At present, the full-automatic biochemical batch quantitative analysis of urine has strong clinical requirements, but can not be simply and rapidly realized because of the following reasons: urine detection reports are easily affected by various interference substances in urine, and particularly urine sediments have a large influence on transmittance, so that full-automatic urine biochemical batch quantitative analysis in a laboratory cannot be performed in a urine test. Therefore, in the testing process, the urine also needs to be centrifuged and added with buffer solution like blood to be used for the testing treatment; in the pretreatment process, firstly, the urine sample needs to be centrifuged to remove sediments, and even the steps of adding a preservative, purifying, adsorbing, adding a buffer solution and the like are needed; the pretreatment method is not suitable for various environments, and is particularly suitable for being used in field hospitals, severe infectious disease sites, sudden large public hazard events, emergency rooms, ICU wards, ambulances and the like, due to the fact that the pretreatment method occupies a large area and is low in treatment speed. Therefore, some researchers have made researches for the defect, for example, the urine sample pre-processor disclosed in patent No. 201621210920.7 is arranged through the collecting tube and the inner sleeve structure, so that the filter membrane is arranged at the bottom of the inner sleeve, and through the process of pressing down the inner sleeve, the urine in the collecting tube can be quickly separated and enter the sleeve, and the urine can be directly used for the sample detected by the automatic biochemical analyzer, and the problems of needle blockage of the biochemical analyzer caused by sediment and the like can be avoided without affecting the detection result.

In order to realize the flushing work after the collection and sampling are finished and ensure the cleanness, preferably, a water storage tank is arranged on the outer side wall of the body, and a water outlet of the water storage tank is communicated with the three taps through a pipeline; the three branch pipes are communicated with the interior of the urine collecting hopper through pipelines, and can convey water in the water storage tank into the urine collecting hopper for flushing; the top of the urine collection box is provided with a water supply pipe, the water supply pipe is communicated with the other branch pipe with three outer branches, and the water supply pipe can supply water in the water storage box into the urine collection box for flushing.
In order to facilitate replacement and maintenance, the connecting pipe is preferably in threaded sealing connection at the connecting position.
In order to prevent the sampler from being lost when not in use, the placing table is preferably capable of accommodating the sampler.
In order to control the water supply amount of the collector in the washing process, preferably, a button is arranged at the top of the water storage tank and can control the opening and closing of a water outlet on the water storage tank, so that the water in the water storage tank can be discharged or sealed.
In order to close the groove when the device is not used, preferably, the upper end and/or the lower end of the groove are/is provided with a sliding rail, the sliding rail is provided with a closing door in a matching way, and the closing door can slide on the sliding rail to realize the opening and closing of the groove.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the technical effects that:
through the arrangement of the collector structure, the urine of a patient can be scattered into the urine collecting hopper in a urine scattering mode through the patient and enters the urine collecting box through the urine collecting hopper to be stored, in the sampling process required by an inspector, the insertion of a sampling needle into the front sampling end is realized, the booster pressurizing sampling is opened, the collected urine can be sealed in the urine collecting box, and meanwhile, the arrangement of the sampler structure is combined, so that the rapid filtering treatment of the urine is realized when the urine sample is taken, the processing procedure is shortened, the urine can be directly used for an analyzer to perform analysis and test, and the inspection efficiency is improved; but also can be sealed in the sampler, prevent leakage and pollute the environment, ensure the sanitation of a hospital laboratory, reduce the deterioration of urine sample in contact with the environment and improve the accuracy of urine test results.

