技术领域
本发明涉及用于吐出珠状物的抽吸容器,更具体地,涉及一种用于吐出珠状物的抽吸容器,其通过改变止回阀的结构与活塞杆的结构及活塞杆与密封帽的相离间隔等来进行抽吸结构设计,从而在具有止回阀的气缸型抽吸结构中,能够不挤破珠状内容物且容易地将其吐出。
背景技术
通常,如防皱或者防老化等功能性化妆品中具有一种颗粒型化妆品,其在主要的基础成份中包含由其它成份制成的胶囊。这种颗粒型化妆品在需要与如维他命A或者维他命C等不易共存的成份混合时,或者需要与如混合并共存则可能会发生变质的成份进行混合时,可将特定的成份包含在胶囊中并与基础成份进行混合。
韩国授权实用新型第20-0180852号(以下称之为'专利文献1')中公开了如上所述的具有颗粒型内容物的容器。
所述专利文献1涉及一种容器,该容器包括用于承装颗粒状内容物的桶;附着在所述桶入口部且用于排出所述内容物的泵;具有喷嘴的头部;从所述桶起经过所述泵和所述头部与外部连接且具有排出通道,该容器的特征为,所述通道中设置有用于粉碎所述颗粒状内容物的网。
所述专利文献1的结构为,当吐出内容物时使颗粒状化妆品在通过网时发生粉碎并与主要成份发生混合并吐出,由于使用者不能确认是在内容物吐出过程中颗粒状化妆品发生粉碎并混合,还是颗粒状化妆品以被粉碎的状态与主要成份先混合后再吐出的,因此基于担心内容物变质,存在对产品功效的可靠性降低的问题。
另外,如所述专利文献1,在基于泵的抽吸动作吐出颗粒状化妆品时,颗粒状化妆品在通过设置在泵的气缸内部的球阀等止回阀时发生部分被碾压的现象,由此,不仅会降低对产品功效的可靠性,而且碾压的颗粒积攒在泵上,从而存在引发泵发生故障的问题。
为了解决如上所述的问题,虽然已提出了一种通过储存不易粉碎颗粒状化妆品并吐出颗粒状化妆品的结构,但是在泵进行抽吸动作时,由于颗粒状化妆品塞在止回阀、活塞杆等上导致抽吸动作不能顺畅地进行,从而存在不能应用于具有止回阀的气缸型抽吸结构中的问题。
因此,需要一种具有止回阀的气缸型抽吸结构,该结构能够使颗粒状化妆品以不发生粉碎的状态吐出,以使使用者能够亲眼确认颗粒状化妆品并与主要成份混合并使用。
发明内容
[技术问题]
本发明是为了解决上述问题而提出的,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于吐出珠状物的抽吸容器,其通过改变止回阀的结构与活塞杆的结构及活塞杆与密封帽的相离间隔等来进行抽吸结构设计,从而在具有止回阀的气缸型抽吸结构中,能够不挤破珠状内容物且容易地将其吐出。
[解决方案]
为了解决上述问题,本发明涉及的用于吐出珠状物的抽吸容器,包括:容器本体,其储存液状内容物和珠状内容物;抽吸部件,其位于所述容器本体的上部且基于抽吸动作吐出储存在容器本体中的液状内容物和珠状内容物;按钮部,其结合在所述抽吸部件的上部且基于使用者的加压与否引导抽吸部件的抽吸动作,其特征在于:
所述抽吸部件包括:气缸,其下端中央形成有内容物吸入孔;止回阀,其设置在所述气缸的内侧并用于开闭所述内容物吸入孔;阀杆,其一侧与按钮部的内侧结合,另一侧位于气缸的内侧且基于按钮部的加压与否而升降;活塞杆,其结合在所述阀杆的下部,且其下部外周面形成有内容物流入孔,且其上端形成有内容物流出孔;密封帽,其在所述活塞杆的下部围绕活塞杆的外周面并与其结合,并开闭所述内容物流入孔,以紧贴在气缸内壁的状态移动;
所述内容物吸入孔开放时,所述止回阀从所述内容物吸入孔相隔开的空间(S1)以大于或等于珠状内容物的尺寸形成,所述活塞杆的内容物流入孔以小于内容物流出孔的尺寸形成,而且以大于珠状内容物的直径的2倍以上的尺寸形成,在所述抽吸部件没有发生抽吸动作的状态下,阀杆的安置台从密封帽的上端相隔开的空间(S2)的尺寸大于珠状内容物的直径。
此外,所述止回阀由阀体;向所述阀体的中央延伸形成且用于开闭所述内容物吸入孔的开闭板;从所述阀体的内周面起延伸并支撑所述开闭板的多个支撑架构成,基于下面的数学式,计算所述支撑架的长度,

(a:开闭板的长度,b:开闭板的上升高度(珠状内容物的直径),c:支撑架的长度)。
此外,所述珠状内容物以不足液状内容物30%的比例进行混合。
[发明的效果]
如以上所详述,根据本发明,其通过改变止回阀的结构与活塞杆的结构及活塞杆与密封帽的相离的间隔等来进行抽吸结构设计,从而具有在具有止回阀的气缸型抽吸结构中,能够不挤破珠状内容物且容易地将其吐出的优点。

