技术领域
本发明涉及化妆容器生产领域,特别涉及一种双色焕彩唇彩管二次包胶工艺。
背景技术
唇彩是一种应用于唇部的化妆品,其状态为粘稠状液体。唇彩的颜料为有机色素或者矿物质,赋予唇彩不同的色泽。涂后可使唇部保持湿润、立体感强,同时唇彩在唇部的时间不能保持太久,容易脱妆,需要将唇彩随身携带,便于补妆,非常符合需求淡妆的消费者。
唇彩通常采用管状容器进行包装。随着人们生活品质的提高,简单作为容器的唇彩管已经无法满足人们的需求,人们不断追求设计创新来满足视觉、触觉以及功能等需求。因此,需求一种个性化强,视觉观感好,功能优良的新型唇彩管。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种双色焕彩唇彩管二次包胶工艺,通过二次包胶工艺,并进行表面处理,解决了现有的唇彩管结构造型单一,观感效果差,无法满足人们的需求的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:一种双色焕彩唇彩管二次包胶工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,通过PMMA塑料注塑管体的内层;
步骤2,在管体内层表面涂附UV漆层;
步骤3,通过PC塑料在管体的内层外注塑管体的外层,形成透明的二
次注塑包胶层;
步骤4,在二次注塑包胶层表面水转印变色龙漆层。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,步骤1中,PMMA塑料注塑的料筒温度为260-270℃,模温控制在90-115℃,注塑压力为150-180MPa,滞留时间为2-3min。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,步骤3中,PC塑料注塑的料筒温度为230-240℃,模温控制在80-100℃,注塑压力为80-120MPa,滞留时间为6-8min。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述UV漆层为色彩层。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,步骤2中,先在管体的内层表面喷涂UV漆,然后通过红外线干燥,干燥温度为60-65℃,干燥时间为3min,再冷却流平至20-25℃,进行曝光UV固化。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述变色龙漆层为透明漆层。
通过上述技术方案,本发明技术方案的有益效果是:本发明工艺简单合理,生产成本低,通过二次注塑,形成PMMA内层和PC外层,PMMA内层的耐化学试剂及耐溶剂性好,能够很好的容置唇彩,在PMMA内层外涂覆UV漆层,能够提高PMMA内层表面的光洁度,UV漆层光泽度高,色彩艳丽饱满,而透明的PC外层阻燃性和耐磨性好,耐冲击性能好,能够很好的保证唇彩管的使用寿命和耐久性,同时PC外层具有高透明度,折射率高,能够很好的透射出UV漆层的色彩,在PC外层表面设置透明的变色龙漆层,在阳光下,具有焕彩的表面效果,和UV漆层配合,具有立体的层次感,立体效果好,个性化强,观感效果好。

实施例
本发明公开了一种双色焕彩唇彩管二次包胶工艺,用于生产唇彩管的管体,工艺简单,生产成本低。
本发明具体包括以下步骤:
步骤1,通过PMMA塑料注塑管体的内层。PMMA塑料注塑的料筒温度为260-270℃,模温控制在90-115℃,注塑压力为150-180MPa,滞留时间为2-3min。
步骤2,在管体内层表面涂附UV漆层。具体的,先在管体的内层表面喷涂UV漆,然后通过红外线干燥,干燥温度为60-65℃,干燥时间为3min,再冷却流平至20-25℃,进行曝光UV固化。
步骤3,通过PC塑料在管体的内层外注塑管体的外层,形成透明的二次注塑包胶层。PC塑料注塑的料筒温度为230-240℃,模温控制在80-100℃,注塑压力为80-120MPa,滞留时间为6-8min。
步骤4,在二次注塑包胶层表面水转印变色龙漆层。
生产的唇彩管管体结构强度好,耐磨性好,UV漆层为色彩层,变色龙漆层为透明漆层,在光线暗淡的环境下,主要透过PC外层显示UV漆层的色彩,色泽饱满鲜艳,在光线充足的环境下,变色龙漆层能够显现半透明的焕彩感,与UV漆层配合,观感效果好。
通过上述具体实施例,本发明的有益效果是:本发明工艺简单合理,生产成本低,通过二次注塑,形成PMMA内层和PC外层,PMMA内层的耐化学试剂及耐溶剂性好,能够很好的容置唇彩,在PMMA内层外涂覆UV漆层,能够提高PMMA内层表面的光洁度,UV漆层光泽度高,色彩艳丽饱满,而透明的PC外层阻燃性和耐磨性好,耐冲击性能好,能够很好的保证唇彩管的使用寿命和耐久性,同时PC外层具有高透明度,折射率高,能够很好的透射出UV漆层的色彩,在PC外层表面设置透明的变色龙漆层,在阳光下,具有焕彩的表面效果,和UV漆层配合,立体效果好,个性化强,观感效果好。

1.一种双色焕彩唇彩管二次包胶工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,通过PMMA塑料注塑管体的内层;
步骤2,在管体内层表面涂附UV漆层;
步骤3,通过PC塑料在管体的内层外注塑管体的外层,形成透明的二次注塑包胶层;
步骤4,在二次注塑包胶层表面水转印变色龙漆层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双色焕彩唇彩管二次包胶工艺,其特征在于,步骤1中,PMMA塑料注塑的料筒温度为260-270℃,模温控制在90-115℃,注塑压力为150-180MPa,滞留时间为2-3min。