In certain embodiments, as shown in FIG. 1, a collection and processing device for clinical laboratory urine samples includes a collector, a sampler for inserting into the collector to remove urine; the collector comprises a body 13, a connecting position 16 arranged at the center of the upper surface of the body 13, and a connecting pipe 15 inserted into the connecting position 16 and detachably connected with the connecting position; a urine collecting funnel 14 arranged at the top end of the connecting pipe 15; a supercharger 17 and a switch 18 provided on the upper surface of the body 13; a connector 26 disposed at the bottom of the body 13; a urine collection box 32 arranged in the body 13, wherein the bottom of the urine collection box 32 is provided with an outflow pipe 35, the outflow pipe 35 is hermetically connected with the connector 26, and a manual valve 33 is arranged at the position, close to the urine collection box 32, of the outflow pipe 35; a urine inlet pipe 30 arranged at the top end of the urine collection box 32, wherein the urine inlet pipe 30 is communicated with the connecting pipe 15 in a sealing way; a pressurizing hole 31 arranged at the top end of the urine collection box 32, wherein the pressurizing hole 31 and the supercharger 17 are communicated with the inside of the urine collection box 32 through a pipeline; the motor 34 is detachably arranged at the bottom of the urine collection box 32, the output end of the motor 34 is connected with the supercharger 17, the supercharger 17 can be driven to supercharge the interior of the urine collection box 32, the motor 34 is connected with a power supply through an electric wire, the electric wire is connected with the connecting switch 18, and the switch 18 is used for controlling the on/off state of the supercharger 17; a groove which is sunken towards the inside of the body 13 is arranged on one side surface of the body 13, and a placing table 23 is arranged at the bottom of the groove; one side of the urine collecting box 32 is provided with a sampling front end 37; the sampling front end 37 is arranged at one side of the urine collection box 32 and is consistent with one side of the body 13 provided with the groove; the sampler comprises a shell 1, an insertion hole 1.2 arranged at the top of the shell 1, a pin 2 arranged in the insertion hole 1.2, and the pin 2 can be hermetically connected after being inserted into the insertion hole 1.2; a sliding filter is arranged on the inner side of the top of the shell 1; the sliding filter comprises a convex ring 1.1 fixed on the inner side of the top of the shell 1, an accommodating cavity 1.3 formed in the convex ring 1.1, and an upper ring 5 tightly attached to the top of the shell 1 and fixedly arranged in the accommodating cavity 1.3 of the convex ring 1.1; a left slide fastener 9 is arranged on the upper ring 5, a right slide fastener 8 is arranged at a position opposite to the left slide fastener 9, the left slide fastener 9 and the right slide fastener 8 can be penetrated by a slide rod 10, the slide rod 10 can slide up and down in the left slide fastener 9 and the right slide fastener 8, a movable ring 6 is arranged at the bottom end of the slide rod 10, and the movable ring 6 can be tightly attached to the upper ring 5 in the sliding process of the movable ring 6 on the slide rod 10; the movable ring 6 can be far away from the upper ring 5 in the sliding process of the sliding rod 10; the top of the shell 1 in the containing cavity 1.3 of the protruding ring 1.1 is provided with a left sliding hole 4 and a right sliding hole 3; the slide rod 10 can pass through the left slide hole 4 and the right slide hole 3; the top end of the sliding rod 10 is detachably provided with a fixed button, wherein the fixed button at the top end of the sliding rod 10 positioned in the left sliding hole 4 is a left sliding button 12; the fixed button at the top end of the sliding rod 10 positioned in the right sliding hole 3 is a right sliding button 11; a spring is sleeved on the sliding rod 10 positioned on the outer side of the top end of the shell 1, and the spring can be fixed on the sliding rod 10 by a fixed button; a hinged door 25 is arranged on one side of the body 13 adjacent to or opposite to the arrangement groove; the pin 2 can be inserted into the sampling front end 37 for sampling, and can be pulled out from the sampling front end 37 after sampling is completed, and the sampling front end 37 can be closed and sealed by the hole inserted by the pin 2; and a filtering membrane is arranged between the upper ring and the movable ring.

In the present invention, the terms "front", "rear", "left", "right", "side wall", and the like are defined in the directions shown in the respective drawings in the creation of the present invention; the details of the present invention, which are not described in detail herein, are all the ones that have been made by referring to the prior art documents and the common general knowledge in the related art or the conventional technical means. For example: the supercharger adopted in the invention is a supercharger (air blower) in the prior art, and can blow gas into the urine collection box, increase the air pressure at the top of the urine collection box, further increase the pressure of liquid collected in the urine collection box, so that after a contact pin is inserted into a sampling device from the front end of the sampling device for sampling, urine can enter the sampling device, and the sampling difficulty is reduced.
According to the invention, the sampler structure is provided with an upper ring and a lower ring, a filtering membrane is arranged between the rings, and a sliding rod, a corresponding button and a spring structure are arranged, so that after the sampler is inserted into the sampling front end, the sliding rod can be abutted against the sampling front end, the front end of the sampler is abutted against the sampling front end, the button on the sliding rod is abutted against the shell until the sliding rod is abutted against the shell, the movable ring is moved out of an accommodating cavity of the protruding ring under the pushing action of the sliding rod, the filtering membrane is exposed in the shell, and urine entering the sliding filter from a contact pin is filtered and then enters a cavity in the shell, so that the rapid filtering treatment in the sampling process is realized, the rapid treatment of urine sampling is improved, and the urine sampled by the sampler can be directly used for analysis by an analyzer; the influence of the urinary sediment on the test result is avoided, and the blockage of the urinary sediment on the upper needle of the analyzer is also avoided. After the sample is accomplished, when extracting the contact pin, under the spring action for the button upwards plays, and then the pulling removes the circle and enters into and hold the intracavity, realizes sealedly, has avoided the urine to distribute polluted environment in the air, has also avoided the urine to expose "rotten", has guaranteed the accuracy of chemical examination.