参照图1至图5,本发明的优选实施例涉及的用于吐出珠状物的抽吸容器包括容器本体100、抽吸部件200、按钮部300。
所述容器本体100用于储存液状内容物M1和珠状内容物M2,所述珠状内容物M2由1mm左右尺寸的颗粒状构成,主要为去除脸部或者身体的角质而使用。
如果所述珠状内容物M2的比重增加,则抽吸部件200的抽吸动作不能够顺畅进行,以至不易吐出内容物,因此,珠状内容物M2优选以不足液状内容物M130%的比例混合。
所述抽吸部件200位于所述容器本体100的上部且基于抽吸动作将容器本体100中储存的液状内容物M1和珠状内容物M2向外部吐出,所述抽吸部件200包括:气缸210,其下端中央形成有内容物吸入孔211;止回阀220,其设置在所述气缸210的内侧并用于开闭所述内容物吸入孔211;阀杆230,其一侧与按钮部300的内侧结合且另一侧位于气缸210的内侧且基于按钮部300的加压与否而升降;活塞杆240,其结合在所述阀杆230的下部,且其下部外周面形成有内容物流入孔241,且其上端形成有内容物流出孔242;密封帽250,其在所述活塞杆240的下部围绕活塞杆240的外周面并与其结合,并开闭所述内容物流入孔241,以紧贴在气缸210内壁的状态移动。
本发明中,所述抽吸部件200的结构特征为珠状内容物M2能够不被粉碎地吐出,如图1和图2所示,在抽吸部件200没有发生抽吸动作的状态下,即,没有对按钮部300进行施压的状态下,阀杆230的安置台231位于从密封帽250的上端相隔开的位置上,此时,如果对按钮部300进行施压,则以阀杆230的安置台231从密封帽250的上端相隔开的空间S2的高度大小,活塞杆240发生下降,从而由密封帽250相隔开,以实现开放活塞杆240的内容物流入孔241。
如上所述,如果活塞杆240的内容物流入孔241处于开放状态,则通过内容物流入孔241使珠状内容物M2流入,此时,阀杆230的安置台231从密封帽250的上端相隔开的空间S2的尺寸优选大于珠状内容物M2的直径,以防止珠状内容物M2在通过密封帽250和活塞杆240的相隔开的空间流入时发生粉碎。
另外,所述活塞杆240的内容物流入孔241的尺寸等于或者略大于一个珠状内容物M2的尺寸时,由于珠状内容物M2不能自然流入,需要进行不规则的抽吸动作,因此,如图3所示,所述内容物流入孔241优选以大于珠状内容物M2的直径的2倍以上的尺寸形成,以使珠状内容物M2顺畅地流入。
所述内容物流入孔241的尺寸越大珠状内容物M2流入更加顺畅,从而可防止抽吸部件的错误操作,但是抽吸部件200的结构上,所述内容物流入孔241的尺寸应小于内容物流出孔242的尺寸。
另外,所述止回阀220由安装在气缸210的内侧下端且用于将止回阀220固定在气缸210上的阀体221;通过多个支撑架223向所述阀体221的中央部延伸且用于开闭内容物吸入孔211的开闭板222;从所述阀体221的内周面延伸并用于支撑所述开闭板222的多个支撑架223构成,如图4所示,所述止回阀220从内容物吸入孔211相隔开的空间S1优选大于或者等于珠状内容物M2的尺寸,从而当开闭板222上升使内容物吸入孔211开放时,使珠状内容物M2不被粉碎且能够顺畅地移动。
此时,所述支撑架223的长度越长,开闭板222的上升高度将会越高,从而导致珠状内容物M2顺畅地移动,支撑架223的长度根据下面的数学式1计算。

所述数学式1中开闭板222的上升高度'b'可代入珠状内容物M2的直径的尺寸,由此,可确定支撑架223长度并使用,从而基于珠状内容物M2的尺寸实现将珠状内容物M2顺畅地吐出。
所述按钮部300结合在所述抽吸部件200的上部且基于使用者的加压与否引导抽吸部件200的抽吸动作,其一侧形成有吐出孔310以能够吐出内容物。
另外,如图5所示,在气缸210中储存有液状内容物M1和珠状内容物M2的状态下,如果对按钮部300进行施压,则在密封帽250固定的状态下,活塞杆240随着下降从密封帽250相隔开,并开放活塞杆240的内容物流入孔241,由此,使液状内容物M1和珠状内容物M2经由内容物流入孔241并通过内容物吐出孔310向外部吐出。此时,止回阀220的开闭板222具有可使内容物吸入孔211保持关闭状态的结构。
此外,如果解除对按钮部300的施压,则活塞杆240随着上升与密封帽250紧贴,活塞杆240的内容物流入孔241被关闭,此时,由于气缸210内部的压力变化,止回阀220的开闭板222上升并开放内容物吸入孔211,从而使储存在容器本体100中的液状内容物M1和珠状内容物M2向气缸210的内部流入。
