雨衣用的防水布
技术领域
本发明涉及雨衣防水技术领域，特别是一种雨衣用的防水布。
背景技术
雨衣防水布用于制作雨衣等防水服饰。现有的雨衣防水布存在弹性恢复能力较差的缺点，因此当现有的雨衣防水布折叠舒展后，易存在起皱的问题。
现有的雨衣防水布存在透气性较差的问题，因此使用者穿戴现有的雨衣防水布制成的雨衣等防水服饰时，使用者会感到较为闷热。
因此，现有的雨衣防水布存在易起皱、透气性较差的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于，提供一种雨衣用的防水布。本发明具有不易起皱、透气性较佳的优点。
本发明的技术方案：一种雨衣用的防水布，包括100％涤纶布料层，100％涤纶布料层上包覆有防水透气膜，防水透气膜上包覆有人造纤维细毛层。
前述的雨衣用的防水布中，所述100％涤纶布料层、防水透气膜和人造纤维细毛层的厚度比例为3:1:1。
前述的雨衣用的防水布中，所述防水透气膜包括包覆在100％涤纶布料层上的下PP纺粘无纺布层，下PP纺粘无纺布层上包覆有PE高分子透气膜，PE高分子透气膜上包覆有上PP纺粘无纺布层，上PP纺粘无纺布层上包覆有人造纤维细毛层。
与现有技术相比，本发明通过100％涤纶布料层、防水透气膜和人造纤维细毛层连接成一个不易起皱的防水透气机构，其中100％涤纶布料层具有弹性恢复能力较佳的特点，因此本发明折叠舒展后，不易起皱；防水透气膜具有防水性能较佳、透气性能较佳的特点，因此使用者穿戴本发明制成的雨衣等防水服饰时，使用者感到较凉快舒适；人造纤维细毛层具有的质软的特点，提高了本发明的手感。
综上所述，本发明具有不易起皱、透气性较佳的优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明，但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例。雨衣用的防水布，构成如图1-2所示，包括100％涤纶布料层1，100％涤纶布料层1上包覆有防水透气膜2，防水透气膜2上包覆有人造纤维细毛层3。
所述100％涤纶布料层1、防水透气膜2和人造纤维细毛层3的厚度比例为3:1:1。
所述防水透气膜2包括包覆在100％涤纶布料层1上的下PP纺粘无纺布层21，下PP纺粘无纺布层21上包覆有PE高分子透气膜23，PE高分子透气膜23上包覆有上PP纺粘无纺布层22，，上PP纺粘无纺布层22上包覆有人造纤维细毛层3。
本发明通过100％涤纶布料层、防水透气膜和人造纤维细毛层连接成一个不易起皱的透气机构，起到不易起皱、透气性较佳的作用。本发明的雨衣用的防水布包括100％涤纶布料层1，100％涤纶布料层1起到不易起皱的作用，100％涤纶布料层1上包覆有防水透气膜2，防水透气膜2起到防水透气的作用，防水透气膜2上包覆有人造纤维细毛层3，人造纤维细毛层3具有的质软的特点，提高了本发明的手感。
100％涤纶布料层1如图1所示，它与防水透气膜2和人造纤维细毛层3的厚度比例为3:1:1，此厚度比例提高了本发明的高强度与弹性恢复能力。
防水透气膜2如图2所示，它包括包覆在100％涤纶布料层1上的下PP纺粘无纺布层21，下PP纺粘无纺布层21起到增强拉力和静水压及保护PE高分子透气膜23的作用，下PP纺粘无纺布层21上包覆有PE高分子透气膜23，PE高分子透气膜23起到透气的作用，PE高分子透气膜23上包覆有上PP纺粘无纺布层22，上PP纺粘无纺布层22起到增强拉力和静水压及保护PE高分子透气膜23的作用，上PP纺粘无纺布层22上包覆有人造纤维细毛层3。
本发明的底部先铺一层100％涤纶布料层1，再在100％涤纶布料层1上包覆一层防水透气膜2的下PP纺粘无纺布层21，接着在下PP纺粘无纺布层21上包覆一层防水透气膜2的PE高分子透气膜23，紧接着在PE高分子透气膜23上包覆一层防水透气膜2的上PP纺粘无纺布层22，然后在上PP纺粘无纺布层22上包覆一层人造纤维细毛层3。

1.雨衣用的防水布，其特征在于：包括100％涤纶布料层(1)，100％涤纶布料层(1)上包覆有防水透气膜(2)，防水透气膜(2)上包覆有人造纤维细毛层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的雨衣用的防水布，其特征在于：所述100％涤纶布料层(1)、防水透气膜(2)和人造纤维细毛层(3)的厚度比例为3:1:1。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的雨衣用的防水布，其特征在于：所述防水透气膜(2)包括包覆在100％涤纶布料层(1)上的下PP纺粘无纺布层(21)，下PP纺粘无纺布层(21)上包覆有PE高分子透气膜(23)，PE高分子透气膜(23)上包覆有上PP纺粘无纺布层(22)，上PP纺粘无纺布层(22)上包覆有人造纤维细毛层(3)。