The filtering membrane adopted in the invention can filter urine samples and can be prepared from any materials, such as various chemical fibers, cotton fibers, wood fibers, non-woven fabrics, glass sand filtering membranes or filtering membranes made of various organic matters. The supercharger and the motor adopted in the invention can be directly formed by directly replacing the traditional blower, and the effect of supercharging the air blast in the urine collection box can be realized. The adopted motor model is a micro motor model (Y80M1-2 and the like), and the condition that the supercharger is driven to operate can be met, and the function of blast pressurization is realized.
The sampling front end adopted in the invention is prepared from rubber material, after the insertion pin is inserted, the rubber material can form a hole with the same size as the insertion pin, namely the insertion part 38, so that the insertion position of the insertion pin is sealed, urine in the urine collection box is placed to permeate out, meanwhile, after the sampling is finished, the insertion pin is pulled out, the hole (the insertion part 38) where the insertion pin is inserted can quickly restore the original appearance, the inserted hole is quickly plugged, the urine in the urine collection box is placed to be exposed to the environment, the environmental pollution is caused, and the environmental quality of a laboratory is improved.
In the process of using the device, a patient urinates into the urine collecting hopper, the urine collecting hopper enters the urine collecting box, an examiner directly inserts a sample from the front sampling end of the urine collecting box by using a sampler, the urine is filtered under the action of the filtering membrane structure of the sampler, the contact pin of the sampler is pulled out after the sampling of the sampler is finished, and the position of the inserting part is rapidly sealed; meanwhile, the filtering membrane in the sampler quickly enters the containing cavity under the action of the elastic force of the spring to realize the sealing of the containing cavity, so that the urine sample taken out from the sampler is sealed in the sampler, the urine sample is scattered in the sampler during the transportation process, the urine sample taken out from the sampler is prevented from being in contact with the environment to cause deterioration, and the accuracy of a urine test report is ensured. However, after the above-mentioned structure is used for sampling, the urine collection box and the urine collection funnel are polluted, and cannot be reused, so that the collection treatment cost is high; therefore, on the basis of the above embodiments, the present researchers have adopted more advantageous embodiments, the outer side wall of the body 13 is provided with a water storage tank 20, and the water outlet of the water storage tank 20 is communicated with the trisection 21 through a pipeline; the three-branch head 21 is communicated with the inside of the urine collecting hopper 14 through a pipeline by a branch pipe, and can send water in the water storage tank 20 into the urine collecting hopper 14 for flushing; the top of the urine collecting tank 32 is provided with a water supply pipe 29, the water supply pipe 29 is communicated with the other branch pipe of the external three-branch head 21, and the water supply pipe 29 can supply the water in the water storage tank 20 to the urine collecting tank 32 for flushing. In this embodiment, after the water is stored in the water storage tank 20, and the urine collection tank and the urine collection bucket are used and the residual urine sample in the urine collection tank is discharged, the urine collection bucket and the urine collection tank are flushed with the water in the water storage tank, so that the urine collection tank and the urine collection bucket are recycled.
In some aspects, the collecting hopper is often made of disposable materials, or is often damaged during the use of the patient, so that it needs to be replaced and maintained, but the replacement and maintenance of the fixed connection is inconvenient, so that in a more advantageous embodiment, the connecting pipe 15 is screwed and sealed at the connecting position 16. The detachable connection is realized, and the operation is convenient for maintenance and replacement.
In a further advantageous embodiment, the placement table 23 is able to accommodate placement of the sampler. So that when the device is not used, the sampler can be placed on the placing table, and the sampler is prevented from being lost or damaged, such as being broken. In a more advantageous embodiment, a button 19 is disposed on the top of the water storage tank 20, and the button 19 can control the opening and closing of the water outlet on the water storage tank 20, so as to discharge or close the water in the water storage tank 20. The control on whether the water in the water storage tank is discharged or not is realized, and the defect that the urine detection report is inaccurate due to the fact that the quality of urine is influenced by the discharged water caused by the fact that the sampler does not perform sampling is prevented.
In a more advantageous embodiment, the upper end and/or the lower end of the groove is provided with a slide rail 24, a closing door 22 is arranged on the slide rail 24 in a matching way, and the closing door 22 can slide on the slide rail 24 to realize the opening and closing of the groove. The groove on the body 13 is closed when the sampler is not used, so that elements on a placing table or the sampler on the placing table are prevented from being lost and falling, and the safety of the device during storage is ensured.
The present invention can be practiced in any other ways without any problem by referring to the common general knowledge and the conventional technical means in the related art, and can be realized by referring to the related contents disclosed in the prior art documents, for example, the filter membrane material is referred to the content disclosed in patent No. 201621210920.7, and the sampling tip is referred to the rubber column structure arrangement and the rubber column function in patent No. 201721296999.4; for another example, the needle insertion structure refers to a needle portion structure in a syringe; the size of the needle hole is referenced to the syringe needle configuration, etc.
