯、1-3份腊片、4-6份烷基苯磺酸钠、20-26份碳酸二甲酯、0.4-0.9份对甲苯硫酸和45-65份去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纺织浆料,其特征在于:由下列质量份的原材料组成:9份木薯粉、31份纳米二氧化硅改性淀粉、3份羟甲基纤维素、7份大豆蛋白纤维、2份椰子油、7份甘露醇、12份乙酰化二淀粉磷酸酯、2份腊片、5份烷基苯磺酸钠、23份碳酸二甲酯、0.5份对甲苯硫酸和55份去离子水。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的纺织浆料的制备方法,其特征在于:经过称重配比、加热、混合搅拌和冷却封装步骤,完成纺织浆料的制备;具体步骤如下:
(1)称重配比:根据需要原料的质量进行按比例称重,将称重后的物料进行放置备用;
(2)加热:将去离子水倒入混合容器中进行加热,保持水温加热至85℃,即可完成加热过程;
(3)混合搅拌:将水温降温至45-65摄氏度,然后将原料依次加入混合容器中,进行搅拌;
(4)冷却封装:常温静置,待浆料温度降至16-20度,放料封装,即完成纺织浆料的制备。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种纺织浆料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中的搅拌转速为500-600r/min,所述搅拌时间为10-20min。
