Abstract
本发明的实施例公开了一种防滑防水的无纺布保护膜及制备方法,该防滑防水的无纺布保护膜包括:基材层,设置在所述基材层底部的胶粘层,依次设置在所述基材层顶部的融合膜、胶粘层及离型膜。该防滑防水的无纺布保护膜防滑防水效果更佳。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布领域,具体涉及一种防滑防水的无纺布保护膜及制备方法。
背景技术
无纺布又称不织布,是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成。因具有布的外观和某些性能而称其为布。
无纺布具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等特点。如多采用聚丙烯(pp材质)粒料为原料,经高温熔融、喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取连续一步法生产而成。传统无纺布防水及防滑效果差。
因此有不要研发一种能够提高防滑防水效果的防滑防水的无纺布保护膜及制备方法。

发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防滑防水的无纺布保护膜及制备方法,该防滑防水的无纺布保护膜防滑防水效果更佳。
为了实现上述目的,根据本发明的一方面提供了一种防滑防水的无纺布保护膜,该防滑防水的无纺布保护膜包括:基材层,设置在所述基材层底部的胶粘层,依次设置在所述基材层顶部的融合膜、胶粘层及离型膜。
优选地,所述基材层为PP无纺布、PET水刺无纺布或针刺无纺布,所述融合膜为聚乙烯膜或聚丙烯膜。
优选地,还包括缓冲层,所述缓冲层设置在所述胶粘层与离型膜之间。
优选地,所述缓冲层由乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物材料制成。
优选地,所述离型膜远离所述基材层一侧设置有防滑螺纹。
优选地,所述胶粘层由水性胶、热熔胶、油胶、硅胶中的至少一种制备而成。
根据本发明的另一方面提供了一种防滑防水的无纺布保护膜的制备方法,所述制备方法包括:
获取基材层;
通过高温在所述基材层的一侧覆盖融合膜;
对所述基材层的另一侧及所述融合膜的一侧进行电熨处理,覆盖胶粘层;
在所述靠近所述融合膜一侧的胶粘层上设在离型膜。
有益效果:本申请防滑防水的无纺布保护膜通过胶粘层的设置,能够自粘便于防滑防水的无纺布保护膜的铺设,通过融合膜及离型膜的设置,达到长时间永久性的防水防渗透的效果,同时通过离型膜的设置能够起到防滑作用。

下面结合附图详细介绍本发明技术方案。
根据本发明的一方面提供了一种防滑防水的无纺布保护膜,该防滑防水的无纺布保护膜包括:基材层,设置在所述基材层底部的胶粘层,依次设置在所述基材层顶部的融合膜、胶粘层及离型膜。
具体地,本申请防滑防水的无纺布保护膜通过胶粘层的设置,能够自粘便于防滑防水的无纺布保护膜的铺设,通过融合膜及离型膜的设置,达到长时间永久性的防水防渗透的效果,同时通过离型膜的设置能够起到防滑作用。
进一步地,所述基材层为PP无纺布、PET水刺无纺布或针刺无纺布,所述融合膜为聚乙烯膜或聚丙烯膜。
具体地,通过PP无纺布、PET水刺无纺布或针刺无纺布的选取,可定制基材层不同的颜色以及图案,适用不同的场景,可做婚庆、展览、建筑类装修的地面墙面的保护。通过离型膜及融合膜的三个字具有物理性防水防滑的特点,同时便于清洁。通过聚乙烯膜或聚丙烯膜的选取,使得本发明相比较于传统保护膜,有防滑的特性,耐高温比传统的保护膜高20摄氏度左右,在300度高温情况下可自行分解.牢度比传统保护膜好。不易变形,易贴合。
进一步地,还包括缓冲层,所述缓冲层设置在所述胶粘层与离型膜之间。
具体地,通过缓冲层的设置使得防滑防水的无纺布保护膜更为柔软,踩踏更为舒适。
进一步地,所述缓冲层由乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物材料制成。
进一步地,所述离型膜远离所述基材层一侧设置有防滑螺纹。
进一步地,所述胶粘层由水性胶、热熔胶、油胶、硅胶中的至少一种制备而成。
根据本发明的另一方面提供了一种防滑防水的无纺布保护膜的制备方法,所述制备方法包括:
获取基材层;
通过高温在所述基材层的一侧覆盖融合膜;
对所述基材层的另一侧及所述融合膜的一侧进行电熨处理,覆盖胶粘层;
在所述靠近所述融合膜一侧的胶粘层上设在离型膜。
实施例1
图1是本发明防滑防水的无纺布保护膜的实施例的结构示意图。
如图1所示,该防滑防水的无纺布保护膜包括:基材层1,设置在所述基材层1底部的胶粘层2,依次设置在所述基材层1顶部的融合膜3、胶粘层2及离型膜4。
其中,所述基材层1为PP无纺布、PET水刺无纺布或针刺无纺布,所述融合膜3为聚乙烯膜或聚丙烯膜。
其中,还包括缓冲层5,所述缓冲层5设置在所述胶粘层2与离型膜4之间。
其中,所述缓冲层5由乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物材料制成。
其中,所述离型膜4远离所述基材层1一侧设置有防滑螺纹。
其中,所述胶粘层2由水性胶、热熔胶、油胶、硅胶中的至少一种制备而成。
滑防水的无纺布保护膜的制备方法,包括:
获取基材层1;
通过高温在所述基材层1的一侧覆盖融合膜3;
对所述基材层1的另一侧及所述融合膜3的一侧进行电熨处理,覆盖胶粘层2;
在所述靠近所述融合膜3一侧的胶粘层2上设在离型膜4。

1.一种防滑防水的无纺布保护膜,其特征在于,所述防滑防水的无纺布保护膜包括:基材层,设置在所述基材层底部的胶粘层,依次设置在所述基材层顶部的融合膜、胶粘层及离型膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防滑防水的无纺布保护膜,其特征在于,所述基材层为PP无纺布、PET水刺无纺布或针刺无纺布,所述融合膜为聚乙烯膜或聚丙烯膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防滑防水的无纺布保护膜,其特征在于,还包括缓冲层,所述缓冲层设置在所述胶粘层与离型膜之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防滑防水的无纺布保护膜,其特征在于,所述缓冲层由乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物材料制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防滑防水的无纺布保护膜,其特征在于,所述离型膜远离所述基材层一侧设置有防滑螺纹。
6.根据权利要求1所述的防滑防水的无纺布保护膜,其特征在于,所述胶粘层由水性胶、热熔胶、油胶、硅胶中的至少一种制备而成。
7.一种防滑防水的无纺布保护膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括:
获取基材层;
通过高温在所述基材层的一侧覆盖融合膜;
对所述基材层的另一侧及所述融合膜的一侧进行电熨处理,覆盖胶粘层;
在所述靠近所述融合膜一侧的胶粘层上设在离型膜。
