Abstract
本发明公开了一种防水透气人造革,包括防水层、人造革层,所述人造革层的上部粘接有防水层,所述人造革层的表面设置有通气孔,所述防水层由PP纺粘无纺布和PE高分子防水透气膜组成,所述PE高分子防水透气膜粘接在PP纺粘无纺布之间。该防水透气人造革防水层中的PP纺粘无纺布的作用主要是增强拉力和静水压及保护中间层的PE高分子防水透气膜,而设置的PE高分子防水透气膜的微孔直径0.2~10微米,孔隙率达80%以上,相当于一个平方厘米上有十多亿个微孔,由于微孔直径是水滴直径的1/5000~1/20000,是水蒸汽分子直径的700倍左右,因此可以阻止水滴通过,而让水蒸气分子自由通过,汗水蒸汽利用衣料内温度与外界环境温度之间温差及湿度差而排向外界。

技术领域
本发明属于人造革技术领域,具体涉及一种防水透气人造革。
背景技术
人造革是一种外观、手感似皮革并可代替其使用的塑料制品。通常以织物为底基,涂覆合成树脂及各种塑料添加制成。我国人造革合成革工业随着国内外高科技的发展与先进工艺设备的应用,行业管理、技术水平、产品档次都有了根本性的质的飞跃,人造革合成革已发展成为日常消费制品工业中重要的行业之一,与整个加工工业同步迈入世界大国行列,是世界上的生产大国、消费大国,进出口贸易大国之一。目前的人造革基本不具备防水的功能,在雨天出行淋湿时容易发霉变质,影响人造革的品质;而且目前的人造革透气性也比较差,人穿在身上不透气,非常的不舒服。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防水透气人造革,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种防水透气人造革,包括防水层、人造革层,所述人造革层的上部粘接有防水层,所述人造革层的表面设置有通气孔。
优选的,所述防水层由PP纺粘无纺布和PE高分子防水透气膜组成,所述PE高分子防水透气膜粘接在PP纺粘无纺布之间。
本发明的技术效果和优点:该防水透气人造革防水层中的PP纺粘无纺布的作用主要是增强拉力和静水压及保护中间层的PE高分子防水透气膜,而设置的PE高分子防水透气膜的微孔直径0.2~10微米,孔隙率达80%以上,相当于一个平方厘米上有十多亿个微孔,由于微孔直径是水滴直径的1/5000~1/20000,是水蒸汽分子直径的700倍左右,因此可以阻止水滴通过,而让水蒸气分子自由通过,汗水蒸汽利用衣料内温度与外界环境温度之间温差及湿度差而排向外界,解决了人造革穿在身上因不透气而造成的不舒服感;同时可以保护人造革层不与水接触,避免人造革层因接触水而造成发霉变质。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供了如图1所示的一种防水透气人造革,包括防水层1、人造革层2,所述人造革层2的上部粘接有防水层1,所述防水层1由PP纺粘无纺布11和PE高分子防水透气膜12组成,所述PE高分子防水透气膜12粘接在PP纺粘无纺布11之间,所述人造革层2的表面设置有通气孔3。
工作原理:人造革防水层1中的PP纺粘无纺布11的作用主要是增强拉力和静水压及保护中间层的PE高分子防水透气膜12,而设置的PE高分子防水透气膜12的微孔直径0.2~10微米,孔隙率达80%以上,相当于一个平方厘米上有十多亿个微孔,由于微孔直径是水滴直径的1/5000~1/20000,是水蒸汽分子直径的700倍左右,因此可以阻止水滴通过,而让水蒸气分子自由通过,汗水蒸汽利用衣料内温度与外界环境温度之间温差及湿度差而排向外界,解决了人造革穿在身上因不透气而造成的不舒服感;同时可以保护人造革层不与水接触,避免人造革层因接触水而造成发霉变质。

1.一种防水透气人造革,包括防水层(1)、人造革层(2),其特征在于:所述人造革层(2)的上部粘接有防水层(1),所述人造革层(2)的表面设置有通气孔(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透气人造革,其特征在于:所述防水层(1)由PP纺粘无纺布(11)和PE高分子防水透气膜(12)组成,所述PE高分子防水透气膜(12)粘接在PP纺粘无纺布(11)之间。
