一种纺织浆料，其特征在于，按重量份计算：由抗皱剂2‑10份，丙烯酸‑2‑乙基己酯5‑15份，纳米二氧化硅改性淀粉6‑12份，羟丙基甲基纤维素12‑18份，月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚5‑10份，聚乙烯醇7‑12份，小麦淀粉8‑16份，水性共聚醚酯2‑8份，蛋白氨基酸5‑10份，聚丙烯酸酯2‑6份，2‑萘酚7‑15份，乙酰化二淀粉磷酸脂12‑20份，腊片2‑6份，改性硅油消泡剂5‑10份，氨基磺酸钠3‑7份，木薯淀粉10‑15份，变性淀粉20‑30份。本发明涉及的纺织浆料，具有良好的成膜性和渗透性，不仅能减少污染，而且制备工艺简单，符合可持续发展对于环保的要求。

一种纺织浆料
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域，具体涉及一种纺织浆料。
背景技术
纺织浆料是纺织系统工程中，所有用到的具有粘稠作用的天然和人工合成的高分子聚合物的统称。纺织浆料和丙烯浆料都有专业调料，调料就是用来调和浆料的液体。调料的特性可以保持浆料的特性，加固浆料在衣物上的牢固程度，缓和浆料干涸的时间。纺织浆料一定要用调料，它本身的浆料附着力不如丙烯浆料，为了可以让浆料保持在衣物上的时间更长，所以必须用纺织调料。丙烯浆料用不用调料，没有太大差别，少量水替代调料可行，当然，保险点如果想使得丙烯浆料可以使用轻薄一点，延缓干涸时间也可用调料。
目前浆料主要有三大类:淀粉(包括变性淀粉)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)、丙烯酸类(包括酸盐类、酰胺类、酯类)，正在研制开发的还有水分散性聚酯浆料。然而，在生产浆料、使用浆料、退浆过程中，不可避免要对环境造成污染，而且已成为纺织行业较大的污染源之一。淀粉用于经纱上浆历史悠久，因为淀粉是一种再生植物，资源丰富来源广，价格低廉，对亲水性纤维（如棉麻、粘胶纤维）具有良好的粘附性能，因此在三大类浆料中用量最多，也是最符合环保要求的浆料。但性能上还存在一些缺陷，浆膜性脆而硬，伸度小、稳定性差，可利用对淀粉改性，使其提高浆膜柔韧性、粘着性、渗透性、耐磨性，可降解，不会对环境、人体造成有害影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种纺织浆料，具有良好的成膜性和渗透性，不仅能减少污染，而且制备工艺简单，符合可持续发展对于环保的要求。
本发明的技术方案: 一种纺织浆料，按重量份计算：由抗皱剂2-10份，丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯5-15份，纳米二氧化硅改性淀粉6-12份，羟丙基甲基纤维素12-18份，月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚5-10份，聚乙烯醇7-12份，小麦淀粉8-16份，水性共聚醚酯2-8份，蛋白氨基酸5-10份，聚丙烯酸酯2-6份，2-萘酚7-15份，乙酰化二淀粉磷酸脂12-20份，腊片2-6份，改性硅油消泡剂5-10份，氨基磺酸钠3-7份，木薯淀粉10-15份，变性淀粉20-30份。
前述纺织浆料，由抗皱剂3-8份，丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯7-12份，纳米二氧化硅改性淀粉7-10份，羟丙基甲基纤维素13-15份，月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚6-8份，聚乙烯醇8-10份，小麦淀粉10-14份，水性共聚醚酯3-6份，蛋白氨基酸6-8份，聚丙烯酸酯3-5份，2-萘酚9-12份，乙酰化二淀粉磷酸脂15-17份，腊片3-5份，改性硅油消泡剂7-9份，氨基磺酸钠4-6份，木薯淀粉11-13份，变性淀粉22-28份。
前述纺织浆料，由抗皱剂5份，丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯10份，纳米二氧化硅改性淀粉8份，羟丙基甲基纤维素14份，月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚7份，聚乙烯醇9份，小麦淀粉12份，水性共聚醚酯5份，蛋白氨基酸7份，聚丙烯酸酯4份，2-萘酚10份，乙酰化二淀粉磷酸脂16份，腊片4份，改性硅油消泡剂8份，氨基磺酸钠5份，木薯淀粉12份，变性淀粉25份。
与现有技术相比，本发明涉及的纺织浆料，具有良好的成膜性和渗透性，不仅能减少污染，而且制备工艺简单，符合可持续发展对于环保的要求。

1.一种纺织浆料，其特征在于，按重量份计算：由抗皱剂2-10份，丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯5-15份，纳米二氧化硅改性淀粉6-12份，羟丙基甲基纤维素12-18份，月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚5-10份，聚乙烯醇7-12份，小麦淀粉8-16份，水性共聚醚酯2-8份，蛋白氨基酸5-10份，聚丙烯酸酯2-6份，2-萘酚7-15份，乙酰化二淀粉磷酸脂12-20份，腊片2-6份，改性硅油消泡剂5-10份，氨基磺酸钠3-7份，木薯淀粉10-15份，变性淀粉20-30份。
