Abstract

本发明公开了一种防水透气性包装薄膜，包括PP纺粘无纺布和PE高分子透气膜，所述PP纺粘无纺布包裹于PE高分子透气膜表面，所述PE高分子透气膜内部设有纱网层，所述纱网层内部设有塑形网层。本发明通过设置的塑形网层，可将整个防水透气性包装薄膜塑构成消费者需要的形状，方便对不同形状的物体进行包装，通过设置的固定带可对物体进行固定，防止物体在防水透气性包装薄膜内部移动，相互碰撞，对包装的物体造成损伤，通过设置的紧缩带，便利于按需求拉动位于缩紧孔内的紧缩带，将防水透气性包装薄膜边沿处收缩，使防水透气性包装薄膜成袋装，以便对物体的包装。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装膜，特别涉及一种防水透气性包装薄膜。
背景技术
防水透气膜呼吸纸是一种新型的高分子防水材料。从制作工艺上讲，防水透气膜的技术要求要比一般的防水材料高的多；同时从品质上来看，防水透气膜也具有其他防水材料所不具备的功能性特点。
而随着人们生活水平的不断提高，在生活中会经常用到防水透气膜，使用防水透气膜对水果、商品进行包装，可使水果、商品的保存时间更加长久，而传统的防水透气膜只是单纯的一层薄膜，在对物体进行包装时十分不便，同时不具有一定的塑型效果，很难为包装的物体留出空间，包装效果不美观。为此，我们提出一种防水透气性包装薄膜。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种防水透气性包装薄膜，可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明采取的技术方案为：
一种防水透气性包装薄膜，包括PP纺粘无纺布和PE高分子透气膜，所述PP纺粘无纺布包裹于PE高分子透气膜表面，所述PE高分子透气膜内部设有纱网层，所述纱网层内部设有塑形网层。
进一步地，所述PP纺粘无纺布表面镶嵌有固定带。
进一步地，所述PP纺粘无纺布表面四角均开设有缩紧孔，所述缩紧孔内绕系连接有紧缩带。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有如下有益效果：
1、该种防水透气性包装薄膜通过设置的塑形网层，可将整个防水透气性包装薄膜塑构成消费者需要的形状，方便对不同形状的物体进行包装。
2、该种防水透气性包装薄膜通过设置的固定带可对物体进行固定，防止物体在防水透气性包装薄膜内部移动，相互碰撞，对包装的物体造成损伤。
3、该种防水透气性包装薄膜通过设置的紧缩带，便利于按需求拉动位于缩紧孔内的紧缩带，将防水透气性包装薄膜边沿处收缩，使防水透气性包装薄膜成袋装，以便对物体的包装。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解，下面结合具体实施方式，进一步阐述本发明。
如图1-2所示，一种防水透气性包装薄膜，包括PP纺粘无纺布4和PE高分子透气膜3，所述PP纺粘无纺布4包裹于PE高分子透气膜3表面，所述PE高分子透气膜3内部设有纱网层2，所述纱网层2内部设有塑形网层1。
其中，所述PP纺粘无纺布4表面镶嵌有固定带7。
其中，所述PP纺粘无纺布4表面四角均开设有缩紧孔5，所述缩紧孔5内绕系连接有紧缩带6。
需要说明的是，本发明为一种防水透气性包装薄膜，工作时，更加需要包装的物体形状，通过纱网层2内部的塑形网层1，可将整个防水透气性包装薄膜塑构成消费者需要的形状，通过PP纺粘无纺布4表面下镶嵌的固定带7可对物体进行固定，防止物体在防水透气性包装薄膜内部移动，相互碰撞，对包装的物体造成损伤，同时通过缩紧孔5内绕系连接的紧缩带6，可安需求拉动位于缩紧孔5内的紧缩带6，将防水透气性包装薄膜边沿处收缩，以便对物体的包装，位于PE高分子透气膜3内部的纱网层2能有效的防止塑形网层1过多的与PE高分子透气膜3接触，避免塑形网层1对PE高分子透气膜3造成损害，PE高分子透气膜3发生破损，影响包装物体的情况发生。

1.一种防水透气性包装薄膜，包括PP纺粘无纺布（4）和PE高分子透气膜（3），所述PP纺粘无纺布（4）包裹于PE高分子透气膜（3）表面，其特征在于：所述PE高分子透气膜（3）内部设有纱网层（2），所述纱网层（2）内部设有塑形网层（1）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透气性包装薄膜，其特征在于：所述PP纺粘无纺布（4）表面镶嵌有固定带（7）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透气性包装薄膜，其特征在于：所述PP纺粘无纺布（4）表面四角均开设有缩紧孔（5），所述缩紧孔（5）内绕系连接有紧缩带（6）。
